Eddig legkevesebb 108-an vesztették életüket Iránban a Mahsza Amini halála miatt egy hónapja kirobbant tiltakozásokkal szembeni hatósági erőszakban – közölte az Iráni Emberi Jogok (IHR) nevű, norvégiai székhelyű szervezet szerdán.

Emellett 93 ember vesztette életét a biztonsági erők és a tüntetők közötti összecsapásokban a Szisztán-Beludzsisztán tartománybeli Záhedánban. Itt azért tiltakoztak, mert híresztelések szerint egy rendőr megerőszakolt egy lányt.
Iránban szeptember 16-án kezdődött országos tüntetéshullám, mert őrizetbe vétele után három nappal a kórházban életét vesztette a 22 éves Mahsza Amini. Aminit azért állította elő az erkölcsrendészet, mert nem viselte a nyilvános területen kötelező fejkendőt.
A biztonsági erők könyörtelen fellépése ellenére nem apadnak a tiltakozások.
Jogvédő szervezetek szerint különösen durván elnyomják a tüntetéseket az Irán északnyugati részén található Kurdisztán tartomány székhelyén, Szanandádzsban, ahonnan Amini származik.
Az IHR-t vezető Mahmúd Amíri-Mogaddam azonnali beavatkozást követelt a nemzetközi közösségtől a további vérontás megakadályozása érdekében. Az aktivista rámutatott: az iráni hatóságok korlátozták az internethozzáférést, ami nehezíti a jogvédő szervezet munkáját.
Az IHR szerint Kurdisztánban legalább tizennégyen, Teheránban tizenegyen, Mazandaránban pedig huszonnyolcan vesztették életüket az előző hetekben. A lista nem teljes, mert az elmúlt három napban véres tüntetések zajlottak Szanandádzsban, amelyek áldozatairól egyelőre semmit sem tudni. A jogvédő szervezet úgy értesült, hogy a biztonsági erők kiskorúakat is őrizetbe vettek.
Eközben több mint száz ember ellen emeltek vádat a megmozdulásokban való részvétel miatt – közölte az iráni igazságszolgáltatás.
Teheránban hatvan, Hurmuzgán tartományban pedig hatvanöt esetben indítottak bírósági eljárást.

Az akciót az „Adalat Ali”, azaz Ali igazsága nevű csoport vállalta magára – írja a BBC. A felvételen Khamenei ajatollah fotója mellett a „Fiataljaink vére a te kezeden szárad” felirat jelent meg, Mahsa Amini és három másik, az elmúlt hetek tüntetései során megölt lány fotójával együtt.
Egy másik felirat így szólt: „csatlakozzatok hozzánk és lázadjatok fel”. A hackereknek csak néhány másodpercre sikerült megszakítaniuk az iráni állami tévé híradóját, mielőtt lekapcsolták őket.
Az eset azután történt, hogy ismét legalább három embert lelőttek, amikor a Mahsa Amini halála miatt kirobbant újabb zavargások során tüntetők összecsaptak a biztonsági erőkkel.
A tüntetések azután lángoltak fel az ország egész területén, hogy a 22 éves kurd nőt Teheránban őrizetbe vette az úgynevezett erkölcsrendészet, amirt fejkendője állítólag nem fedte el megfelelően a haját. Mahsa Amini szeptember 16-án, három nappal letartóztatása után halt meg az őrizetben, szemtanúk állítása szerint a rendőrök agyonverték.
A kormány azzal érvelt, hogy Amini hirtelen szívrohamban halt meg, de a családja szerint nem volt semmilyen alapbetegsége, úgy vélik, hogy megölték.
Ugyancsak szombaton olyan videók jelentek meg az iráni közösségi médiában, amelyeken a teheráni egyetem diáklányai azt skandálják, hogy „takarodj”, amikor Ebrahim Raisi elnök meglátogatta az intézményt.
Korábban a nap folyamán két embert öltek meg Sanandajban, köztük egy férfit, akit az autójában azért lőttek le, mert a tüntetőket támogatva dudált. Az interneten megosztott egyik videón egy nyakon lőtt nő is látható, amint eszméletlenül fekszik a földön Mashhad városában.
Amini halála óta a Közel-Keleten, Európában és az Egyesült Államokban is tüntetők ezrei vonultak fel, hogy tiltakozzanak a fiatal nő erőszakos halála és az ország hidzsábtörvényei ellen, és szolidaritást vállaljanak Irán női lakosságával.

