Németország egy ideje messze nem a régi, egyre több a súlyos incidens az országban. Legutóbb a szilveszteri ünnepségeket árnyékolták be a tragikus balesetek és zavargások. Több városban is érzékelhető volt mindez, ami aggodalmat vált ki az emberekből.
Öt ember haláláról tudni, akik Németországban hunytak el tűzijátékkal kapcsolatos balesetekben, mialatt Berlinben több mint 400 embert tartóztattak le zavargások miatt. Az egyik halálos áldozat egy 24 éves fiatal volt, aki egy házi készítésű tűzijáték idő előtti felrobbanása miatt hunyt el az észak-rajna-vesztfáliai Geseke város közelében.
Egy 45 és egy 50 éves férfi is életét vesztette, amikor a kezükben felrobbant a tűzijáték. Egy 20 éves fiatalember szintén elhunyt, az ő halálát egy házi készítésű petárda okozta Hamburgban, már nem lehetett rajta segíteni.
Késes támadás Berlinben
Az éjszaka folyamán pedig százakat tartóztattak le Berlinben, melyben rendőröket támadtak meg. 30 rendőr és 1 tűzoltó is megsérült az összecsapásokban, amiről az Euronews számolt be. Több száz rendőrt vezényeltek a német fővárosba, hogy megakadályozzák a további erőszakos cselekményeket.
A halálos kimenetelű balesetek és zavargások nem ritkák szilveszterkor Németországban. A hamburgi rendőrök arról beszéltek, hogy szó szerint lőttek rájuk a tűzijátékokkal, míg Lipcsében nagyobb csoportokat támadtak az előbb említett veszélyes eszközökkel. Nancy Faeser német belügyminiszter elítélte a zavargásokat, és kijelentette,, az elkövetőket „a legnagyobb szigorral” fogják felelősségre vonni a történtekért.
Szintén december 31-én történt az a támadás Berlinben, amikor egy férfi késsel támadt válogatás nélkül járókelőkre. Többen megsérültek a támadásban, két embert kórházba kellett vinni a támadó miatt.

Konyhakéssel támadt a járókelőkre egy férfi az olaszországi Rimini térségében található Villa Verucchióban – írja a La Repubblica. A 20 éves egyiptomi ámokfutó öt embert sebesített meg.
Olasz sajtóértesülések szerint a támadás szilvesztereste történt. A férfi válogatás nélkül esett neki az embereknek: elsőként egy 18 éves fiút szúrt hátba, majd egy idős házaspárt és egy lányt is megsebesített.
A rendőrök a helyszínre érkezve egy figyelmeztető lövéssel próbálták megállítani az elkövetőt, aki a járőrök felé rohant a késsel. A hatóságok végül lelőtték a férfit, aki a helyszínen meghalt.
A támadás sérültjeit kórházba vitték. Úgy tudják, hogy egyikük sincs életveszélyben. Az ámokfutó indítéka egyelőre nem ismert, a rendőrség nyomozást indított az ügyben.

