A bejelentés késő este érkezett a katasztrófavédelemhez. A helyszínre a Beregszászi 17-es számú állami tűzoltó- és mentőegység vonult ki, amely rövid időn belül megkezdte az oltást.

A férfi otthonában végzett házkutatás során jelentős mennyiségű drogot, készpénzt, mobiltelefonokat, valamint egy személygépkocsit is lefoglaltak.
A Kárpátaljai Rendőrség 2025. július 21-én közölte, hogy sikerült felszámolni egy jól szervezett kábítószer-kereskedő hálózatot a Beregszászi járás területén.
A nyomozás a Beregszászi Járási Rendőrkapitányság bűnügyi osztályának nyomozóihoz fűződik, akik több metamfetamin-kereskedelemmel kapcsolatos esetet is feltártak. Ezek alapján házkutatást rendeltek el a gyanúsított balazséri ingatlanában.
A rendőri akció során 30 gramm metamfetamint találtak, melynek feketepiaci értéke eléri a 100 ezer hrivnyát. Emellett a hatóságok 300 ezer hrivnya értékű készpénzt – különböző valutákban –, több zippzáras tasakot, 10 mobilkészüléket, valamint egy Hyundai Tucson márkájú gépjárművet is lefoglaltak.
A férfit az ukrán büntetőeljárási törvénykönyv 208. cikke alapján őrizetbe vették, jelenleg előzetes letartóztatásban van. Ellene az Ukrán Büntető Törvénykönyv 307. cikkének 1. és 2. bekezdése alapján indítottak eljárást kábítószerek és pszichotróp anyagok terjesztésének gyanújával.
Amennyiben bűnössége beigazolódik, akár 10 év szabadságvesztésre is számíthat. A nyomozás továbbra is folyamatban van.