A szeptember 13-án meghalt fiatal kurd nő halála miatt szervezett tüntetésen számos újságírót vettek őrizetbe Iránban. Ráadásul többüket éjszaka, letartóztatási parancs vagy egyéb magyarázat nélkül a lakásukról vitték el.
Tizennyolc újságírót vettek őrizetbe a hatóságok Iránban a közel két hete zajló tüntetések alatt – közölte hétfőn a Bizottság az Újságírók védelmére (CPJ) nevű, New-York-i székhelyű újságíró-jogvédő szervezet. A tüntetéseket az váltotta ki, hogy szeptember 13-án meghalt egy őrizetbe vett fiatal kurd nő, a 22 éves Mahsza Amini, akit azért tartóztattak le, mert nem viselte a kötelező muszlim kendőt.
A CPJ közleménye szerint a tiltakozó akciókhoz kapcsolódóan legalább 18 újságírót is őrizetbe vettek. Többüket ráadásul éjszaka, a lakásukról vitték el letartóztatási parancs vagy egyéb magyarázat nélkül. A szervezet úgy tudja, köztük van Nilufar Hamedi, aki meglátogatta a kórházban kómában fekvő Mahsza Aminit, és fontos szerepe volt abban, hogy az eset napvilágra került. Szintén a letartóztatottak között van Jalda Moajeri, aki egy, a 2019 novemberi demonstrációkról készült emblematikus fotóról vált nemzetközileg ismertté.
A Londonban működő Iran International televízió arról számolt be hogy szombaton a nekik adott interjú közben, két ügyvédjével együtt tartóztatták le Huszein Ronagi politikai aktivistát.
A napokban a Riporterek Határok Nélkül nemzetközi újságíró-szervezet arról adott ki nyilatkozatot, hogy az iráni hatóságok az újságírókat ért támadásokkal egy időben a közösségi médiához való hozzáférést is korlátozták. A szervezet a tüntetők elleni erőszakos fellépés és a médiakorlátozások beszüntetésére szólította fel az iráni rendőrséget.
Az iráni hatóságok legutóbbi hivatalos jelentése szerint a Maszha Amini szeptember 16-i halálhírét követően kezdődött tüntetések alatt 41-en haltak meg, a letartóztatták száma 1200. Eközben a teheráni rendőrség tagadja, hogy Amini őrizetbe vételének köze lett volna a halálához, közlésük szerint a 22 éves nő hirtelen szívelégtelenségben halt meg.

A brutális oszlatás és az államfő fenyegetése ellenére még mindig tízezrek tüntetnek Iránban a rendőri túlkapások, a hivatali visszaélések és a nők elnyomása ellen, a szabadságjogok tiszteletben tartását követelve. A tiltakozáshullámot, amelynek az elmúlt 10 napban az iráni állami tévé szerint legkevesebb 41 halálos áldozata volt, egy 22 éves kurd lány őrizetbe vétele, majd halála robbantotta ki, és a gazdasági válság, illetve a társadalmi igazságtalanság keltette indulatok táplálják.
Mahsza Aminit az erkölcsrendészet vitte el szeptember közepén azzal az indokkal, hogy nem megfelelőképpen viselte a hidzsábot, vagyis a nők hajátés nyakát befedő kendőt. Pár órával később a lány meghalt a fogdában. A rendőrség, majd a belügyminiszter azt állítja, hogy szívrohamot kapott, de sokan úgy gondolják, hogy annyira megverték a rendőrök, hogy a sérüléseibe halt bele.
A demonstrációkról, amelyek vasárnap legalább 46 várost érintettek, eddig több mint 1200 embert vittek el a rendőrök.
A fővárosban, Teheránban ellentüntetés szerveződött a hétvégén. Sok ezren vonultak utcára, hogy kifejezzék, támogatják a nők öltözködésére vonatkozó előírások és a törvényes rend betartatását.

