Mint korábban beszámoltunk róla, miszerint három kamaszt értesítettek az ellenük indított eljárásról, egy 14 éves iskolás lány megerőszakolásával vádolják őket. A fiatalokat két év próbaidőre ítélték, a szülőknek pedig 60 ezer hrivnya erkölcsi kártérítést kell kifizetniük az áldozatnak.
A hír hatalmas felháborodást keltett a lakosság körében, nem csak Kárpátalján, hanem Ukrajna-szerte. Az emberek felháborítónak tartják az „ítéletet”, s arra biztatják a kislány szüleit, hogy ne hagyják annyiban, követeljenek méltó büntetést az elkövetők számára. Az áldozat mellett nem csak az átlagemberek, hanem az ombudsman, a Főügyészi Hivatal, újságírók, bloggerek és több ismert személy is kiállt. Több helyen is megosztották az elkövetők, illetve a bíró nevét, mondván, megérdemlik, hogy mindenki megtudja, kik ők.
Viktor Mikita, a Kárpátaljai Megyei Katonai Adminisztráció vezetője szintén nyilatkozott az ügy kapcsán. „A bíróság döntését nem kommentálom: ez az Igazságügyi Legfelső Tanács hatásköre. Ugyanakkor megbízásomból múlt péntek óta a szociális szolgálatok, az OVA és a munkácsi járási adminisztráció illetékes osztályai dolgoznak a Volóci kistérségben. Tanulmányozzák a történteket, valamint az kistérség illetékeseinek, a tanintézmény dolgozóinak esetleges gondatlanságát. Az időt nem lehet visszaforgatni, azonban az ilyen jellegű esetek megengedhetetlenek társadalmunkban, az ilyen jellegű, kiskorúak által elkövetett elkerülése és megelőzése a vezetőség és a helyi önkormányzat feladata. Minden szükséges támogatást és segítséget megadunk az áldozat családjának és a gyermeknek.
Felszólítok minden szülőt, hogy ne hallgasson az ilyen esetekről, azonnal forduljon a járási vagy megyei adminisztrációhoz, akár személyesen hozzám” – olvashatjuk a bejegyzésben.

A hírt előbb az orosz sajtó közölte, azonban később Viktor Mikita, a megyei katonai adminisztráció vezetője is nyilatkozott a történtekről, és gratulált a kárpátaljai focistáknak az „ökölharcban való győzelemhez”.
A Minaj FC sajtószolgálata arról számolt be, hogy a verekedést az orosz futballisták provokálták, akik „Dicsőség Oroszországnak!” szlogeneket kiáltottak feléjük.
Az Index értesülései szerint úgy tudni, hogy mindkét csapat tagjai edzőtáborozni érkeztek a törökországi Antalyába. Az incidenst követően a hotel személyzete végül a rendőrséget és a mentőket is kihívta, azóta a szálloda állandó őrizetet kapott.

Az Ukrán Rendkívüli Helyzetek Állami Szolgálata (DSZNSZ) Gyors Reagálású Mobil Mentőközpontjának szakemberei ma (kedden) indultak Törökországba Kárpátaljáról. 25 magasan képzett szakember, 10 szolgálati kutya, speciális gépek és berendezések – minden, ami lehetővé teszi a csoport önálló munkáját, bárhol. A csoport fel van szerelve Starlink műholdas terminálokkal, drónokkal, gépekkel és minden szükséges felszereléssel a kutatási és mentési műveletek helyszínén történő feladatok elvégzéséhez. Az áldozatok egyike egy 6 éves gyermek – közölte a Rendkívüli Helyzetek Állami Szolgálatának (DSZNSZ) kárpátaljai kirendeltsége egy december 13-i sajtótájékoztatón.
Az információk szerint a kisgyerek ruhája gyulladt meg a gyertyától, súlyos égési sérülésekkel szállították kórházba, azonban, sajnálatos módon életét nem sikerült megmenteni.
A DSZNSZ arra kér mindenkit, hogy:
- ne hagyják az égő gyertyát a ruhák, függöny, könyvek és más könnyen lángra kapó
- tárgy mellett;
- ne hagyják az égő gyertyát felügyelet nélkül;
- ne hagyják az égő gyertyát huzatos helyen;
- ne tegyenek két gyertyát 10 centiméternél közelebb egymáshoz;
- a gyerekektől és háziállatoktól tartsák távol az égő gyertyákat.
