Kijev megyében őrizetbe vettek egy 66 éves amerikai állampolgárt, akit 1992 óta nemzetközileg köröztek gyermekek elleni szexuális bűncselekmények miatt. A hatóságok megállapították, hogy a férfi több mint három évtizeden át bujkált az amerikai igazságszolgáltatás elől, hamis iratokkal és álnéven élve. Erről az Ukrán Főügyészi Hivatal sajtószolgálata számolt be.
Az amerikai bűnüldöző szervek tájékoztatása szerint a letartóztatott férfi 1984 és 1991 között egy óvoda vezetőjeként dolgozott az arizonai Pima megyében. Ez idő alatt négy, 4 és 9 év közötti gyermek ellen követett el több szexuális bűncselekményt. Az ellene felhozott vádak 15 súlyos szexuális bűncselekményből állnak.
Mielőtt az arizonai legfelsőbb bíróság ítéletet hozhatott volna ellene, a férfi elmenekült az országból, hogy elkerülje a felelősségre vonást. A szökéshez hamis, mexikói állampolgár nevére kiállított iratokat használt. Több mint 30 éven keresztül sikeresen rejtegette valódi személyazonosságát, és elkerülte a hatóságokat.
A letartóztatás a szoros nemzetközi együttműködésnek és a modern digitális technológiák alkalmazásának köszönhetően valósult meg. Az ukrán ügyészség adatai szerint a férfi egy magánházban élt Kijev megyében, hamis személyes adatokkal.
Jelenleg megkezdődött az Egyesült Államokba történő kiadatási eljárás. Ha ez sikeres lesz, az illetőt az USA-ban bíróság elé állítják, ahol hosszú börtönbüntetés várhat rá gyermekek elleni súlyos bűncselekmények miatt.

A kijevi ügyészség vezetésével lelepleztek egy 28 éves férfit, aki egy számítógépes játékon keresztül ismerkedett meg egy 8 éves fiúval, s intim fotókat küldött a gyereknek.
A pornográf felvételeket a kiskorú szülei találták meg a telefonon. A nyomozás során megállapították, hogy a gyanúsított és a kiskorú fiú kommunikációja egy népszerű számítógépes játék chaten kezdődött, ahol az elkövető a gyerekkel egykorúként mutatkozott be.
Egy idő után intim beszélgetésbe kezdett a gyerekkel és meztelen képeket küldött magáról. A tettest letartóztatták, az ügyben folyik a bíróságot megelőző nyomozás.

A megyei ügyészség kérelmének megfelelve a bíróság módosítások nélkül hagyta az ajánlott büntetést annak az ószemerei férfinek az ügyében, aki megerőszakolta unokahúgát.
A férfit 11 év börtönbüntetésre ítélték. Az eset 2020 augusztusában történt, a kislány akkor 11 éves volt. A történteket követően a kiskorú a padláson bújt el, ahol nővére talált rá és értesítette a rendőrséget.
Jelenleg az ellene hozott ítélet jogerős, azonban joga van fellebbezni.

