Ukrajna legalább 17 városában kezdődtek szerda este immár második alkalommal tömegtüntetések a 12414. számú, Zelenszkij által kedden aláírt törvény ellen, amely korlátozza a Nemzeti Korrupcióellenes Hivatal (NABU) és a Korrupcióellenes Szakosított Ügyészség (SZAP) hatásköreit – számolt be az Ukrajinszka Pravda a Szuszpilne tévécsatorna és a kremencsuki kiadású Telegraf című kiadványra hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a tiltakozók gyülekezni kezdtek Mikolajivban, Csernyihivben, Kremencsukban, Csernyivciben és Dnyipróban. Kijevben este 8 órára hirdettek tiltakozó megmozdulást az Ivan Franko Színház előtti téren.
A Szuszpilne számításai szerint összesen legalább 17 városban jelentettek be tiltakozó akciókat.

A katalán szeparatista vezetőknek amnesztiát biztosító, készülő törvény ellen tiltakoztak Spanyolország számos városában a konzervatív Néppárt (PP) felhívására vasárnap.
A beszámolók szerint tízezrek vonultak utcára, a többi közt Sevillában, Valenciában, Salamancában és Barcelonában. Madridban a szervezők egymillió résztvevőről számoltak be, míg a kormányhivatal 80 ezerre tette a tüntetők számát.
A spanyol főváros főtere, a Puerta del Sol zsúfolásig megtelt a spanyol nemzeti és európai uniós zászlókat lengető tömeggel. A magasba tartott transzparensek némelyikére Pedro Sánchez szocialista ügyvivő kormányfő arcképe mellé a „Hazug!” és az „Áruló!” jelzőket írták. „Spanyolország nem eladó” – skandálta többször is a tömeg.
„Nemet mondunk az amnesztiára, nemet a büntetlenségre és igent az egyenlőség Spanyolországára”– hangsúlyozta beszédében Alberto Núnez Feijóo, a PP elnöke.
Mint mondta, Spanyolországnak olyan miniszterelnöke lesz, aki „megvásárolta” újraválasztását partnereinek büntetlenségével.
Véleménye szerint a katalán szeparatista vezetők amnesztiája elleni tüntetéssorozat túlmutat a pártokon. „Azért vagytok itt, mert elveitek vannak, mert nem akarjátok, hogy megfosszanak tőlük benneteket, és mert érdekel benneteket az ország sorsa” – fogalmazott.
Hozzátette: addig nem maradnak csendben, amíg újabb általános parlamenti választásokon nem „beszélhetnek”.
A tüntető tömegben a magát a Néppártól jobbra pozicionáló Vox párt is képviseltette magát. Santiago Abascal pártelnök újságíróknak nyilatkozva
folyamatos tiltakozóakciókra szólított fel az elkövetett „államcsínnyel” szemben.
A Spanyol Szocialista Munkáspárt (PSOE) várhatóan a jövő héten nyújtja be a parlamentnek az úgynevezett amnesztiatörvény javaslatát, amely a 2014-ben megrendezett függetlenségi konzultáció, és a 2017-es, alkotmányellenesnek nyilvánított népszavazás miatt jogi eljárás alá vont személyekre vonatkozik, de ennél egy szélesebb, 2012-től 2023-ig tartó időszakot ölel fel.
A szocialisták a törvényjavaslatnak köszönhetően megszerezték a spanyol parlament katalán függetlenségi pártjainak támogatását Pedro Sánchez kormányfővé választásához, akit október elején kért fel a posztra IV. Fülöp király, miután a júliusi általános választásokon győztes PP elnöke nem kapta meg a törvényhozás támogatását.
Pedro Sáncheznek saját pártja 121 képviselője mellett további 55 támogató szavazatra volt szüksége ahhoz, hogy újból kormányfő lehessen. Hét párttól összesen 178 igen szavazatra számíthat a parlamenti voksoláskor, amelyet várhatóan
a jövő hét második felére tűz ki az alsóház elnöke.
Az amnesztia ellen hetek óta zajlanak tüntetések Spanyolországban. A PSOE madridi székházánál kilenc napja minden este tiltakozók gyűlnek össze. A megmozdulás több alkalommal is összetűzéshez vezetett a helyszínt biztosító rendőrökkel. Vasárnapra virradó éjjel heten megsebesültek, köztük négy rendőr, és 13 embert őrizetbe vettek, köztük öt fiatalkorút.
A hatóság tájékoztatása szerint a tiltakozók többsége békés, azonban a közéjük vegyülő radikális csoportok konfliktusokat okoznak.

Ellopott rákgyógyszerek miatt robbant ki botrány Észak-Macedóniában, hétfő este százak tüntettek a fővárosban, Szkopjéban igazságot követelve az áldozatoknak.
Az ügyészség korábban közölte, hogy a rendőrség pénteken házkutatást tartott a szkopjei rákklinikán, az ország legnagyobb kórházában. A gyanú szerint a kórházban évek óta lopják a rákgyógyszereket, hogy a feketepiacon értékesítsék tovább őket. Az ügyben bűnbandák is érintettek.

Tiltakozások robbantak ki a világ legnagyobb, a közép-kínai Henan tartományban található iPhone-gyárában, a közösségi oldalakon kedden kiszivárgott felvételek szerint a szigorú járványügyi lezárások közepette tiltakozó munkások a biztonsági személyzettel is összecsaptak.
A videók tanúsága szerint a tajvani tulajdonú, Csengcsouban lévő Foxconn gyár dolgozói magasabb fizetést és több ételt követeltek. Közülük többeket megvertek vagy elvittek az őrök. A videók felkerültek a kommunista országban betiltott Twitterre is.
Korábban a Foxconn azt közölte, hogy a dolgozók a korlátozások miatt nem hagyhatják el az összeszerelő-üzemet, a helyi hatóságok pedig megtagadták a belépést a mintegy 200 ezer embert foglalkoztató gyár területére.
A vállalat egyelőre nem reagált a tiltakozások hírére.
Októberben már kikerültek közösségi médiára olyan videók, amelyeken az látszik, hogy a járványügyi karantén miatt a létesítményben gyakorlatilag fogva tartott munkások áttörik a terület köré emelt barikádokat, és – a közösségi közlekedés részleges leállítása miatt – olykor gyalog indulnak haza.
A helyi sajtó szerint az Apple egyik legnagyobb beszállítójának számító Foxconn-nak további tízezer alkalmazottra lenne szüksége ahhoz, hogy normalizálja a termelést. Olyan híresztelések is vannak, hogy a Kínai Kommunisa Párt káderekkel próbálja feltölteni a gyárat, biztosítandó a termelés folyamatosságát.
Kínában 2020 óta a gyárak általában úgy reagálnak a környékeiken jelentett fertőzésekre, hogy hosszú időre elzárják munkásaikat a megbetegedések elkerülése és a termelés fenntartása érdekében. A gyakorlat ellen a dolgozók már többször tiltakoztak, és azt is a munkáltatók szemére vetették, hogy mindeközben nem biztosítják a megfelelő higiéniai feltételeket, és sokszor nem jutnak elég ételhez sem. Kínában továbbra is az úgynevezett zéró-Covid-politikát követik, ami szigorú zárlatokat, karanténintézkedéseket és tömeges teszteléseket jelent.
