Húsvét hétfőn akarta felrobbantani a rendőrséget egy iszlamista férfi Oroszországban.
Iszlamista merénylő rendőrök elleni robbantásos támadását sikerült megakadályozni a sztavropoli területen – közölte hétfőn az orosz Szövetségi Biztonsági Szolgálat (FSZB).
Egy 25 éves büntetett előéletű, orosz állampolgárságú férfit vettek őrizetbe Kiszlovodszkban.
A férfi hétfőn akarta házilagosan összeszerelt gránátokkal felrobbantani azt a rendőrséget, ahol a szabadulása után rendszeresen jelentkeznie kellett.
Elfogták a merényletre készülő gyanúsított három cinkosát is, akik szerepet játszottak a Szíriában harcoló iszlamista fegyveresek anyagi támogatásának megszervezésében.
Mind a négy őrizetes az Iszlám Állam terrorszervezet követője.
A terrorcselekményre készülő gyanúsítottól robbanószerkezetek alkotóelemeit, robbanószert, valamint szélsőséges irodalmat és bombakészítési instrukciókat foglaltak le a hatóságok.
Alekszandr Bortnyikov, az FSZB igazgatója március elején azt mondta, hogy Oroszországban az elmúlt tíz évben mintegy kétszáz terrorcselekményt sikerült megakadályozniuk a biztonsági szerveknek.

Az Iszlám Állam (ISIS) terrorszervezetnek egy üzemanyag-objektum elleni támadását sikerült megakadályozni az oroszországi Tver megyében – közölte csütörtökön az orosz Szövetségi Biztonsági Szolgálat (FSZB).
A robbantásos merényletre készülő, az egyik közép-ázsiai köztársaságból származó, de orosz állampolgárságot szerzett férfit az FSZB kommandósai „semlegesítették”, amikor az elfogásakor fegyveres ellenállást tanúsított.
A tájékoztatás szerint a gyanúsított otthonában laboratóriumot hozott létre robbanóanyagok összeállítására.
A helyszínen a hatóságok lőfegyvert, lőszert, házilag összeszerelt robbanószerkezetet és robbanóanyagot foglaltak le. Az ügyben terrorcselekmény előkészítése címén eljárás indult.

Őrizetbe vették az észak-kaukázusi Adigeföldön az Iszlám Állam (IÁ) terrorszervezet egy követőjét, aki merényletet készült elkövetni az Oroszországhoz tartozó köztársaság székvárosában, Majkopban.
Az orosz Szövetségi Biztonsági Szolgálat (FSZB) szerdán kiadott közleménye szerint a gyanúsítottnál roncsoló elemekkel megtöltött pokolgép összeszereléséhez szükséges anyagokat, egy IÁ-zászlót és olyan várostérképet találtak, amelyen bejelölték a potenciális támadások feltételezett célpontjait. Emellett szélsőséges irodalmat és hamisított idegenrendészeti okmányokat foglaltak le tőle.
A gyanúsított elismerte, hogy egy majkopi bevásárlóközpontot szándékozott felrobbantani, hogy bosszút álljon az iszlamista „testvéreiért”. A férfi ellen terrortámadás előkészítése címén eljárás indult.
Alekszandr Bortnyikov, az FSZB igazgatója múlt szerdán azt közölte, hogy Oroszországban az elmúlt tíz év alatt mintegy kétszáz terrorcselekményt sikerült megakadályozniuk a biztonsági szerveknek. Bortnyikov szerint mostanra az Észak-Kaukázusban aktív összes terrorcsoport vezetőjét és a terrorista tevékenység összes gócpontját „felszámolták”.

