A jelentés szerint a miniszter azt írta: „a légvédelmünknek sikerült nagyszámú rakétát lelőnie, de sajnos még mindig érik csapások az energetikai infrastruktúra objektumait, aminek következtében rendkívüli áramkikapcsolásokat kellett elrendelni.” Mint jelezte, a legnehezebb helyzet a következő megyékben alakult ki: Kijev, Odessza, Vinnica. „Az energetikai dolgozók azon fáradoznak, hogy mielőbb helyreálljon az energiaellátás” – hangsúlyozta Herman Haluscsenko.
Mint hírportálunk beszámolt róla, Oroszország csütörtök reggel rakétákkal támadta Ukrajnát, és az ukrán fegyveres erők már lelőtték az első ellenséges rakétákat.
Jurij Ihnat, a fegyveres erők légierő-parancsnokságának sajtószóvivője az ukrán televízió non-stop háborús adásának nyilatkozva azt mondta: „körülbelül hat Tu-95 bombázó szállt fel Murmanszk térségéből és indított rakétákat. Több mint 30 rakétára számítunk, amelyek elvileg már elkezdtek megjelenni különböző régiókban, de a légvédelmünk működik. Igen, voltak becsapódások, elsősorban Vinnica megyében.”

A megszállók rakétatámadást indítottak az Ukrenerho állami áramszolgáltató vállalat egyik transzformátor-alállomása ellen, aminek következtében emberek százezrei maradtak áram nélkül, a keletkezett tüzet nyolc órán át kellett oltani – közölte csütörtökön az rbc.ua hírportál az Ukrenerho közleményére hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a vállalat arról tájékoztatott, hogy „három rakéta csapódott be az alállomásra, amely több százezer embernek ad áramot. Egyszerre akár 5 rakéta. A légiriadó alatt pedig nem lehet a tüzet oltani, mert tapasztalatból tudható, hogy még több becsapódás is lehet.” Mint a szerelők elmondták, a katasztrófavédők nyolc órát töltöttek a tűz oltásával a létesítményben.
A hírportál emlékeztetett arra, hogy csütörtök reggel Ukrajnában továbbra is jelentős az áramhiány. Az ország kilenc megyéjében már reggeltől kényszerkikapcsolásokat vezettek be.
Ugyanakkor az ellenség által megsemmisített vagy megrongált infrastrukturális objektumok több mint 55%-át már helyreállították Ukrajnában. Ez lehetővé teszi az ukránok hőenergiával való ellátását.

A jelentés szerint Klicsko bejegyzésében azt írta, hogy az orosz agresszorok tizedik nagyszabású rakétatámadása után Kijevben a fogyasztók 40%-a maradt áram nélkül. De mint a polgármester megjegyezte, az áramszünet nem az energetikai infrastruktúra-létesítményeket ért rakétatalálatokkal van összefüggésben, hanem az energetikai szakemberek által a légiriadó során alkalmazott szükséges biztonsági intézkedések miatt.
„Most az áramszolgáltatás helyreállításán dolgoznak az energetikai vállalatok. A város a szokásos módon szolgáltatja a hőt és a vizet. Kivéve azokat a házakat, ahol nincs áramszolgáltatás, amelyektől a kazánok működése függ” – jelezte Vitalij Klicsko.

A szerdai orosz rakétacsapások következtében csütörtök reggel Kijev 70%-a még mindig áram nélkül van, és a vízellátást is csak a bal parti városrészben állították helyre – közölte Vitalij Klicsko, a főváros polgármestere Telegram-csatornáján, számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint a polgármester arról tájékoztatott, hogy az energia- és vízszolgáltató vállalatok munkatársai egész éjjel dolgoztak. A bal parti városrészben már helyreállt a vízellátás, a jobb parton pedig a nap első felében tervezik a visszakapcsolást – tette hozzá.
„Az ukrán főváros 70%-a még mindig áram nélkül van. Az energetikai szakemberek mindent megtesznek a mielőbbi helyreállítás érdekében. Ez azonban attól függ, hogy sikerül-e helyreállítani az egyensúlyt Ukrajna energiarendszerében” – mutatott rá Vitalij Klicsko.
Kirilo Timosenko, az Elnöki Hivatal helyettes vezetője szerda este azt közölte, hogy Kijevet már visszakapcsolták az elektromos hálózatba. Szerinte azonban először a kritikus infrastruktúra létesítményeibe adnak áramot, a háztartási fogyasztók csak ezután következnek majd.
Volodimir Zelenszkij elnök szerda eseti vidoüzenetében azt mondta, hogy Kijevben már csütörtökön a nap első felében megjelenhet az áram.

Az orosz csapatok csütörtökön ismét csapást mértek az energetikai infrastruktúra létesítményeire, a támadás következtében Ukrajna központi régióiban megsérült a gerinchálózat – közölte az Ukrenerho állami áramszolgáltató vállalat, számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál.
A közlemény szerint elektromos rendszer megrongálódása miatt ma korlátozzák az áramhasználatot a fővárosban, Kijev, Csernyihiv, Cserkaszi és Zsitomir megyékben. „Jelenleg fogyasztás-korlátozásokra van szükség a hálózatok terhelésének csökkentése és az ismétlődő meghibásodások elkerülése érdekében, miután az infrastruktúrát megrongálták az orosz csapások” – emlékeztetett az Ukrenerho.
Az ilyen intézkedések segítenek az áramszolgáltató vállalatoknak abban, hogy gyorsabban helyreállítsák a sérült infrastrukturális létesítményeket.
A hírportál emlékeztetett arra, hogy csütörtökre virradóra az orosz megszállók iráni kamikaze drónokkal csaptak le Kijev térségére. A Nemzeti Rendőrség közlése szerint az oroszok több mint hat támadást hajtottak végre Ukrajna központi megyéinek energetikai infrastruktúrája ellen.

