На тлі поширення чуток навколо збитих літаючих об’єктів над Північною Америкою, Білий дім у понеділок, 13 лютого, виключив їхній можливий зв’язок з інопланетянами.
„Немає жодних ознак інопланетян чи позаземної активності у збитих нещодавно літальних апаратах”, – наголосила речниця Білого дому Карін Жан-П’єр у Вашингтоні.
За її словами, було багато запитань щодо цього, „і нам було важливо заявити це звідси”.
Між тим координатор стратегічних комунікацій у Раді національної безпеки США Джон Кірбі також зазначив: „Я не думаю, що американський народ повинен турбуватися про інопланетян у зв’язку з цими літаючими об’єктами. Крапка”.
Нагадаємо, протягом кількох днів військові збили три літаючих об’єкта у небі над США і один – у небі над Канадою. Першим з них 4 лютого виявився китайський аеростат, який, за версією Вашингтона, здійснював розвідку. Натомість у КНР запевняли, що повітряна куля була цивільним об’єктом, призначеним спеціально для метеорологічних цілей, і в повітряний простір США потрапила випадково. Щодо трьох інших об’єктів інформації про їхнє походження та призначення досі не надходило.
На тлі цього у соціальних мережах почали ширитися чутки, що йдеться про НЛО. Олії у вогонь підлило висловлювання генерала США, який відповідає за Командування повітряно-космічної оборони Північної Америки (NORAD), Глена ВанГерка. На запитання репортерки про те, чи виключає Пентагон інопланетян, він заявив: „З’ясування цього я залишу розвідці та контррозвідці. На даному етапі я нічого не виключаю”.

Оприлюднені „звіти про небезпеку” детальніше описують три випадки контактів літаків ВМС США з „неідентифікованими повітряними феноменами”. Про них стало відомо після того, як минулого місяця Пентагон офіційно розсекретив відеоматеріали цих випадки.
„Невідомий літальний апарат був невеликим, завбільшки з валізу. Він був срібного кольору”, – йдеться в одному зі звітів. Як пише CNN, він стосується випадку, який стався 26 березня 2014 року.
Під час того контакту літак F/A-18 ВМС США „пролетів повз об’єкт за 1000 метрів”, але не зміг остаточно визначити його тип. Пілот „спробував відновити візуальний контакт з апаратом, але не зміг”. CNN пояснює, що його журналісти отримали документи Центру безпеки ВМС США, які раніше були під грифом „Інформація з обмеженим доступом”. Ці папери стосуються трьох коротких відео контактів з „неідентифікованими повітряними феноменами”, які Пентагон оприлюднив наприкінці минулого місяця.

Зважаючи на його невеликий розмір, літак був ідентифікований як непілотована повітряна система”, – йдеться в документі. Інший випадок стався 27 липня 2013 року. „Після польоту, агенція з контролю звернулася до численних місцевих операторів непілотованих повітряних систем. Але жоден з них нічого не знав про нерозпізнаний апарат”, – йдеться у звіті за листопад. „Здається мені, що це лише питання часу, коли один з наших F/A-18 посеред неба зіштовхнеться з таким невідомим апаратом”, – сказав автор одного зі звітів.
„З багатьох точок зору, безпілотні апарати становлять більшу загрозу, ніж пілотовані. Вони візуально менші й не такі помітні на радарах, як літаки”, – йдеться в одному з документів. Ці країни могли використовувати такі апарати для збору інформації про американські військові операції. У ВМС США тепер є формальна інструкція, як пілотам слід повідомляти про контакт з НЛО.