Az orosz Szövetségi Biztonsági Szolgálat (FSZB) őrizetbe vett egy iskola elleni fegyveres támadás előkészítésével gyanúsított tizenévest szerdán Penzában.
Az FSZB közleménye szerint a 16 éves fiútól egy vadászfegyvert, kommunikációs eszközöket és robbanószerkezetek házi előállításához való útmutatást foglaltak le. Az orosz Nyomozó Bizottság (SZK) szerint a gyanúsított, aki ellenséges érzelmeket táplált az osztálytársaival szemben, áprilisban szándékozott végrehajtani a terrortámadást. Az őrizetbe vett tanuló elismerte, hogy meg akarta gyilkolni az osztálytársait és mindenki mást is, aki közbelépett volna. A fiúnak az iskolával egyébként nem voltak konfliktusai és bűnügyi nyilvántartásban sem szerepelt.
Az FSZB legutóbb január 21-én fogott el két 16 éves fiút a Moszkvához közeli Ljuberci járásban azzal a gyanúval, hogy iskola elleni fegyveres támadásra készültek. A kamaszokat, akik korábban szintén nem kerültek a biztonsági szervek látóterébe, az internetes kommunikációjuk alapján szűrték ki. A kamaszoktól két „lőfegyvernek látszó”, házi készítésű tárgyat, kilenc petárdát, fémlövedékeket, taktikai kesztyűt, fekete palástot, maszkot és egy Natural selection (természetes kiválasztódás) feliratú pólót foglaltak le.
Korábban december 9-én Tukában történt hasonló eset: ott az FSZB egy 18 éves fiataltól egy lefűrészelt csövű vadászfegyvert és iskolák elleni támadásokról szóló anyagokat foglalt le. Krasznojarszkban egy bíróság ugyanezen a napon elrendelte egy őrizetben lévő fiatal pszichiátriai kényszerkezelését.
A Krasznojraszki terület Minuszinszk településéről származó fiút szeptemberben vette őrizetbe az FSZB azzal a gyanúval, hogy egy iskolai tanévnyitó ünnepségen készült támadást végrehajtani. Az akkori, a készülő pokolgépes támadás helyszínének megnevezését kerülő beszámoló szerint mintegy száz embert szándékozott megölni.
Tavaly szeptember elején az FSZB 13 olyan fiatalt fogott el, aki tanintézmények, forgalmas helyszínek és rendvédelmi szervek épületei ellen készült fegyveres támadásokat végrehajtani Oroszország több régiójában. Az szolgálat nem ismertette akkor az őrizetbe vettek korát és indítékait sem, csak annyit, hogy 11-en közülük egy zárt közösségimédia-csoport tagjai. A tömeggyilkosságokat a gyanúsítottak robbanószerkezetekkel, gyújtókeverékekkel, valamint lő- és hidegfegyverekkel készültek végrehajtani. Az interneten hasonló támadások elkövetésére buzdítottak másokat is. A gyanúsítottaktól lefoglaltak négy, roncsoló elemekkel megtöltött, házi készítésű pokolgépet, ilyenek elkészítéséhez szükséges anyagokat és útmutatásokat, valamint támadási terveket tartalmazó naplókat, kommunikációs eszközöket és fegyvereket.
Orosz hírügynökségek szerint az FSZB ezt megelőzően csak 2020-ban nyolc, iskolák elleni támadást hiúsított meg Kosztromában, Sznyezsinszkben, Szaratovban, Kercsben, Szahalin szigetén, Krasznojarszkban, Tyumeny megyében és Volgográdban. Valamennyi gyanúsított fiatalabb volt 20 évesnél.
Nyikolaj Patrusev, az orosz biztonsági tanács titkára tavaly áprilisban kijelentette, hogy a fiatalok körében emiatt „fokozott érdeklődés” alakul ki a „schoolshooting” (iskolai lövöldözés) és a Columbine iránt. A tisztségviselő, aki korábban az orosz Szövetségi Biztonsági Szolgálat igazgatója is volt, ezzel a Colorado állambeli Columbine középiskolájában 1999. április 21-én történt ámokfutásra utalt, amikor két tizenéves lőfegyverrel, kézigránátokkal és plasztikbombákkal 13 embert ölt meg, majd öngyilkosságot követett el.

Az orosz Szövetségi Biztonsági Szolgálat (FSZB) a kalinyingrádi exklávéban őrizetbe vett egy orosz állampolgárt, aki egy energetikai létesítmény ellen készült terrorcselekményt elkövetni.
Ezt csütörtökön közölte az FSZB. A szolgálat szerint a gyanúsított indítéka a jelenlegi hatalom elleni gyűlölet volt.
Az FSZB azt állította, hogy a férfi terroristák toborzásával is megpróbálkozott Kalinyingrád megyében. A lakásán házi összeszerelésű robbanószerkezetet, pokolgép előállításához szükséges anyagokat, valamint az orosz végrehajtó hatalmat és törvényhozást gyalázó irodalmat találtak csütörtökre virradóra.
A gyanúsított ellen büntetőeljárás indult.

