A finn rendőrség első vizsgálatai eredményei alapján abból indul ki, hogy a hongkongi zászló alatt hajózó NewNew Polar Bear nevű konténerszállító hajó okozhatta a balti-tengeri Balticconnector finn-észt gázvezetéken keletkezett károkat.
A finn hatóságok pénteken közölték, hogy a tengerfenéken talált és októberben felhozott horgonyt bizonyos műszaki paraméterek alapján hozzá tudják rendelni NewNew Polar Bearhez.
Már korábban is voltak arra utaló jelek, hogy a kínai hajónak köze lehetett a történtekhez. Egyebek között hasonló típusú festékanyagot találtak a megrongálódott vezetéken.
A finn rendőrség közölte azt is, hogy már felvették a kapcsolatot a kínai hatóságokkal és nemzetközi jogsegélyt kezdeményeztek az eset felderítése végett.
A Balti-tenger alatt futó Balticconnectort október 8-án zárták le szivárgás miatt. A gázvezetékkel egyidőben megrongálódott egy Finnországot Észtországgal összekötő távközlési kábel, valamint a Szentpétervárt Kalinyingráddal összekötő egyik orosz távközlési vezeték is.
A finn hatóságok gyanúja szerint a vezetékekben a kínai konténerhajó tett kárt azáltal, hogy végighúzta a horgonyát a tengerfenéken.

A vasárnap átszakadt balti-tengeri gázvezetékben keletkezett károkat „meglehetősen nagy erő okozta” – jelentette ki szerdán Hanno Pevkur észt védelmi miniszter, egy nappal azután, hogy a finn kormány bejelentette: szándékos akcióról lehetett szó.
A Balticconnector tenger alatti gázvezeték mellett egy Finnországot és Észtországot összekötő távközlési kábel sérült meg vasárnap. Kedden Helsinkiben közölték, hogy a károkat valószínűleg „külső behatolás” okozta, az okot vizsgálják.
Pevkur a Reuters hírügynökségnek azt mondta: „Világosan látható, hogy ezeket a károkat meglehetősen nagy erő okozta”. Hozzátette, hogy a nyomozók egyelőre nem zárnak ki semmit.
„Úgy tűnik, mechanikai behatás vagy mechanikai roncsolás történt” – emelte ki.
A finn kormány keddi tájékoztatása szerint károk keletkeztek nemcsak magán a gázvezetéken, de a párhuzamosan futó telekommunikációs kábelen is, amely összeköti a két NATO-tagországot. A Gasgrid finn gázszolgáltató szerint hónapokat vagy akár még több időt is igénybe vehetnek a helyreállítási munkálatok.
Petteri Orpo finn miniszterelnök sajtókonferenciáján aggasztónak nevezte a történteket, de arról igyekezett biztosítani mindenkit, hogy az ország energiaellátása stabil, illetve a telekommunikációs vezetéken keletkezett kár nem befolyásolja Finnország összeköttetését a külvilággal.
A finn és az észt üzemeltetők vasárnap észleltek szokatlan nyomáscsökkenést a Balticconnector gázvezetéken, és mivel felmerült a gyanú, hogy szivárgás állhat fenn, a vezetéket ideiglenesen lezárták.
Az 77 kilométer hosszú gázvezeték a Balti-tenger alatt 2020 eleje óta köti össze a finnországi Inkoo LNG-terminált Paldiski észt kikötővárossal.
Tavaly szeptemberben az Oroszországot Németországgal a Balti-tenger alatt összekötő Északi Áramlat és az Északi Áramlat-2 gázvezetéken történtek robbanások, Svédország és Dánia gazdasági övezetében. Akkor négy helyen észleltek gázszivárgást. A vizsgálatok azt már megállapították, hogy szándékos merénylet történt, de felelőst mind ez idáig nem neveztek meg.

„Valószínű, hogy a gázvezetéken és a telekommunikációs kábelen keletkezett kár külső behatás eredménye” – jelentette ki Niinistö.
„Ma beszéltem Jens Stoltenberg NATO-főtitkárral. A NATO készen áll segítséget nyújtani a vizsgálatban” – tette hozzá a finn elnök.
A finn kormány tájékoztatása szerint károk keletkeztek nemcsak magán a gázvezetéken, de a párhuzamosan futó telekommunikációs kábelen is, amelyek összekötik a két NATO-tagországot.
A Gasgrid finn gázszolgáltató szerint hónapokat vagy akár még több időt is igénybe vehetnek a helyreállítási munkálatok.

„A gázvezetéken tapasztalt nyomáscsökkenés nagyon gyors volt, ami arra utal, hogy nem kis lék keletkezhetett. Ennek okát azonban továbbra sem sikerült tisztázni” – mondta a balti állam egyik névtelenséget kérő energetikai tisztségviselője.