Valóságos káoszban telt a szilveszter Németország nagyobb városaiban, főként Berlinben. Ahogy az elmúlt években mindig, ezúttal is zavargások voltak múlt éjjel a német főváros migránsok által lakott kerületeiben. Megvadult fiatalok járókelőkre, rendőrökre és mentősökre dobáltak tűzijátékokat, rakétákat és petárdákat. Sok rendőr megsérült, van, akinek súlyos az állapota. Csaknem 400 embert tartóztattak le. Öten vesztették életüket petárdabalesetekben – hangzott el az M1 Híradójában. Ráadásul ismét egy késelő támadóval kellett szembenézniük a berlini járókelőknek.
Többen megsebesültek kedden a német főváros Berlin-Charlottenburg nevű városrészében egy feltehetően késeléses támadásban, két embert kórházba kellett szállítani – közölte a helyi rendőrség szóvivője.
Első értesülések szerint egy férfi támadt járókelőkre az utcán. A rendőrség szerint a támadó késsel ronthatott rá az emberekre. A rendvédelmi szerveket déltájban riasztották a helyszínre, ahol sikerült elfogni a feltételezett elkövetőt. A B.Z. berlini lap szerint a férfi válogatás nélkül rátámadt a járókelőkre, akik közül többen le tudták fogni az elkövetőt a rendőrség megérkezésééig.
Később nagy lángokkal égett egy kétemeletes ház szilveszter éjjel Berlin egyik, főként bevándorlók lakta negyedében. Az épület teljesen leégett. A tűz oka feltehetően egy pirotechnikai eszköz volt.
Németországban idén – az előző évekhez hasonlóan – zavargásokkal telt a szilveszter. Német sajtóhírek szerint őrjöngő fiatalok ismét rátámadtak a munkájukat végezni próbáló rendőrökre, és tűzoltókra. Rakétákkal, petárdákkal, és palackokkal vették célba a kiérkező egyenruhásokat. De rátámadtak a bajba jutottakon segíteni próbáló mentőkre is, annak ellenére, hogy idén már voltak olyan kerületek, ahová csak rendőri kísérettel vonultak ki.
„Németország szerte történtek szabálysértések annak ellenére, hogy a rendőrség nagy erőkkel volt jelen a nagyvárosok környékén. Itt Berlinben például olyan zónákat is kialakítottak, ahol a rendőrök elkísérték a mentősöket, hogy biztosítsák a testi épségüket, okulva a korábbi évek tapasztalataiból. Ennek ellenére csak itt Berlinben legalább 400 embert állítottak elő. Mivel pirotechnikai eszközökkel, petárdákkal támadtak rá az egyenruhásokra. A legutolsó mérleg szerint legalább 13 rendőr sérült meg, az egyik olyan súlyosan hogy az éjszaka meg kellett műteni” – tájékoztatott az M1 helyszíni tudósítója.
De nem csak a fővárosban voltak zavargások. Lipcsében például 50 ember támadt rá a rendőrökre. Hasonló volt a helyzet Münchenben is. Ott több százan támadták meg az egyenruhásokat.
Szinte háborús állapotok uralkodtak két éve szilveszterkor Németország több városában. Berlinben például randalírozó fiatalok petárdákkal, és tűzijáték rakétákkal támadtak rá a járókelőkre, és a hatóságok embereire. Berlin egyik főként bevándorlók lakta negyedében például 200 maszkos fiatal támadt a munkájukat végezni próbáló tűzoltókra, a szolgálati járműveiket pedig kifosztották. A randalírozók autókat, kukát gyújtottak fel, sokan riasztópisztolyokkal őrjöngtek az utcákon, és lövöldöztek.
„Nem helyes elhallgatni azt a tényt, hogy sok támadó bevándorló hátterű” – magyarázta akkor a történtek után a német belügyminiszter, Nancy Feaser. Majd azt is hozzátette, hogy nagyrészt az integráció hiánya miatt történhetnek ilyen zavargások. Emellett bejelentette: szigorítanak a biztonsági szabályokon, hogy ne fordulhassanak elő ilyen események.
Csakhogy 2023 szilveszterkor lényegében ugyanaz történt mint egy évvel korábban. Berlin belvárosában például több száz, főként fiatalokból álló tömeg dobálta egymást pirotechnikai eszközökkel és a rendőrökre is rátámadtak. Abban negyedben pedig ahol egy évvel korábban a legtöbb rendbontás történt, ezúttal fiatalok próbáltak Molotov-koktélokat gyártani. Egy idősotthon ablakán pedig tűzijáték repült be, ezért az épületet ki kellett üríteni.
2024 utolsó napján annak ellenére sem sikerült megakadályozni az előző évekhez hasonló incidenseket, hogy a német rendőrség előzetesen jelezte: minden korábbinál nagyobb erőket mozgósítanak az év utolsó napjára.

Több halálos áldozata van egy szilveszteri ünnepségnek, amelyet az ugandai főváros egyik népszerű rendezvényközpontjában tartottak meg – közölték vasárnap hivatalosan.
A Freedom City Mallban, ahol rendszeresen tartanak koncerteket és újévi ünnepséget, legkevesebb kilenc embert, köztük gyerekeket tapostak halálra, amikor a rendezvény műsorvezetőjének felszólítására a tömeg egyszerre tódult ki, hogy megnézze az újévi tűzijátékot – mondta a kampalai rendőrség szóvivőhelyettese.
A hatóságok közleménye szerint a területileg illetékes rendőrség erőszakos viselkedés és a rendezők gondatlansága miatt bekövetkezett halálesetek ügyében rendelt el vizsgálatot Egyelőre senkit nem vettek őrizetbe az ügyben.
A rendőri jelentés szerint öten még a helyszínen lelték halálukat, négyen pedig a kórházba szállításuk után haltak bele súlyos sérüléseikbe. További sérültekről nem tájékoztattak.
Az áldozatok holttestét Kampala Mulago városrészének halottasházába szállították.

Szilveszterkor sem törlik el a kijárási tilalmat Ukrajnában, a szabálysértőket a rendőrség őrizetbe veszi – közölte Marjanna Reva, a Nemzeti Rendőrség sajtótitkára, számolt be az Interfax-Ukrajna.
„Az embereknek meg kell érteniük, hogy függetlenül attól, hogy milyen nap van – ünnepnap vagy sem –, vannak bizonyos kijárási tilalmi követelmények. A rendőrök ellenőrizni fogják az embereket, irataikat, beviszik őket azonosításra a rendőrségre” – mondta el.
Reva hangsúlyozta: azok, akik a kijárási tilalom ellenére szilveszterkor kimennek az utcára, büntetőjogi felelősségre vonhatók.
Egyben hozzátette, hogy Ukrajna egész területén tilos a pirotechnikai eszközök alkalmazása és az ilyen esetekre is reagálni fog a rendőrség.

