Ukrajnában egy kiterjedt, újszülött gyermekek külföldre irányuló kereskedelmével foglalkozó hálózatot lepleztek le, az „ügyfelek” 50-70 ezer eurót fizettek egy gyermekért – közölte csütörtökön az rbc.ua hírportál a Legfőbb Ügyészség közlésére hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a nyomozás megállapította, hogy a bűnszövetkezetbe 12 személy tartozott. A csecsemőcsempészés szervezői a kijevi és harkivi reproduktív gyógyászat területén szolgáltatásokat nyújtó klinikák igazgatói voltak. A többi résztvevő a klinikák alkalmazottai, vezetői, adminisztrátorok és ügyvédek voltak. „Egy béranyasági program leple alatt újszülötteket adtak el külföldi állampolgároknak, akik olyan országokban élnek, amelyekben tilos a béranyaság” – áll a közleményben.
A gyanúsítottak olyan nőket kutattak fel, akik beleegyeztek, hogy béranyák legyenek Harkiv megyében. „A pénzjutalom összege egy újszülött után 50-70 ezer euró volt, ebből 12 ezer eurót béranyáknak fizettek ki” – közölte az ügyészség. A gyermek születése után a béranya engedélyt adott a csecsemő külföldre vitelére, és hozzájárult egy másik ország állampolgárságának megszerzéséhez. Ha a béranya nem értett egyet bizonyos feltételekkel, a bűnszövetkezet működtetői megfenyegették és megfélemlítették.
A nyomozás során 8 csecsemő jogellenes külföldre szállításának a tényét állapították meg, valamint megakadályozták a hadiállapot alatt egy gyermek külföldre vitelét. Több mint 40 házkutatást tartottak. Lefoglaltak orvosi dokumentumokat, ukrán és külföldi állampolgárok útleveleinek másolatát, érdekképviseleti meghatalmazásokat, készpénzt, laptopokat, mobiltelefonokat, fekete könyvelést és pendrive-okat.
Körülbelül 40 olyan tényt ellenőriznek, amelyek Ukrajnából újszülött gyermekeket törvénytelenül külföldre vittek. A jelenleg öt személyt vettek őrizetbe a hatóságok a büntetőtörvénykönyv 208. cikkelye alapján. A gyanúsítottakkal szembeni megelőző intézkedések megválasztása folyamatban van.

Vinnicjában letartóztattak egy nőt, akit azzal vádolnak, hogy ittas állapotban halálos sérülést okozott egy csecsemőnek. A hírt a megyei rendőrség közölte.
A rendőrségre bejelentés érkezett egy 35 éves helyi lakostól, aki elmondta, hogy meghalt a kisbabája. Az igazságügyi orvosszakértői vizsgálat erőszakos halál nyomait fedezte fel a gyermek testén.
Mint kiderült, április 17-én a szülők egy 33 éves ismerősükre bízták gyermeküket. Másnap a nő ittas állapotban elejtette a gyereket, aki az aszfaltra esett. A csecsemő belehalt sérüléseibe.
A nőt előzetes letartóztatásba helyezték, az ügyben büntetőeljárás indult. A tettesre 5 év börtönbüntetés is várhat.

Krokodiltámadás ért egy férfit és egyéves gyermekét az ázsiai Borneónál, amikor csónakázás után ki akartak kötni a parton.
Az agresszív krokodil hirtelen tűnt fel a vízben mikor a 45 éves Moherat épphogy kikötött a csónakjával a sziget malajziai részén fekvő Lahad Datuban.
A közel 3,5 méteres krokodil kiugrott a vízből és elragadta az egyéves kisfiút. Az apa nem tudta megmenteni a gyereke életét, hiába próbált megküzdeni az állattal.
A férfit több helyen is megharapta az állat, többek között súlyos fejsérüléseket is szenvedett, kórházba szállították.
A gyerek holttestét még nem találták meg, vélhetően megette a krokodil – írja a Daily Star.
A krokodiltámadások továbbra is ritkák és elszigeteltek a térségben, de előfordulnak. A múlt hónapban egy hasonló méretű krokodil leharapta egy nyolcéves kisfiú fejét, miközben családjával horgászni ment Costa Ricában. Júliusban pedig egy 14 éves lánnyal végzett egy krokodil Indonéziában, miközben a ruháját mosta a folyóban.