Észak-kaukázusi merényletek végrehajtására készülő 19 iszlamista terroristát fogott el az orosz Szövetségi Biztonsági Szolgálat (FSZB) – adta hírül az Origo.
Az FSZB szerdai közleménye szerint a Karacsáj- és Cserkeszföldön, a Krímben, Krasznodári területen és Rosztov megyében őrizetbe vett személyek az at-Takfír val-Hidzsra elnevezésű szélsőséges iszlamista szervezet tagjai. Házi készítésű, roncsoló elemekkel megtöltött robbanószerkezeteket, fegyvert, lőszert és „szélsőséges” irodalmat foglaltak le náluk.
A gyanúsítottak ellen szélsőséges csoport szerevezése és benne való részvétel címén indult eljárás.
Korábbi híradások szerint a „hitehagyottak” és a „hitetlenek” ellen harcoló at-Takfír val-Hidzsra az al-Kaida terrorszervezethez kötődik. Célja az, hogy az Észak-Kaukázusban a saríára (az iszlám jogra) támaszkodó államot hozzon létre.
Molotov-koktéllal akart támadni
A távol-keleti Habarovszkban szerdán tízévi szabadságvesztésre ítéltek egy közép-ázsiai férfit, aki a vád szerint tavaly nyáron terrortámadást szándékozott elkövetni egy tüntetésen, amelynek részvevői Szergej Furgal, a népszerű korábbi kormányzó letartóztatása ellen tiltakoztak. Sz. Razikov, akinek állampolgárságát a közlemény nem konkretizálta, a Katiba Tauhid va-l-Dzsihád elnevezésű terrorszervezet tagja.
Az ítélet szerint Molotov-koktélos palackokkal hajtotta volna végre a támadást. A férfi emellett rész vállalt szervezetének finanszírozásában.
A nacionalista Liberális Demokrata Párthoz tartozó Furgalt tavaly júliusban vették őrizetbe azzal a gyanúval, hogy másfél évtizeddel korábban megszervezte két üzletember meggyilkolását, továbbá egy harmadik vállalkozó ellen is előkészített egy sikertelen merényletet. Furgal, aki a 2018-as kormányzóválasztáson a szavazatok 70 százalékával győzte le a kormánypárt, az Egységes Oroszország jelöltjét, tagadja, hogy köze lenne a gyilkosságokhoz.
Hívei szerint Furgal politikai támadás áldozata. Szabadon bocsátása érdekében a 600 ezres városban több hónapon át minden hét végén tüntetések voltak.

Az orosz Szövetségi Biztonsági Szolgálat (FSZB) által beszervezett két ukrán állampolgárt leplezett le és vett őrizetbe az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU), az Oroszország javára kémkedő ukránok az ukrán fegyveres erők harckészségéről és hadtápellátásáról gyűjtöttek titkos adatokat – adta hírül az rbc.ua hírportál pénteken az SZBU sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
Fotó: ssu.gov.ua A jelentés szerint az SZBU-nak dokumentumokkal alátámasztott bizonyítékai vannak arról, a két ukránt beszervezte az FSZB. A ukrán nemzetbiztonsági hivatal azt is bizonyítani tudja, hogy az oroszoknak kémkedő ukránok megkísérelték pénzért beszervezni egy katonai egység hírszerző tisztjét.
Az SZBU munkatársai a két kémre mímelten titkos dokumentumok átvételekor és orosz összekötőjüknek titkos csatornán történő továbbításakor csaptak le. A két ukrán ellen a büntetőtörvénykönyv 111. cikkelye 1. része alapján hazaárulás címén indult büntetőeljárás.

Két tizenhat éves fiút vett őrizetbe a rendőrség a Moszkvához közeli Ljuberci járásban, akiket azzal gyanúsítanak, hogy egy iskola elleni fegyveres támadásra készültek – közölték csütörtökön orosz hírügynökségek.
Az akciót a Szövetségi Biztonsági Szolgálat (FSZB) részvételével hajtották végre. A kamaszokat, akik korábban nem kerültek a biztonsági szervek látóterébe, az internetes kommunikációjuk alapján szűrték ki. Az ügyben vizsgálat indult. A két fiútól két házi készítésű lőfegyvernek látszó tárgyat, kilenc petárdát, fémlövedékeket, taktikai kesztyűt, fekete palástot, maszkot és egy Natural selection (angolul: természetes kiválasztódás) feliratú pólót foglaltak le.
Legutóbb december 9-én, Tukában történt hasonló eset: ott az FSZB egy tizennyolc éves fiataltól egy lefűrészelt csövű vadászfegyvert és iskolák elleni támadásokra vonatkozó anyagokat foglalt le. Krasznojarszkban egy bíróság ugyanezen a napon elrendelte egy őrizetben lévő fiatal pszichiátriai kényszerkezelését. A Krasznojarszki terület Minuszinszk településéről származó fiút szeptemberben vette őrizetbe az FSZB azzal a gyanúval, hogy egy iskolai tanévnyitó ünnepségen támadásra készült. Az akkori, a készülő pokolgépes támadás helyszínének megnevezését kerülő beszámoló szerint mintegy száz embert szándékozott megölni.
Orosz hírügynökségek szerint az FSZB ezt megelőzően csak idén nyolc, iskolák elleni támadást hiúsított meg Kosztromában, Sznyezsinszkben, Szaratovban, Kercsben, Szahalin szigetén, Krasznojarszkban, Tyumeny megyében és Volgográdban. Valamennyi gyanúsított fiatalabb volt húsz évesnél. Nyikolaj Patrusev, az orosz biztonsági tanács titkára tavaly áprilisban kijelentette, hogy a fiatalok körében emiatt fokozott érdeklődés alakul ki a schoolshooting (iskolai lövöldözés) és a Columbine iránt. A tisztségviselő, aki korábban az orosz Szövetségi Biztonsági Szolgálat igazgatója is volt, ezzel a Colorado állambeli Columbine középiskolájában 1999. április 21-én történt ámokfutásra utalt, amikor két tizenéves lőfegyverrel, kézigránátokkal és plasztikbombákkal tizenhárom embert ölt meg, majd öngyilkosságot követett el.
A legsúlyosabb ilyen oroszországi támadás az Ukrajnától elcsatolt Krím-félszigeten, Kercs városában történt, ahol a tizennyolc éves Vlagyiszlav Roszljakov 2018 októberében egy műszaki iskolában tizenöt tanulót és öt felnőttet ölt meg, majd önmagával is végzett.

