 Про це повідомляє Офіс генерального прокурора.
 Відомості про смерть внесені до ЄРДР за ч. 1 ст. 115 (умисне вбивство) Кримінального кодексу України.
 «За результатами розтину, смерть народного депутата України настала внаслідок гострої коронарної недостатності, гострої ішемічної хвороби серця. Слідство наразі очікує результати інших судово-медичних досліджень», – йдеться у повідомленні.
 За попередніми даними, в ніч на 8 жовтня 2021 року народного депутата виявили у непритомному стані на задньому сидінні автомобіля таксі, який зупинили працівники патрульної поліції через порушення ПДР. За словами водія таксі, за кілька хвилин до того, пасажир сів в машину біля зупинки громадського транспорту у Дніпровському районі, після чого останньому стало зле та почалася нудота. Працівники поліції викликали швидку допомогу, проте проведені ними реанімаційні заходи результату не дали, чоловік помер.
 При потерпілому виявлені та вилучені цінні речі, документи, мобільний телефон та грошові кошти.

 Про це повідомили у поліції Київської області.
 Оперативний черговий негайно направив на місце події слідчо-оперативну групу та інші профільні служби. Попередньо правоохоронці встановили, що чоловіку стало зле дорогою в таксі, його намагались реанімувати лікарі швидкої, але констатували смерть.
 Наразі на місці події поліцейські проводять усі необхідні першочергові слідчі дії для встановлення обставин смерті народного депутата.
 За даним фактом розпочато кримінальне провадження за ч. 1 ст. 115 (Умисне вбивство) Кримінального кодексу України з приміткою «Природна смерть». Тривають слідчі дії.