Az észak-iráni rendőrség közlése szerint már több mint hétszáz embert tartóztattak le a több mint egy hete kezdődött kormányellenes tüntetéseken.
A tüntetéseket az váltotta ki, hogy szeptember 13-án meghalt egy őrizetbe vett fiatal kurd nő, a 22 éves Mahsza Amini, akit azért tartóztattak le, mert nem viselte a kötelező muzulmán kendőt. Halála újra felszította az indulatokat az országrészben a személyes szabadságjogok korlátozása, a nőkre vonatkozó szigorú öltözködési szabályok és a szankciók sújtotta gazdaság miatt.
Ahmad Vahídi iráni belügyminiszter közölte szombaton, hogy az igazságügyi orvosszakértői vizsgálat eredménye szerint a rendőrség nem hibáztatható az őrizetbe vett Mahsza Amini haláláért, a fiatal nőt nem verték meg és más módon sem sérült a koponyája. Szívrohamot kapott – jelentette ki a miniszter az IRNA hírügynökség szerint.
A dpa hírügynökség jelentése szerint Amini apja határozottan elutasította a jelentést. Azt állítja, hogy lányának nem volt semmilyen szívproblémája, így nem halhatott meg szívrohamban.
A demonstrációkon a Gilán tartományi rendőrség vezetőjének szombati tájékoztatása szerint 739 tüntetőt, köztük 60 nőt vettek őrizetbe, és tőlük fegyvereket, lőszert és robbanóanyagot is elkoboztak. A rendőrfőnök szerint a letartóztatott tüntetők több mint száz rendőr megsebesítéséért és közintézményekben okozott károkért felelősek.
A tüntetéseknek egyes források szerint 11, más adatok szerint már 50 halálos áldozata is van. António Guterres ENSZ-főtitkár pénteken felszólította az iráni biztonsági erőket, hogy tartózkodjanak „a szükségtelen és túlzott erőalkalmazástól” a kormányellenes tüntetéseken.
Egy jogvédő szervezet által gyűjtött bizonyítékok szerint az iráni biztonsági erők szándékosan és jogellenesen éles lőszerrel lőttek a tüntetőkre.
Szombaton ismét több tucatnyi iraki és iráni kurd vonult fel az észak-iraki Erbilben. Az ENSZ helyi épülete előtt gyülekező demonstrálók Amini fényképét ábrázoló plakátokat tartottak fel, és Irán politikai és vallási vezetőjére, Ali Hamenei ajatollahra utalva azt kiabálták, hogy „halál a diktátorra”.

Ebrahim Raiszi elítélte az országban zajló tüntetéseket, és kettős mérce alkalmazásával vádolta a nyugati országokat: szerinte ott is meghalnak őrizetben emberek, mégsem kelt nemzetközi felháborodást.
„Minden ilyen esetre ugyanúgy kellene reagálni a világon. Miért csak most rendelnek el nyomozást? Miért nem vizsgálják ki azok halálát, akik a bűnüldöző szervek miatt vesztik életüket a nyugaton, Európában, Észak-Amerikában és az Egyesült Államokban? A lassan egy hete tartó tiltakozásokban a jogvédő szervezetek szerint legkevesebb 31 ember veszítette életét. Iránszerte már 80 városban tartottak demonstrációkat a nők jogai és a szabadság mellett. A tiltakozásokban fontos szerepet játszanak a nők, akik fejkendőjüket lengetve vonulnak az iráni városok utcáin, sokan rövidre vágták a hajukat, majd az ezekről készült videókat feltöltötték a Twitterre és a TikTokra.

