Egy lőszerraktár kigyulladásáról számolt be az oroszországi Belgorod megyében lévő Sztaraja Nyelidovka faluból szerda hajnali Telegram-bejegyzésében Vjacseszlav Gladkov, a régió kormányzója.
Gladkov szerint lakóépületekben nem keletkezett kár, civil áldozatok nem voltak. A kormányzó később azt közölte, hogy a lőszerraktárban keletkezett nyílt tüzet eloltották.
Az Interfax hírügynökség az írta, hogy ezt megelőzően, helyi idő szerint hajnali háromkor robbanás hallatszott Belgorod város központjából, majd fél óra múlva újabb három.
Az orosz Szövetségi Biztonsági Szolgálat (FSZB) közölte, hogy Belgorodban őrizetbe vett két diverzánst, aki az orosz katonai szerelvények által használt vasúti vonalak megrongálására készült. Mindkét gyanúsított orosz állampolgár.