Letartóztatták a beregszászi járási férfit, akit azzal gyanúsítanak, hogy megerőszakolt egy 10 éves kislányt.
A beregszászi járási rendőrkapitányság munkatársai letartóztattak egy 31 éves helyi lakost, akit azzal gyanúsítanak, hogy megerőszakolta élettársa 10 éves kislányát.
A hatóságokhoz október 18-án érkezett bejelentés a történtekről az áldozat 32 éves édesanyjától. A helyszínre azonnal kiérkezett az operatív csoport, s letartóztatták a 31 éves mostohaapát.
Az ügyben büntetőeljárás indult, a tettes akár 15 év börtönbüntetésre is számíthat.
A Beregszászi járásban elfogtak a rendőrök egy korábban már elítélt 29 éves kárpátaljai férfit, akit egy kiskorú helyi lakos molesztálásával gyanúsítanak. A férfit előzetes letartóztatásba helyezték. Az ügyben folyik a nyomozás.
Szeptember 4-én a 102-es vonalra érkezett bejelentés egy 9 éves kislány molesztálásáról.
A bejelentésre kiérkező nyomozói-operatív csoport megállapította, hogy az elkövető a város egyik utcájában odalépett a gyermekhez, és kitette a nemi szervét. A lány ijedten elszaladt, és elmondta az esetet édesanyjának, aki a rendőrséghez fordult.
A rendfenntartók az operatív intézkedések során gyorsan megállapították, hogy egy 29 éves, korábban elítélt kárpátaljai férfi érintett a bűncselekményben. A rendőrök azonnal felkeresték és őrizetbe vették a bűnözőt. A férfit előzetes letartóztatásba helyezték. A nyomozók a fogvatartott cselekményét Ukrajna Büntető Törvénykönyvének 156. §-a alapján kiskorú gyermek ellen elkövetett molesztálásnak minősítették. Tettéért nyolc év börtönt is kaphat, számolt be a kárpátaljai rendőrség kommunikációs osztálya.
Egy 8 éves kislány molesztálásának gyanújával vettek őrizetbe egy nyugdíjas férfit Munkácson, aki meztelenül fürdött a szintén ruha nélküli gyerekkel – számolt be vasárnap az Ukrajinszka Pravda hírportál a Kárpátalja megyei rendőrség sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
A közlemény szerint 2022. július 8-án a munkácsi városi rendőrségre bejelentés érkezett helyi lakosoktól, akik arról számoltak be, hogy egy meztelen férfit láttak a folyópartról. Elmondásuk szerint egy kislánnyal fürdőzött, aki meztelen volt.
A férfi azt állította a járókelőknek, hogy a saját lányával szórakozik, de nem ezt nem hitték el neki. A kiérkező nyomozók egy kiskorú gyermeket és egy 62 éves férfit találtak a helyszínen. A rendőrök megállapították, hogy a férfi akkor csalta el a gyereket, amikor az sétálni indult házának udvaráról. Megragadta a lány kezét, és fenyegetően a folyóhoz vonszolta. Ott arra kényszerítette, hogy teljesen vetkőzzön le, és menjen vele fürödni. A vízben a férfi elkezdte molesztálni a gyereket, amit a folyóparton is folytatott.
A rendőrök a gyereket biztonságos helyre vitték, az elkövetőt pedig őrizetbe vették. A férfit vizsgálati fogságba helyezték.
A hatóságok eljárást indítottak a gyanúsított ellen a büntetőtörvénykönyv 156. cikkelyének 2. része alapján kiskorú ellen elkövetett szeméremsértő cselekmények címén, ami 8 évig terjedő szabadságvesztéssel büntethető. A rendőrség kezdeményezte a bíróságon a férfi előzetes letartóztatásba helyezését.
A rendőrség megállapította a sértett kislány személyazonosságát, és megtalálta a családját. Az üggyel a fiatalkorúak ügyeivel foglalkozó rendőrségi osztály foglalkozik.
A hatóságok letartóztatták a gyerekek megrontásával vádolt bűnözőt, aki lövöldözést rendezett egy iskola közelében, melynek során életét vesztette egy rendőrnő.
A hírt Rosztiszlav Szmirnov, a belügyminiszter tanácsadója közölte a Facebookon. Elmondása szerint a bűnöző a letartóztatás közben fegyvert rántott, s válaszul a hatóságok szintén tüzet nyitottak.
A férfi 53 éves volt, krími származású, azonban Zsitomir megyei lakcímmel rendelkezett.
Október 3-án, mint hírportálunk is beszámolt róla, lövöldözés volt egy iskola közelében hétfőn Csernyivciben, egy kiskorúak megrontásával gyanúsított bűnöző őrizetbe vétele során, a tűzpárbajban egy egyenruhás meghalt, egy másik megsebesült.

A suspilne.media hírportál értesülése szerint Csernyivciben a Vorobkevics utcát a 27-es számú iskola közelében, ahol a lövöldözés történt, a rendőrök lezárták. A helyszínen nyomrögzítők dolgoznak. „A rendőrség egyelőre nem kommentálta az eseményt. Csak annyit közölt, hogy a sérült vagy halott gyerekekről szóló információk hamisak” – emlékeztettek a médium riporterei.