Tiltakozásokat jelentettek Teherán mellett az északnyugati Tebríz, a közép-iráni Kazvín és Siráz, valamint az északkeleti Meshed városából is. A Twitteren megjelent képsorok azt mutatják, hogy több helyen, köztük a fővárosban is, a tüntetők rendőrőrsöket gyújtottak fel.
Több videófelvételen – melyek hitelességét nem sikerült megállapítani – az látszik, hogy a rendőrök éles lőszert is bevetnek.
A Fársz iráni félhivatalos hírügynökség úgy tudja, hogy a hét tüntetőt szerdán Kazvínban késsel ölték meg. A hatóságok tagadták, hogy közük lenne a tiltakozók halálához, és azt állították, a biztonsági erők tagjait – köztük a Baszidzs nevű önkéntes paramilitáris alakulat három, más források szerint két emberét – rendbontók ölték meg.
Helyszíni beszámolók szerint az emberek nemcsak Ali Khamenei ajatollah, az ország legfőbb politikai és vallási vezetőjét szidalmazták, hanem fiát, Modzstaba Hameneit is, akit sokan az ajatollah utódjának tartanak.
Mindeközben az iráni Forradalmi Gárda felszólította az ország főügyészét, kezdeményezzen vizsgálatot a hamis hírek terjesztői ellen.
A síita államban azt követően robbantak ki demonstrációk, hogy egy kurd származású fiatal nőt, Mahsza Aminit az erkölcsrendészet múlt hét kedden őrizetbe vette, mert nem viselte az előírás szerint kötelező fejkendőt, a hidzsábot. Szemtanúk szerint a rendőrautóban megverték, majd kómába esett. Sajtóértesülések szerint pénteken halt meg.
Az iráni rendőrség tagadta, hogy az őrizetbe vételnek köze lett volna a nő halálához, közlésük szerint hirtelen szívelégtelenségben halt meg, a hatóságok pedig “külföldi ügynököket” és más országok titkosszolgálatait vádolnak a tüntetések megszervezésével.
Az internet-hozzáférést monitorozó NetBlocks civil szervezet szerdán azt közölte, hogy az országban erősen korlátozták az internethozzáférést.
A fejkendő viselése több mint negyven éve, az 1979-es iráni iszlám forradalom óta elvileg kötelező a nők számára, de ezt az előírást az évtizedek során főként a nagyvárosokban rengetegen megszegték. Az utóbbi években több megmozdulás is volt a kötelező viselet ellen, az iráni vezetés és az erkölcsrendőrség azonban egyaránt kitart a szabályok betartatása mellett.

Az Anonymous elindított az Irán-hadműveletet – jelentette be szerdán több mint 5,5 millió követővel rendelkező Twitter-csatornáján a hackercsoport. A lépésre azután került sor, hogy több ember meghalt azokban az erőszakba torkolló tüntetésekben, melyekben az iráni népharag egyre hangosabban követeli „a diktátor halálát”, azaz Ebrahim Raiszi elnök minden értelemben történő távozását.

Aminit betették egy furgonba, hogy az őrizeteseknek fenntartott központba szállítsák, ám útközben kómába esett. A tüntetések időközben túlnőttek Amini halálának ügyén, és az országban évtizedek óta gyűlő feszültség látszik elszabadulni. Különösen a fiatalok körében egyre nagyobb a felháborodás az iráni gazdasági helyzet, valamint a szigorú politikai és társadalmi korlátozások miatt. Az embereket az is feldühítette, hogy a hatóságok tagadták a rendőrség érintettségét, és követelték, hogy a letartóztatásában részt vevő rendőrök álljanak bíróság elé. A tüntetők azt is követelik, hogy töröljék el a vallási rendőrséget, és az annak működését megalapozó törvényeket is.
Ezen a ponton kapcsolódik be az Anonymous-hackercsoport. A kollektíva bejelentette: most minden erejével próbálja segíteni a tüntetők szervezkedését, melyet az iráni hatóságok az internet egyre erősebb cenzúrázásával, illetve részleges lekapcsolásával igyekeznek akadályozni.
Az Anonymous emellett hozzáfogott az iráni állami médiumok felületeinek feltöréséhez is.
Az internetelérés akadályozását figyelő NetBlocks szerint hétfőn szinte teljesen elérhetetlenné vált a hálózat Irán Kurdisztán tartományában, ahonnan Mahsa Amini származott. A NetBlocks elemzői arra jutottak, ezzel az iráni hatóságok egyértelműen a tüntetések online szervezését próbálják ellehetetleníteni.
Az Európai Unió külügyi szolgálata elfogadhatatlannak nevezte azt, ahogy a hatóságok bántak Mahsa Aminivel. Aggodalmát fejezte ki az eset miatt, illetve az annak kapcsán kitört tüntetéseken tapasztalható rendőri erőszakkal szemben Nada al-Nashif, az ENSZ emberi jogi ügyvivője.

