Az albán védelmi minisztérium szombaton közölte, hogy két katonája megsérült, miközben megpróbáltak megállítani két oroszt és egy ukránt, akik megkíséreltek bejutni egy katonai üzembe Albánia középső részén – értesült a Reuters.
Az üzemet őrző tisztek azonnal reagáltak a helyzetre, de a három külföldi állampolgár megállítására tett erőfeszítéseik során két katonájuk megsérült – közölte a minisztérium, amely hozzátette, hogy a sérültek állapota stabil.
A minisztérium tájékoztatása szerint a három külföldi állampolgárt – akik között egy orosz férfi és nő, valamint egy ukrán férfi volt – őrizetbe vették. Edi Rama albán miniszterelnök szerint a három személyt „kémkedéssel gyanúsítják”.
