Öt holttestet találtak egy lakásban a francia hatóságok a Párizstól nem messze található Meaux-ban – közölte az AFP hírügynökséggel Jean-Baptiste Bladier, a város ügyésze hétfőn. Kedden őrizetbe vették a bűntény elkövetésével gyanúsított 33 éves férfit.
Az ügyész elmondta, hogy szándékos emberölés gyanújával indítottak nyomozást. Az áldozatok közül négy kisgyermek, az ötödik pedig az édesanyjuk.
Az őrizetbe vett férfi a gyermekek apja, aki a rendőrség szerint korábban már állt pszichiátriai kezelés alatt, és családon belüli erőszakért is nyomoztak utána, mert egyszer már rátámadt a feleségére.
A gyanúsítottat apja lakásában fogták el, a Meaux-tól mintegy 30 kilométerre található Sevranban.
Az áldozatok közül az anya 35 éves volt, a legkisebb gyermek 9 hónapos, a többiek 4, 7 és 10 évesek.

Az új-dél-walesi legfelsőbb bíróság csütörtökön úgy döntött, hogy az eredetileg Kathleen Folbigg börtönbüntetéséhez használt bizonyítékok „nem voltak megbízhatóak”.
Az 56 éves nőt kegyelemben részesítette és szabadlábra helyezte az állam kormánya, miután 20 évet töltött börtönben. Folbigg üdvözölte a legújabb hírt, de azt mondta, hogy az ártatlanságát alátámasztó bizonyítékokat évtizedekig figyelmen kívül hagyták és elutasították.
„A rendszer inkább engem hibáztatott ahelyett, hogy elfogadta volna, hogy néha a gyerekek hirtelen, váratlanul és szívszorítóan meghalhatnak, és meg is halnak” – mondta csütörtökön a bíróság előtt.
Folbigg ügyét Ausztrália egyik legnagyobb igazságszolgáltatási tévedésének nevezték. Az ügyben érintett négy csecsemő Caleb, Patrick, Sarah és Laura 1989 és 1999 között haltak meg hirtelen, 19 napos és 18 hónapos koruk között. Az ügyészek a tárgyaláson azt állították, hogy Folbigg megfojtotta őket.
Az ügy közvetett bizonyítékokra támaszkodott, felhasználva a nő naplóit, amelyeket soha nem vizsgáltak meg pszichológusok vagy pszichiáterek. 2003-ban 40 év börtönre ítélték a négy gyermek megöléséért. Ezt később fellebbezéssel 30 évre csökkentették.

Andrew Bell bíró szerint ez az új bizonyíték vezetett ahhoz, hogy Folbigget csütörtökön minden vád alól felmentették. A nő jogi csapata megerősítette, hogy most kártérítést fognak kérni a nevében.

Nagy erőkkel kereste a rendőrség a hatéves kisfiút, akinek a holttestét csütörtökön azonosították a Pragsdorf nevű német kisvárosban – közölte a Bild.

Az információk szerint az eset 2022 júniusában történt a Huszti járásban, azonban a bírósági tárgyalásra most került sor. Az ügyben egy éven át folyt a nyomozás, a bíróság határozata alapján az apára, aki a tragédia közben a házban tartózkodott, 860 hrivnya pénzbírságot szabtak ki szülői kötelezettségeinek nem megfelelő végzése miatt.

A kislány holttestére június 18-án bukkantak a Cseremos folyó közelében. A gyerek a délutáni órákban hagyta el otthonát, 34 éves gyilkosa, aki náluk vendégeskedett, pedig követte. Becsalta a közelben lévő erdőbe, kényszerítette, hogy vetkőzzön le, megerőszakolta, majd pedig megfojtotta.
A férfit letartóztatta a rendőrség, 10-től 15 évig tartó börtönbüntetést kaphat.
Életfogytiglanig tartó börtönbüntetést kapott az a férfi, aki 2021. október 2-án kegyetlenül végzett mostohalányával, testvérét pedig megsebesítette. Az eset az ungvári járási Palágykomorócon történt – közölte a megyei ügyészség.
„Az ügyész a bírósági tárgyaláson bebizonyította, hogy a gyanúsított és felesége között vita alakult ki, melynek a gyerekek is szemtanúi voltak. A férfi 10 éves mostohalánya is szemtanúja volt az anya és a mostohaapa veszekedésének, megpróbálta elkerülni a konfliktust, ás úgy döntött, elhagyja a házat. A férfi azonban utolérte, berángatta az épületbe, majd ittas állapotban legalább 75 ütést mért rá, ami végzetesnek bizonyult. Továbbá a mostohaapa könnyű testi sérülést okozott a nő másik, 5 éves lányának is” – áll a jelentésben.
A hatóságok elmondták, hogy a 10 éves gyermek bántalmazása után az anya nem tett semmit annak megmentéséért. A nő ellen a vádemelés jelenleg is folyik, kiskorú veszélyeztetése miatt kell felelnie.
„A tárgyalás során a gyanúsított tagadta a gyilkosság elkövetését. Megállapítást nyert, hogy a férfit korábbi házasságában családon belüli erőszak miatt már vonták felelősségre” – derül ki a tájékoztatóból.
Az életfogytig tartó börtönbüntetés mellett a tettest 100 000 hrivnya erkölcsi kártérítés megfizetésére kötelezték.
Az ítélet nem jogerős, lehetőség van fellebbezésre. A gyanúsított továbbra is őrizetben van.

Ausztráliában húsz év után szabadon engedtek a börtönből egy nőt, akit négy gyereke meggyilkolása miatt ítéltek el. Egy újabb vizsgálat bebizonyította, hogy Kathleen Folbigg vallomása igaz volt, mely szerint a gyerekek természetes úton haltak meg.
Az új vizsgálat szerint az 1989 és 1999 között meghalt gyerekek közül kettő szívleállást okozó, CALM2-G114R nevű genetikai rendellenesség miatt halt meg, a harmadik pedig egy neurogén eredetű rendellenesség miatt. A vizsgálat szerint így már kétséges, hogy az asszony megölte volna negyedik gyerekét.

Hozzátette, hogy a feltétel nélküli kegyelem nyomán
Folbigg azonnal szabadon távozhatott, az ítéletet azonban nem semmisítik meg.Folbigg eredetileg 40 év börtönbüntetést kapott, melyet 2005-ben 30 évre csökkentettek. Így 2033-ban szabadult volna, kegyelmet pedig legkorábban 2028-ban kérhetett volna.
A nő végig tagadta bűnösségét.