A 17 éves Alexis Avila elmondása szerint nem tudta, hogy terhes, így amikor január hetedikén megszülte a gyereket, a picit egy műanyag zsákba csomagolta, majd egy új-mexikói bolt közelében a szemetes konténerbe dobta – írta a portál.
A lap szerint a gyerek csaknem hat órán át volt a kukában, míg guberálók véletlenül megtalálták. Hallották a pici nyöszörgését, de azt hitték, macska lehet, legnagyobb megdöbbenésükre egy újszülött volt a zsákban.
Hívták a segélykérő számot, addig a gyermeket egy törülközőbe csomagolták. A mentők az újszülöttet kórházba vitték, állapota stabil.
A rendőrök megnézték a bolt biztonsági kameráinak felvételét, amely rögzítette az esetet, így Avilát elfogták.

Január 7-én délután bejelentés érkezett a sürgősségi betegellátási központhoz, miszerint egy csecsemőre bukkantak egy szemetesben.
A nőhöz hamarosan kiérkezett a mentőszolgálat, a hölgy azt állította, hogy a szemetes mellett, egy kartondobozban találta a gyereket, aki ekkor már át volt öltöztetve, s nyugodtan aludt. A helyszínre közben megérkezett a rendőrség is, akiknek gyanús volt a nő által elmondott történet, s a kihallgatás során kiderítették, hogy a csecsemő valójában a bejelentő unokája, aki így akarta eltitkolni, hogy a kisgyermeknek 16 éves lánya adott életet.
Az egészségügyi dolgozók a fiatalkorú édesanyát és a csecsemőt is kórházba szállították.

Ternopil megyében, a Kremeneckij járásban szülés közben vesztette életét egy csecsemő. A család az orvosokat okolja a történtekért. A hírt a nemzeti rendőrség közölte.
A hatóságokhoz a szülő nő 22 éves bátyja fordult bejelentéssel, elmondása szerint testvére november 14-én szült, azonban a gyermek az egészségügyi dolgozók gondatlansága miatt elhunyt.
A nő a 41. hétben szülte meg a kisbabát 3750 grammal. Az orvosok elmondása szerint a gyerek légzése a születés után nem indult be. több mint egy órán át próbálták újraéleszteni, azonban sikertelenül.
A baba halálának oka súlyos, születés közbeni fulladás volt, melyet egy másik intézmény is megerősített, ahol újabb boncolásra került sor az ügy kapcsán. A hatóságok eljárást indítottak, a vizsgálatok folynak.

Életének 21. napján koronavírus-fertőzésben vesztette életét egy újszülött a Kijevi Infektológiai Gyermekkórházban még szeptember 2-án, ő a Covid-19 legfiatalabb ukrán áldozata – közölte Tetyana Kaminszka, az intézmény főorvosa szerdán az Ukrajinszka Pravda hírportállal.
A jelentés szerint a főorvos elmondta, hogy a leánycsecsemőt 15 napos korában súlyos állapotban mentővel szállították otthonról a kórházba. A kicsinek fulladása, magas láza és intoxikációja volt – tette hozzá. Mint jelezte, az újszülöttet légzési elégtelenséggel vették fel a kórház intenzív osztályára. Mind a kicsinél, mind az anyjánál koronavírus-fertőzést mutatott ki a teszt – közölte, megjegyezve, hogy az anya egy héttel azt követően fertőződött meg, hogy a szülés után kiengedték a kórházból.
Kamiszka azt is elmondta, hogy az infektológiai gyermekkórházban az elmúlt másfél évben 500 gyermeket kezeltek Covid-19 fertőzéssel. Valamennyi kis páciensnél – folytatta – enyhe volt a betegség lefolyása, a kórházban a mostani az első covidos haláleset. Jelenleg 40 koronavírusos gyermeket gyógyítanak csecsemőkortól 18 éves korig – tájékoztatott a főorvos.
