A Social Media Victims Law Center egy jogi szervezet a közösségi média káros hatásaitól szenvedő gyerekeknek és azok családjának – ez a szervezet képviseli a két kislány szüleit is, akik azt állítják, hogy a platform szándékosan ugyanazokról a kihívásokról mutatott videót a gyerekeknek, arra ösztönözve őket, hogy próbálják ki. A TikTokot felelősségre kell vonni, amiért ilyen veszélyes tartalmat juttatott el ennek a két fiatal lánynak – mondta Matthew P. Bergman, az SMVLC alapító ügyvédje.
A kereset alapján a „TikTok egyértelműen tudta, hogy halálos blackout-kihívás terjed az alkalmazáson, az algoritmusuk pedig kifejezetten a gyerekeknek mutatta azt, köztük azoknak is, akik meghaltak”. A per egy listányi panaszról számol be, köztük az alkalmazás algoritmusáról is, amely a káros tartalmakat előtérbe helyezi, kiskorúaknak is engedélyezi az app használatát, valamint nem figyelmeztet arra sem, hogy a platform függőséget okozhat.
A családok egyelőre meg nem határozott összegű kártérítést követelnek, valamint azt szeretnék, ha Kaliforniában lenne a tárgyalás.

Tehéntámadás történt szombaton az osztrák Alpokban. Az áldozatot mentőhelikopterrel kellett kórházba vinni.
A Kronen Zeitung szerint egy 66 éves cseh állampolgárt támadtak meg a tehenek, aki egy csoporttal együtt ment túrázni Zell am See környékén. A túraútvonalon több tehén is áthaladt, egyikük pedig legázolta a turistát.
Mindeközben a túracsoport 51 éves vezetője megpróbálta elkergetni a támadó tehenet, de ezáltal ő maga is kisebb sérüléseket szenvedett. A sérülteket mentőhelikopter vitte kórházba.
A legdurvább tehéntámadás 2014-ben volt, amikor egy tehéncsorda legázolt és megölt egy 45 éves német nőt Tirolban. Az után az eset után az osztrák hatóságok egy részletes, grafikákkal illusztrált magatartási kódexet készítettek arról, hogy miként kell viselkedni az állatokkal.
Bordát, csontot tör, néha halált okoz a békésnek hitt féltonnás állat, amikor támad. Ausztriában lépésre szánták el magukat a turisták védelmében.
A Kronen Zeitung szerint az utóbbi néhány napon több alkalommal is voltak kisebb tehéntámadások Ausztriában, ezeket részben az magyarázhatja, hogy a nyári hőség miatt az állatok nagyobb eséllyel vadulnak meg. A szakértők azt javasolják, hogy ha a túrázók tehenekkel találkoznak, akkor ne akarják megsimogatni vagy megetetni őket, ne közelítsenek hozzájuk, hanem szép nyugodtan kerüljék ki őket, vagy várják meg, amíg továbbállnak.

Nekihajtott egy betonhídnak Nagypaládon egy 33 éves motoros. A férfi azonnal életét vesztette, 24 éves utasát kórházba szállították.

Életét vesztette egy rovarcsípéstől egy 38 éves munkácsi járási nő.
A meleg időjárás kezdetével egyre gyakrabban érkezik segélyhívás a mentőszolgálathoz, miszerint a lakosok allergiát kaptak a különböző rovarcsípésekre. Általában a méh- és darázscsípés nem különösen veszélyes: a duzzanat és a bőrpír rövid időn belül elmúlik. A méhméregre allergiás emberek számára azonban a rovarcsípés valós életveszélyt jelenthet. A héten egy 38 éves munkácsi járási nő vesztette életét, a család későn fordult orvosi segítségért.
Andrij Szemegyij orvos elmondta, hogyan előzhetjük meg az életveszélyes helyzeteket.
A leggyakoribb allergiás reakciók:
- Csalánkiütés: testszerte számos, különböző nagyságú, néha összefolyó, éles szélű, a bőr szintjéből kissé kiemelkedő viszkető csalánfolt (urtica – ejtése: urtika) jelenik meg. Lapos, puha tapintású, múlékony jelenségek. Színük halványvörös vagy fehéres; nagyon hasonlítanak a szúnyogcsípésre. Alakjuk szabálytalan, térképszerű. Gyorsan, néhány perc alatt alakulnak ki, pár óra alatt elmúlnak, de a betegség bizonyos típusában néhány napig is megfigyelhetőek maradnak.
- Quinke-ödéma: angioödéma során a bőrön keletkező kiütések mellett a végtagok, az arc (a szemek környékével, az ajkakkal vagy nyelvvel) duzzadása alakul ki, légzési és nyelési nehézséggel. Az első látásra is ijesztő tünetek rövid időn belül életveszélyes állapothoz is vezethetnek. Angioödéma jelentkezhet allergia, gyógyszerek vagy fertőzések következtében. A piros kiütések miatt a csalánkiütés és az angioödéma a laikus számára összekeverhető jelenség, ugyanakkor utóbbi jóval súlyosabb és veszélyesebb.
- Anafilaxiás sokk: Az anafilaxiás sokk életveszélyes állapot. Ilyenkor a szervezet annyira túlzásba viszi az allergén elleni védekezést, hogy összeomlik a légzés, összeomlik a keringés. Azonnali beavatkozás nélkül az allergiás sokk halálhoz vezet.
Az elsősegélynyújtás méh- vagy darázscsípés esetén a csípések számától és az allergiás reakció súlyosságától függ. Nem súlyos esetekben elég egy hideg borogatás, nehéz helyzetekben antihisztamint kell bevenni és azonnal fel kell keresni az orvost.
Mit tegyünk?
Először is, alaposan nézzük meg a csípést és állapítsuk meg, milyen rovar okozta. Ne nyomkodjuk a duzzanatot, mert így mélyebbre kerül a méreg a szervezetben. Mossuk meg a csípést helyét, ha esetleg látunk benne fullánkot, azt szedjük ki és fertőtlenítsük a testrészt.
Ezt követően használjunk antihisztamin- és fertőtlenítőtartalmú kenőcsöket. Amennyiben a csípés helye még jobban megduzzad, vegyünk be allergia elleni gyógyszert.
Amennyiben már korábban is volt allergiás reakciójuk a rovarcsípésekre, akkor mindenképp vigyenek magukkal gyógykészítményeket. Általában adrenalin-injekciót és hormonális kúpokat írnak fel az orvosok.
Mikor forduljunk ovoshoz?
- több mint 3 méh- vagy darázscsípés esetén
- ha a méh vagy darázs az arcunkat csípte meg
- ha a méh vagy darázs a szánkat csípte meg
- ha korábban is volt már angioödémánk
- ha a csípés után gyengeséget, hányást, görcsöket, szédülést, ájulást tapasztalunk.