Ma és holnap Ukrajna különböző régióiban tervezett áramszünetek lehetnek a lerombolt infrastruktúra helyreállításának megkönnyítése érdekében – jelentette be szerdán Olekszandr Harcsenko, Ukrajna energiaügyi miniszterének tanácsadója egy televíziós műsorban, számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint a tanácsadó az ukrán televízió non-stop háborús műsorának nyilatkozva elmondta: „a mai napon kollégáimmal megpróbáltuk kiszámolni, hogy mi sérült meg napközben, és sajnos az új adatok szerint a teljes infrastruktúra és a termelőkapacitásaink mintegy 40 %-a valóban súlyosan megrongálódott.” A helyreállítási és javítási munkálatok folyamatosan zajlanak, de csodák csak bizonyos mértékben lehetségesek. „Ezért arra kell számítani, hogy ma és holnap nemcsak vészhelyzeti, hanem ütemezett áramlekapcsolások is lehetnek, hogy ne legyen túlterhet a hálózat” – mutatott rá Olekszandr Harcsenko.
A hírportál emlékeztetett arra, hogy ma, október 19-én estére helyreállt az áramszolgáltatás Kijev bal partjának számos kerületében. Az áramkimaradások transzformátor-meghibásodás miatt következtek be.
Az is ismeretes, hogy ma, szerdán az orosz megszállók rakétatámadást intéztek az Ivano-Frankivszk megyében található Burstini Hőerőmű ellen.

Az orosz megszállók kedd reggel Zsitomirban egy kritikus infrastruktúra-objektumot támadtak kamikaze drónokkal, aminek következtében a városban megszűnt az áram- és vízellátás, és ugyancsak áram nélkül maradt a megye 11 települése – számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál Szerhij Szuhomlin polgármester Facebook-közlésére és Vitalij Bunecska Zsitomir megyei katonai kormányzó Telegram-üzenetére hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a városvezető azt írta: „a mai reggel a Zsitomir elleni légitámadásokkal kezdődött. Most már nincs áram és víz a városban. A kórházakat tartalék-áramforrásokkal látják el.”
Ezenkívül a Zsitomiri Városi Tanács azt kérte a szülőktől, hogy vigyék haza a gyerekeket az iskolákból és az óvodákból. „A légiriadó lefújását követően vigyék haza a gyerekeket az iskolákból és az óvodákból! Ma nem lesz jelenléti oktatás! Áramhiány miatt az óvodai nevelési-oktatási intézményekben nem főznek ebédet” – közölte a városi tanácsi sajtószolgálat.
Vitalij Bunecska arról tájékoztatott, hogy kedd délelőtt Zsitomir megye 11 településén nincs áram. Az oroszok megrongálták az energetikai infrastruktúra létesítményeit. A közlése szerint jelenleg zajlik a tartalék hálózatokra történő vészhelyzeti átkapcsolás. Ez lehetővé teszi a közösségek áramellátásának helyreállítását. Egyúttal azt is megjegyezte, hogy senki nem vesztette életét meg vagy sebesült meg az ellenséges támadás következtében.

A tudósítás szerint a dróntámadást követően a Trojescsina lakótelepen leállt a vízellátás és áramszolgáltatás. „Október 18-án az Orosz Föderáció által indított légitámadás következtében megsérült egy kritikus infrastruktúra-objektum Kijev város Desznai kerületében. Emiatt a DTEK áramszolgáltató vállalat lekapcsolta a Trojescsina lakónegyedet és a vízműveket tápláló elektromos berendezését. a DTEK objektumait látják el” – erősítette meg a DTEK sajtószolgálata.
A jelentés szerint a Rendkívüli Helyzetek Állami Szolgálata már megkezdte a helyszín átvizsgálását és a károk felmérését.
A hírportál emlékeztetett arra, hogy október 18-án, kedden robbanások voltak Kijevben. Korábban három becsapódást észleltek az ukrán főváros bal parti részén. Az orosz megszállók öngyilkos drónjai a város bal partján eltalálták az áramellátó létesítményeket.

Az országos hálózat üzemzavara miatt Banglades csaknem teljes területén leállt az áramszolgáltatás – közölte Samím Haszan, a bangladesi áramszolgáltató (BPDB) szóvivője.
Az áramszünet legkevesebb 130 millió embert érintett a 168 millió lakosú országban.
Az ország elektromos hálózatában helyi idő szerint délután kettő órakor lépett fel üzemzavar, amely az oroszág 75-80 százalékában vezetett áramkimaradásokhoz. Időközben az áramszünet által érintett területek 45 százalékán már helyreállították a szolgáltatást.
„Próbáljuk helyreállítani a rendszert” – mondta Haszan, aki szerint jelenleg az áramtermelés 4500 megawatt. Összehasonlítva: az országos áramszükséglet 14 200 megawatt. Hozzátette, hogy vizsgálatot indítottak az üzemzavar okának kiderítésére.
Kormányzati adatok szerint kedden az áramszükséglet 3 százalékkal volt magasabb a BPDB által korábban előirányzott 13 800 megawattnál.
Banglades több részén is gyakorivá váltak idén az áramkimaradások, dacára a gázfelhasználás korlátozását szolgáló intézkedéseknek a szárnyaló energiaárak közepette. A dél-ázsiai ország villamosenergia-termelésének háromnegyede importált földgázon alapul.
Mint az a kormányzati adatokból kiderül, a 77 bangladesi gázerőmű több mint harmada ellátási nehézségekkel küszködik. Mindemellett a növekvő energiaigények az utóbbi években az iparhoz képest túlnyomó részben a lakossági szektorban jelentkeztek.