Az orosz hatóságok két napos fogva tartás után engedték szabadon Ljubov Szobol ügyvédnőt, Alekszej Navalnij ellenzéki politikus egyik legközelebbi szövetségesét.
Ljubov Szobol vasárnap este a Twitteren tett közzé magáról egy moszkvai utcán készített felvételt, jelezve ezzel, hogy 48 órás őrizet után elengedték a rendőrségi fogdából.
A 33 éves ügyvéd a Dozsgy tévének nyilatkozva, ártatlannak mondta magát. Mint fogalmazott: bármennyire is abszurdnak hangzik, a hatóságok az ellene indított bűnvádi eljárással állnak bosszút Navalnijon – írja a 24.hu.
Ljubov Szobolt – aki indulni akar a jövő évi választáson – pénteken vették őrizetbe, miután a kora reggeli órákban házkutatást tartottak nála, és elvitték a számítógépeit és telefonjait.
Navalnij támogatói szerint a hatóságok így reagáltak arra, hogy Szobol felkereste egy feltételezett orosz titkosügynök, a Szövetségi Biztonsági Szolgálat (FSZB) munkatársának otthonát, és becsöngetett a lakásába. Navalnij korábban azt mondta, hogy a férfinak köze volt az ellene augusztusban elkövetett, sikertelenül végződött mérgezéses merénylethez. Az FSZB ezt tagadta.
A Szobol elleni kényszerintézkedés négy nappal az után történt, hogy nyilvánosságra került egy felvétel, amelyen Navalnij álnéven telefonon beszél az FSZB egyik ügynökével, aki részt vett a merényletkísérlet után a nyomok eltakarításában.

Bűnvádi eljárást indítottak pénteken az orosz rendvédelmi szervek Alekszej Navalnij ellenzéki politikus egyik szövetségese és ügyvédje, Ljubov Szobol ellen. A moszkvai lakásán tartott kora reggeli házkutatás után Szobolt kihallgatásra előállították az orosz Nyomozó Bizottságra – közölte Navalnij és több támogatója.
Navalnij támogatói elmondták, hogy a házkutatással feltehetően arra reagáltak a hatóságok, hogy Szobol felkereste egy feltételezett orosz titkosügynök, a Szövetségi Biztonsági Szolgálat (FSZB) munkatársának otthonát, és becsöngetett a lakásába. Navalnij korábban azt mondta, hogy a férfinak köze volt az ellene augusztusban elkövetett, sikertelenül végződött mérgezéses merénylethez. Az FSZB tagadta és provokációnak nevezte Navalnijnak ezt az állítását.
Szobolt már hétfőn is előállították egy rövid időre, azt követően, hogy becsöngetett a feltételezett titkosügynök lakásába, ahová azonban nem engedték be.
Ivan Zsdanov, a Navalnij vezette az Alap a Korrupció elleni Harcért nevű szervezet ügyvédje elmondta, hogy Szobol ellen magánlaksértés címén indítottak eljárást, ami két évig tartó elzárással büntethető.
Navalnijt augusztusban Németországba szállították, miután rosszul lett egy orosz repülőgépen. Az ellenzéki politikust novicsok típusú idegméreggel mérgezték meg. A Kreml több ízben tagadta, hogy az orosz hatóságoknak köze lenne a mérgezéshez.
Ljubov Szobol indulni tervez a jövő évi alsóházi választásokon is.
A rendőrség a pénteki házkutatáson elkobozta számítógépeit és telefonjait – közölték Navalnij és támogatói.