Ukrajna Biztonsági Szolgálata megtalálta Tarasz Poznyakov, a BlaBlaCar 2016-ban meggyilkolt sofőrjének holttestét, számolt be a Biztonsági Szolgálata sajtószolgálata.
A múlt héten a rendőrség megkapta az áldozatot azonosító vizsgálat eredményeit. A Biztonsági Szolgálatnak bizonyítékai vannak, hogy a bérgyilkosságról van szó, és kivizsgálja ezt a verziót. Az elkövetőt már elítélték, de nem árulta el, hová temette el a holttestet.
Nem volt könnyű megtalálni a holttestet, mert a temetkezési helyen tragédia óta a földterületet többször értékesítették, azon építési munkálatokat végeztek, és rögtönzött szemétlerakó is megjelent. A holttest felkutatásához a rendvédelmi szervek a Honvédelmi Minisztérium speciális felszerelését vették igénybe.
A lembergi Tarasz Poznyakov 2016. április 4-én tűnt el, miközben Lembergből Kijevbe utazott. Az autóban ketten utaztak vele. Később kiderült, hogy ők a Jobb Szektor egykori harcosai, az ukrán Dmitro Holub és az orosz állampolgárságú Luan Kingisepp, akik az év elején tértek vissza Kijevbe a kelet-ukrajnai terrorellenes műveleti övezetből.
A rendőrség megállapította, hogy Luan Kingisepp fiókja és profilja alapján egy kitalált női névre két személy utazását regisztrálta. Dmitro Holub saját magát regisztrálta. Vonattal érkeztek Lembergbe, és a sofőrrel utaztak Kijevbe.
Később a Zsitomir–Kijev közúton, Buzova és Gurivscsina falvak között (Kijev közelében) Luan Kingisepp lelőtte a sofőrt, majd a másik utas segítségével elásták a holttestét, a kommunikációs berendezéseket megsemmisítette.
A férfiak az Audi A6-ost később egy ismerősük garázsában rejtették el Kijev megyében. Néhány nappal később a rendőrök azonosították az utasokat, de nem sikerült őrizetbe venni őket. Dmitro Holubot 2016 augusztusában vették őrizetbe. Kingisepp 2019 márciusában, miközben körözés alatt állt, felrobbant egy robbanószerkezeten, miközben születésnapját ünnepelte egy kijevi bérelt lakásban, sérülései végzetesek voltak.
2019. május 28-án a Kijevo-Szvjatosinszkij Járási Bíróság életfogytiglani börtönbüntetésre ítélte Holubot, aki nem árulta el a nyomozóknak a bűncselekmény körülményeit és azt, hogy hol keressék Tarasz Poznyakov holttestét. 2021-ben a Fellebbviteli Bíróság helybenhagyta az ítéletet, december 7-én pedig a Legfelsőbb Bíróság végleg pontot tett az ügyre.

Életének 21. napján koronavírus-fertőzésben vesztette életét egy újszülött a Kijevi Infektológiai Gyermekkórházban még szeptember 2-án, ő a Covid-19 legfiatalabb ukrán áldozata – közölte Tetyana Kaminszka, az intézmény főorvosa szerdán az Ukrajinszka Pravda hírportállal.
A jelentés szerint a főorvos elmondta, hogy a leánycsecsemőt 15 napos korában súlyos állapotban mentővel szállították otthonról a kórházba. A kicsinek fulladása, magas láza és intoxikációja volt – tette hozzá. Mint jelezte, az újszülöttet légzési elégtelenséggel vették fel a kórház intenzív osztályára. Mind a kicsinél, mind az anyjánál koronavírus-fertőzést mutatott ki a teszt – közölte, megjegyezve, hogy az anya egy héttel azt követően fertőződött meg, hogy a szülés után kiengedték a kórházból.
Kamiszka azt is elmondta, hogy az infektológiai gyermekkórházban az elmúlt másfél évben 500 gyermeket kezeltek Covid-19 fertőzéssel. Valamennyi kis páciensnél – folytatta – enyhe volt a betegség lefolyása, a kórházban a mostani az első covidos haláleset. Jelenleg 40 koronavírusos gyermeket gyógyítanak csecsemőkortól 18 éves korig – tájékoztatott a főorvos.