Szombaton vetettek véget a rendőrök egy, a spanyolországi Llinars del Vallésben tartott rave partinak, amely – mivel szilveszterkor kezdődött – már negyven órája tartott és amelyen az El Pais cikke szerint négyszáz fő vett részt különböző országokból.
A rohamrendőrök az elhagyatott gyár területén rendezett partin tömeges igazoltatásba kezdtek, mivel a társaság megszegte a járványügyi korlátozásokat.
A lap szerint egyébként a környéken élők már 31-én este kilenckor bejelentést tettek a rendőröknek az illegális partiról. A rendőrök azonban eddig csak az onnan távozókat igazoltatták, nem ürítették ki a hangárt, hogy kerüljék a konfrontációt. Végül a belügyminisztérium utasítására szombaton ezt mégis megtették, a helyszínen eddigre nagyjából százan maradtak.
Franciaországban ugyancsak szombatig elnyúlt egy illegális szilveszteri parti, az a hírek szerint a katalóniainál is nagyobb volt.

Szilveszter éjjel hatalmas pusztítást végzett Bécs belvárosában egy nagyrészt migránsokból álló banda.
A vandálok szemeteseket robbantottak fel petárdákkal, a darabjaikkal üzletek (köztük ékszerbolt, pékség és fagyizó) kirakatait próbálták betörni. Megrongáltak automatákat és padokat is Bécs bevándorlók által lakott belvárosi, Favoriten kerületében szilveszter éjjel. Több lakás ablakát tűzijátékokkal lőtték be. Egy karácsonyfát pedig benzinnel locsoltak le az oe24.at hírportál szerint. Elképesztő állapotokat mutat egy helyszínen készült videó.
Amikor a rendőrök a helyszínre érkeztek, a portál szerint tűzijátékokkal lőttek rájuk az Allahu Akbart kiabáló migránsok.
Először mindannyian elmenekültek, de a rendőrök megtaláltak közülük egy 16 és egy 21 éves szír fiatalt, akik elvezették őket egy lakáshoz, ahol további hét támadót vettek őrizetbe: 14 és 29 év közöttiek, ketten közülük osztrákok, kettő iraki, három szíriai bevándorló.
Karl Nehammer osztrák belügyminiszter az esetre reagálva azt mondta, hogy nincs helye a párhuzamos társadalmaknak Ausztriában.
Susanne Raab néppárti integrációs miniszter szerint a szilveszteri vandalizmus ismét megmutatta, hogy milyen veszélyeket rejtenek a párhuzamos társadalmak.
Norbert Hofer, az Osztrák Szabadságpárt elnöke a randalírozó migránsok kitoloncolását javasolta, valamint, hogy a két osztrák elkövető pedig fizessen a helyreállításért.

A török belügyminisztérium közölte, hogy a közelmúltban egyes szállodák és szálláshelyek újévi, zenés szórakoztató program-csomagokat hirdettek annak ellenére, hogy a koronavírus járvány miatt elfogadott intézkedések betiltották a hasonló rendezvények szervezését – olvasható Törökország Belügyminisztériumának honlapján közzétette közleményben, számolt be a rbc.ua.
A közleményben az alábbiakat hangsúlyozták ki:
Tilos az újév megünneplése szállodákban és a hozzá tartozó éttermekben, többek között bálok, zenés szórakoztató programok, partik, show műsorok és gála estek szervezése.
Tilos az ilyen rendezvények reklámozása és az ilyen esteket tartalmazó túrák értékesítése.
Tilos zenés, táncos szórakoztató műsorok szervezése (22:00-ig is!), 22:00 után a szállodákban, éttermekben és más helyiségekben.
Csoportok szervezése a szállodákban és éttermekben.
Novemberben Törökország számos új karantén korlátozást vezetett be, többek között a vendéglátóhelyek működésére vonatkozóan. Mindemellett november 21-től kijárási tilalom az országban van érvényben. A bevásárlóközpontok és piacok 10:00 és 20:00 óra között vannak nyitva, a bárok és éttermek pedig csak elvitelre dolgozhatnak.
Ugyanakkor azok a külföldi állampolgárok, akik turisztikai céllal érkeznek Törökországba, mentesülnek a kijárási tilalom alól. A szállodák éttermei mellett a repülőtereken található vendéglátóhelyek a szokásos módon nyitva vannak. Kijárási tilalom idején a turisták a foglalást igazoló okmányokkal és kizárólag autóval utazhatnak egyik városból a másikba.
