Szerhij Hajdaj, Luhanszk kormányzója szerint az orosz csapatok 14 alkalommal nyitottak tüzet az ukrajnai régióban a Vlagyimir Putyin által az ortodox karácsony alkalmából meghirdetett egyoldalú tűzszünet első három órájában − írta meg a The Guardian.
„Az orosz erők megpróbálták megrohamozni az egyik felszabadított falut is Luhanszk megyében a tűzszünet alatt” − írta Hajdaj a Telegramon.
Ahogy írta, 12 órától 15 óráig az oroszok 14-szer tüzeltek és háromszor megrohamozták az egyik településünket. A megszállt falvakban az emberek egész nap a pincékben húzódnak meg. Ortodox gyilkosok köszöntenek minket karácsonykor.

„Vigyázzatok, oroszok – dolgoznak az ellenállók. »Valaki« felgyújtotta a vasút irányítására szolgáló berendezést a Luhanszk–Lantrativka vasúti szakaszon” – írta. Szakértők szerint egy ilyen rendszer megsemmisítése miatt kézi üzemmódba kell áthelyezni a vasúti szakasz irányítását, emiatt pedig szinte lehetetlenné válik a katonai áruk szállítása – írja az Ukrinform.
Az ukrán hadsereg 13 települést foglalt vissza az ország legkeletibb területén, Luhanszk megyében – közölte Szerhij Hajdaj, a területi közigazgatás vezetője a Telegramon.
Hozzátette, hogy az orosz erők továbbra is folyamatosan lövik a falvakat. Az orvosok a jövő héten látogatást tesznek a megyében, a közigazgatás pedig tűzifát szállít a lakosok számára.

Luhanszk megyében környezeti problémák vannak a spontán eltemetett helyi lakosok és a temetetlen orosz katonák maradványai miatt, amelyek már megfertőzték az ivóvizet – közölte Facebook-oldalán Szerhij Hajdaj, a régió kormányzója.
A luhanszki régiót a csataterek nagy orosz temetővé változtatják – fogalmazott a kormányzó. Hozzátette: a megye ökológiáját veszélyeztetik a nagyszámú, hevenyészve elföldelt elhunyt orosz katonák maradványai. A hatóságok az ukrán erők által felszabadított területeken átmenetileg hűtőkbe gyűjtik össze az orosz katonák holttesteit, a tetemek sorsáról majd később döntenek.
Hajdaj kitért arra is, hogy súlyos a helyzet Bilohorivka településen, amelyet az orosz csapatok folyamatosan ágyúznak és bombáznak. Elmondása szerint a település teljesen elpusztult.
A kormányzó szerint legalább tíz évre van szükség a luhanszki régióban a létfontosságú infrastrukturális létesítmények és a lakott területek fő útvonalainak aknamentesítésére, hogy megkezdődhessen a helyreállítás. Az egész régióban még ennél is több időre lesz szükség. Megjegyezte, hogy komoly gondot okoznak a műanyag aknák, amelyeket fémdetektorral nem lehet megtalálni. Hangsúlyozta: ezért nem tanácsolja a lakosoknak a visszatérést a megye orosz csapatoktól felszabadított területeire sem.

A jelentés szerint Hajdaj az ukrán televízió non-stop háborús adásában elmondta, hogy a július 10-i reggeli állapotoknak megfelelően az orosz megszálló erőknek nem sikerült teljesen elfoglalniuk Luhanszk megyét. „Semmi nem történt meg, amit bejelentettek, kivéve azt, hogy felrobbannak és égnek a lőszerraktáraik mélyen a hátországban. A katonai kormányzó azt is elmondta, hogy az oroszok többször is behatoltak Bilohorivkába, de az ukrán fegyveres erők minden alkalommal kiverték őket, és most ott harcok dúlnak. „Az ideiglenesen megszállt Liszicsanszkba az oroszok Luhanszkból próbálnak áramot szállítani. Nem sikerült helyreállítaniuk a központosított vízellátást. Csak ljtos vizet tudnak majd hozni. Szevrodonyeckben szintén nincs kommunikáció, a város a közműszolgáltatások összeomlására számít. Hrivnya százmilliárdokra lesz szükség a két város infrastruktúrájának a helyreállításához, mivel az infrastruktúra 100%-ban megsemmisült, beleértve a vízellátást” – mutatott rá Szerhij Hajdaj.

Az ukrán csapatoknak sikerült áldozatok nélkül kijutniuk a Luhanszk megyei Liszicsanszkból, a védők előre felkészített, megerősítettebb állásokba vonultak vissza – jelentette ki hétfőn Szerhij Hajdaj, a Luhanszk Megyei Katonai Adminisztráció vezetője egy médiainterjúban, számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint a katonai kormányzó az angol BBC-nek nyilatkozva elmondta, hogy szerinte az orosz hadsereg jelentős fölénnyel rendelkezik felszerelésben és lőszerben. Ezért az ukrán csapatok nem engedhették meg a bekerítést, és elhagyták a várost – tette hozzá.
Mint Hajdaj rámutatott, az oroszok csak távolról szétlőtték volna a várost, így nem volt értelme maradni. „Körbevesznek minket, és ott kellett volna ülnünk, amíg a várost ágyúzzák” – magyarázta.
A megyevezető elmondása szerint az ukrán fegyveres erők kész erődített állásokba vonultak vissza nyugatabbra, ahonnan folytatják a harcot a betolakodók ellen, ha újabb fegyverek érkeznek nyugati partnereiktől. „Mindenki veszteség vonult ki. Nekem személy szerint nehéz és fájdalmas, de ez nem egy elvesztett háború. Ez csak egy csata, amit elvesztettünk. Meg kellett tartanunk a csapatainkat, hogy amikor elegendő nyugati fegyver érkezik, normális hadműveleteket és ellentámadásokat hajthassunk végre” – mutatott rá Szerhij Hajdaj.
