A hírportál forrásai szerint ugyanakkor a rendőrség „szándékos emberölés” címen büntetőeljárást indított az ügyben, amelyben az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU) nyújt operatív támogatást.

Csernyihivben a rendőrség közigazgatási feljelentést tett két férfi ellen agresszív viselkedés miatt, amit a területi toborzási és szociális támogatási központ (TCK) tisztjeivel szemben a katonai regisztrációs okmányaik ellenőrzése során tanúsítottak – számolt be kedden az rbc.ua hírportál, a Csernyihiv megyei TCK Facebook-közlésére hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint hétfőn megjelent egy videó az interneten, amelyen az látható, hogy a TCK katonái és két állampolgár között konfliktus alakult ki. A TCK jelentése szerint az incidens a törvényben előírt értesítési intézkedések során történt. Rendőrök kíséretében a katonák megpróbálták ellenőrizni két férfi okmányait. Mint kiderült, mindketten ittasak voltak, és agresszív ellenállást tanúsítottak.
„Amikor a törvényeknek megfelelően követelték a katonai regisztrációs okmányaik bemutatását, a hadkötelesek agresszív ellenállásba kezdtek és megpróbáltak verekedést kezdeményezni, amit a katonák testkamerái rögzítettek” – magyarázta a TCK. Az ellenőrzés során kiderült, hogy a férfiak hadkötelesek, és a mozgósítás során a katonai szolgálat elkerülése miatt körözik őket.
A szabálysértések miatt a rendőrök mindkét férfi ellen közigazgatási feljelentést készítettek a közigazgatási szabálysértési törvénykönyv 185. cikkelye (rendőri jogszerű utasítás vagy követelés rosszindulatú megtagadása) alapján. A TCK hangsúlyozta, hogy a megosztott videót „kiragadták a kontextusból, és torzított formában mutatták be”. „Az ilyen cselekedetek az ellenség kezére játszanak, és ártanak a nemzetbiztonság területén tett közös erőfeszítéseknek” – áll a hivatalos közleményben.

Csernyihivben február 2-án meghalt a 11 éves Katerina Harko. A kislány torokfájdalomra és magas lázra panaszkodott, és tüszős mandulagyulladást diagnosztizáltak nála. Állapotának romlása miatt Katerina a következő reggel meghalt az intenzív osztályon.
A kislány apja, Volodimir Harko szerint a mentőautó február 1-jén szállította a gyermeket a kórházba. Elmondása szerint a kislány mindig félt a kórházaktól, de beleegyezett, hogy elmenjen kezelésre. A kórházba kerülve közepesen súlyos állapotban volt.
A gyermekklinika főigazgatója, Tetjana Lebedeva szerint a kislány állapota február 2-án reggel romlott, és annak ellenére, hogy minden lehetséges újraélesztési intézkedést megtettek, nem sikerült megmenteni őt. Az orvosok megjegyezték, hogy a tüszős mandulagyulladás helyes diagnózis volt, és a kislány megkapta a szükséges antibiotikus kezelést.

Csernyihivben egy férfi késsel támadt egy társaságra vasárnap éjjel, egy ember megsérült, kórházba szállították – számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál a Csernyihiv megyei rendőrségre hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint „ma éjfél körül hívást érkezett a bejelentés a járőrökhöz, hogy a Peremoha sugárúton ismeretlen férfi késsel támad emberek csoportjára.” A járőrök a helyszínen megállapították, hogy egy társaság volt hazatérőben és a lépcsőháznál találkozott egy férfival, aki késsel kezdett szurkálni irányukban, egy személyt megsebesített, majd elmenekült a helyszínről.
„A rendőrök a helyszínre mentőket hívtak, akik később kórházba szállították a sérültet” – áll a rendőrség közleményben. Miután megkapták az elkövető személyleírását, a járőrök elkezdték átvizsgálni a környéket. A taktikai-műveleti bevetési csoport rendőrei néhány percen belül megtalálták a személyleíráshoz hasonló embert. Barna foltok voltak az öltözetén. Rövidnadrágja zsebében a motozás során a rendőrök egy kést találtak vérnyomokkal. A férfit azonnal őrizetbe vették.

Csernyihivben 14 emelkedett a szerda reggeli orosz rakétatámadás halálos áldozatainak száma – közölte az rbc.ua hírportál Andrij Podorvanra, a Csernyihiv Megyei Katonai Adminisztráció vezetőjének tanácsadójára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint Podorvan elmondta: „Sajnos a halottak száma 14-re nőtt. Több mint 60-an különböző fokú sérüléseket szenvedtek, köztük három gyerek. Több tucat gyerek került kórházba Csernyihivben, valamennyien megfelelő ellátást kapnak.” Hozzátette, hogy a városban folytatódnak a kutatási és mentési műveletek. Mint jelezte, vannak olyan eltűntek, akiket egyelőre nem sikerült elérni. „Az eltűnt személyekről vannak adataink, többek, akiket még nem értek el, úgy tudni, nem voltak messze a becsapódás helyétől. Van remény, hogy megtalálják őket” – tette hozzá.
A Nemzeti Rendőrség arról is beszámolt, hogy a támadás következtében életét vesztette a 25 éves Alina Mikolajec rendőrhadnagy. „Otthon volt betegszabadságon, amikor az ellenség rakétatámadást indított Csernyihiv sűrűn lakott lakónegyede ellen. Alina Mikolajec, a csernyihivi kerületi osztály járőrrendőrsége reagálási osztályának felügyelője volt, 2023 júniusa óta szolgált a rendőrségnél” – áll a közleményben.
Április 17-én reggel a megszállók három rakétacsapást mértek Csernyihivre, az oroszok Iszkandereket használtak. A becsapódás a város központi kerületében volt. Közvetlen becsapódás érte a szociális infrastruktúra épületét. Megrongálódott a kórház és a Csernyihivi Műszaki Egyetem központi épülete.
