A sérülteket az eszéki kórházba szállították, egyikük állapota sem olyan súlyos, hogy bent kellene őket tartani, két sérültnek a lába tört el, a többiek zúzódásokat szenvedtek – közölte a lap a kórházban kapott információkat.
Előzetes értesülések szerint nem sokkal a rajtot követően az egyik versenyző elveszítette az uralmát járműve felett, lesodródott az útról, és a nézők közé csapódott.

Az Osijek Street Race szervezői közleményben reagáltak a történtekre. Megerősítették, hogy a versenyző elveszítette az uralmát a jármű felett. Hozzátették: az egészségügyi csapat gyors beavatkozásának köszönhetően mindegyik sérültet ellátták.
A verseny folytatódik, ám a helyszínelés miatt a vasárnapi versenyszámokat későbbre halasztották.

A lengyelországi Gdanskban május 29-én, szerdán éjjel egy közúti balesetben életét vesztette két ukrajnai tinédzser, akik a rendőrség elől menekülve egy fának csapódtak. A fiúk 16 és 17 évesek voltak, számolt be a Trojmiasto.
Újságírók szerint a fiúk megközelítőleg 150 km/órás sebességgel száguldoztak. A lengyel rendőrség megállapította, hogy az Audit egy 16 éves fiú vezette, aki a balesetben a helyszínen belehalt sérüléseibe. Az autó 17 éves utasa kórházba került, de az orvosok ott sem tudták megmenteni.
Vejgerovo városában próbálták megállítani az autót, az ukránok nagy sebességgel „hajtottak” Gdynia, Sopot és Gdańsk utcáin.
„Az üldözés Gdańskban ért véget, ahol az Audi sofőrje, aki valószínűleg megpróbált elkerülni egy másik autóval való ütközést, elvesztette uralmát, megcsúszott és egy fának csapódott, az autó pedig felborult” – mondta Karina Kaminska, a pomerániai vajdasági rendőrség szóvivője.
A fiúk a Zaporizzsjai régióból érkeztek Lengyelországba az Oroszország teljes körű inváziójának kezdetén. Egyikük Veigerovo városában, a másik Gdyniában élt.
A rendőrség szóvivője hozzátette, hogy a rendőrök megpróbálták megállítani őket, mert az autó éjszaka tompított fényszóró nélkül közlekedett. A rendőrség jelenleg vizsgálja, hogy a fiúk miért nem álltak meg a felszólításra, és miért kezdtek el menekülni.

A helyszínen készült képek alapján jól látható, hogy az ütközés során a gépjármű átütötte az iskola falát, majd az épület egyik helyiségének a kellős közepén állt meg, miközben körülötte mindenhol tégladarabok és romok figyelhetők meg.
A baleset hétfő reggel történt helyi idő szerint 8 óra 30 perckor a Heyworth úton található Beacon Church of England Általános Iskolában, éppen akkor, amikor a szülők iskolába vitték gyerekeiket.
A balesetet követően a tanulókat azonnal kimenekítették épületből, nem sokkal később pedig hazaengedték őket. A helyszínre rendőrök, mentők és tűzoltóautók siettek, a területet azonnal rendőrségi kordonnal zárták le.

Autóbalesetben súlyosan megsérült Mario Banozic horvát védelmi miniszter, a szerencsétlenségben meghalt a miniszter autójával összeütköző teherautó sofőrje − közölte szombaton a rendőrség. Az MTI híradása szerint az eset a kelet-horvátországi Vinkovci (Vinkovce) város határában történt egy forrás szerint pénteken, egy másik szerint már szombaton korán reggel.

A helyi hatóságok keddi közleménye szerint a pasadénai Dharmesh A. Patelt a San Mateo megyei börtönbe szállították, miután elbocsátották a kórházból, ahová a baleset után beszállították. Egy karácsonyi látogatásról hazafelé tartó ötfős család autóbalesetet szenvedett Nyugat-Ausztráliában. A két szülő meghalt, három gyermekük azonban túlélte a balesetet, és több mint 55 órán keresztül várt a 30 foknál is melegebb roncsban, ameddig megérkezett a segítség – adta hírül a Guardian.
A felborult autót végül a család barátai találták meg, az elhagyatott út mellett. A roncsot előtte senki sem vette észre az arra haladó autósok közül. A gyerekeket kiszáradva, de élve találták a kocsiban. Csodával határos túlélésükhöz az is hozzájárult, hogy az 5 éves kislány ki tudta kapcsolni 1 éves öccsének biztonsági övét. A középső, 2 éves testvért azonban még két nappal a baleset után is az ülésébe ragadva találták meg.
A gyerekeket a perthi gyermekklinikára szállították repülővel, ahol kezelést kaptak. Mindhárman stabil állapotban vannak.
A baleset körülményei egyelőre ismeretlenek, a hatóságok nyomoznak az ügyben. A család barátai adománygyűjtést indítottak, hogy finanszírozni tudják a temetés költségeit és a gyerekek jövőbeli kiadásait. Eddig már több mint 55.000 dollárnyi adomány érkezett.

Tragikus közlekedési baleset történt csütörtök este a Lemberg megyei Brodi városban, a Kijev–Csap autóúton egy katonai jármű részvételével, amelynek következtében négy civil, köztük egy gyermek életét vesztette – jelentette pénteken az rbc.ua hírportál a Lemberg megyei rendőrség Facebook-közlésére hivatkozva.
