 “Міністерство закордонних справ зараз розслідує діяльність так званих поліцейських відділків. Коли буде більше ясності щодо цього питання, ми будемо вживати відповідних заходів”, – розповіла вона.
 Зазначається, що Нідерланди розслідують інформацію про те, що Китай має на території країни два незаконні “поліцейські відділки”, які діють під виглядом сервісних центрів для китайських громадян, а на практиці використовуються для тиску на китайських дисидентів.
 “Це дуже тривожний сигнал, що громадянин Китаю, схоже, зазнавав переслідування тут, у Нідерландах. У поліції думають над варіантами, який захист запропонувати йому”, – зазначила вона.
 Говенкамп сказала також, що уряду Нідерландів не було відомо про діяльність цих китайських установ їх створення – незаконне.