Szerencsétlen incidensnek nevezte hétfőn az iráni rendőrség annak a fiatal nőnek az esetét, aki azt követően halt meg, hogy az erkölcsrendészet őrizetbe vette. Amiatt vették őrizetbe, hogy nem viselte az előírás szerint kötelező ruhadarabot, a hidzsábot – jelentette a Fársz iráni félhivatalos hírügynökség. A teheráni rendőrfőkapitány közleményében azt is leszögezte: nem szeretnék, ha hasonló eset újra előfordulna.
A 22 éves Masa Aminit kedden vették őrizetbe, szemtanúk szerint a rendőrök megverték a rendőrautóban, majd kómába esett. Sajtóértesülések szerint pénteken halt meg. A rendőrség tagadta, hogy az őrizetbe vételnek köze lett volna a nő halálához, közlésük szerint hirtelen szívelégtelenségben halt meg. Az iráni belügyminisztérium vizsgálatot indított az ügyben.
Az eset országos felháborodást váltott ki. Amini szombati temetése zavargásokba fulladt, miután a Kurdisztán tartománybeli Szakkezben tüntetők gyűltek össze, és a ceremónián megjelenő nők szolidaritásból levették a fejüket takaró kendőt, amelynek viselésére szigorú szabályok vonatkoznak Iránban. A temetést követően Szakkezben és más városokban is tüntetések robbantak ki: a gyászolók a „halál a diktátorra” jelszót skandálva vonultak az utcákon, ellenezve a nők jogait csorbító törvényeket.
Kurdisztán tartomány székhelyén, Szanandadzsban pedig a rendőrök könnygázzal oszlatták fel a tüntetők tömegét, és mintegy 500 tiltakozót őrizetbe vettek. A Fársz hírügynökség vasárnap késő esti jelentése szerint a demonstrálók betörték több autó ablakát, és kukákat gyújtottak föl.
A Fársz egy hétfői híradásában azt jelentette: számos tüntető meggyőződése az, hogy Masa Amini halálát kínzás okozta.
A fejkendő viselése több mint negyven éve, az 1979-es iráni iszlám forradalom óta elvileg kötelező a nők számára, de ezt az előírást az évtizedek során főként a nagyvárosokban rengetegen megszegték. Az utóbbi években több megmozdulás is volt a kötelező viselet ellen, az iráni vezetés és az erkölcsrendőrség azonban egyaránt kitart a szabályok betartatása mellett.
Iránban több nő, köztük például Anahita Hemmati ismert színésznő videót vagy fényképet tett ki a közösségi médiában arról, ahogyan a rendőri őrizetben meghalt fiatal nő melletti szolidaritás jeleként levágja a saját haját.

Az elmúlt hónapokban iráni jogvédő aktivisták arra buzdították a nőket, hogy közterületen is vegyék le fátylukat, tiltakozásul a kötelező iszlám öltözködési szabályok miatt, noha ezzel a letartóztatást kockáztatják, mert az ország konzervatív vezetői elvárják a hatóságok kemény fellépését az „erkölcstelen viselkedéssel” szemben.
A rendőrség szerint Amini szívrohamot kapott, miután bevitték a helyi őrsre, hogy „meggyőzzék és felvilágosítsák” – közölte az állami televízió, és tagadta, hogy megverték volna. Az iszlám fejkendő (hidzsáb) elleni tüntetésekre szóló felhívásokat követően a közösségi médiára feltett videókon olyan eseteket mutattak be jogvédők, amelyekben az erkölcsrendészet egységei a hidzsábot nem viselő nőkkel kíméletlenül bántak. Pénteken a szókimondó reformpárti politikus hírében álló Mahmúd Szadeghi volt parlamenti képviselő felszólította az ország legfőbb vallási és politikai vezetőjét, Ali Khameneit, hogy szólaljon meg Amini ügyében. Az 1979-es forradalom után bevezetett iszlám törvények szerint a nőknek kötelező eltakarni a hajukat és hosszú, bő ruhát kell viselniük, hogy alakjuk ne legyen kivehető.
A szabályszegők nyilvános megrovásra, pénzbírságra vagy letartóztatásra számíthatnak. Évtizedekkel a forradalom után a vallási vezetők még mindig ragaszkodnak a törvény betartatásához, ennek ellenére sok nő szűk, combközépig érő kabátot és fején hátra tolt, élénk színű kendőt visel, hogy a hajából minél több látható legyen.