A svéd Norsar elemzései alapján megállapították, hogy az eddig ismert két robbanást újabb kettő követte, valamint hogy a sérüléseket robbanótöltetek okozták.
Norvég kutatók új információval szolgáltak a 2022 szeptemberében történt Északi Áramlat gázvezeték felrobbantásával kapcsolatban. Ők az első nemzeti testület, akik nyilvánosan elismerik a két másik robbantást is – közölte a The Guardian.
A közelmúltban felfedezett további két robbanás a dán Bornholm szigettől északkeletre történt, körülbelül 7 és 16 másodperccel a korábban ismert két detonáció után. Európai és német szeizmikus állomásokat használva a Svéd Nemzeti Szeizmikus Hálózat (Swedish National Seismic Network) és a bornholmi állomások fejlett elemzési technikákat alkalmaztak a robbanások megfigyelésére és pontos meghatározására.
A svéd Norsar elemzése szerint egy detonáció történt Bornholmtól délkeletre, valamint három a sziget északkeleti felén.
Két egyértelmű szeizmikus eseményt, az S- és N-esetet már rögtön a robbantás után azonosították: az első az Északi Áramlat 2 vezetéken, a második az1-esen történt. Ezekről még novemberben megállapították a norvég kutatók, hogy ember által készített robbanótöltetek miatt sérültek meg. A további nyomozás felfedte, hogy 7, valamint 16 másodperccel később két újabb robbanás történt, ezeket NB- és NC-nek nevezték el.
A tervek szerint Dánia, Svédország és Németország vizsgálatait egy a Norsarral közös tanulmányban publikálták volna, de az említett országok nem kívánták kommentálni a nyomozást.
Az ENSZ Biztonsági Tanácsa júliusban meghallgatta a kutatókat, akik tenger alatti robbanóanyagból származó mintákat találtak egy jachton, de az érintettek személyazonosságát vagy indítékait nem tudták megbízhatóan megállapítani, illetve azt sem, hogy magánszemély vagy egy adott ország műve-e.
Az európai, német, svéd és dán szeizmikus tornyok információit használva vizsgálni kezdték az utóbbi két robbanást. A második robbanást követően a harmadik (amely ettől számítva 7 másodperccel később) 220 méterre történt, a negyedik pedig több kilométerrel messzebb. Utóbbi pontos helyét nehezebb meghatározni, ugyanis abban a térségben kevesebb figyelőállomás van.

Négy munkás meghalt, öt pedig megsérült Romániában a fővárost Moldvával összekötni hivatott A7-es autópálya építkezésén a Vrancea megyei Calimanesti térségében csütörtökre virradó éjszaka, amikor felrobbant egy gázvezeték.
A robbanás az első feltételezések szerint akkor következett be, amikor a három váltásban dolgozó építők éjjel egy munkagéppel léket ütöttek a földben húzódó vezetéken, és egy szikra begyújtotta a kiáramló gázt. A tűzoltók három óra elteltével tudták megfékezni a lángokat. A helyszínen négy munkás elszenesedett holttestét találták meg, öt sérült saját erőből jutott el az adjudi kórházba, ahonnan két – bőrfelülete 65, illetve 40 százalékán – égési sérüléseket szenvedett munkást mentőhelikopterrel szállítottak Bukarestbe.
A 437 kilométeresre tervezett A7-es autópálya nyomvonalának mintegy 300 kilométerén a Dorinel Umbrarescu építkezési vállalkozó által ellenőrzött román UMB építi a sztrádát. Egyelőre nem derült ki, hogy a munkások tudtak-e a gázvezetékről, de a tragédiáról beszámoló helyszíni tudósítások szerint a vezeték nem volt fél méternél mélyebben.
A román gázvezetékrendszer üzemeltetője, a Transgaz 2020-ban kiadott előírás szerint a gázvezeték 20 méteres körzetében nem lett volna szabad munkálatokat végezni.
Romániában augusztus végén egy autógáz-töltőállomáson bekövetkezett kettős robbanás nyomán öt ember vesztette életét. A tragédia 58 sérültje közül egyet még romániai, hetet pedig külföldi kórházakban ápolnak. Egy olaszországi kórházban kezelt sérült azóta is válságos állapotban van.

Valóban robbanások történtek az Északi Áramlat csővezetékeknél – állapították meg az előzetes helyszíni vizsgálatok alapján a svéd hatóságok. Szerintük is erős a gyanú, hogy szabotázsakció történt.
Robbanások okozták az Északi Áramlat két csövének szivárgását a múlt héten – állapította meg a svéd hivatalos vizsgálat csütörtökön, a helyszínen összegyűjtött bizonyítékok elemzése után – jelentette a Bloomberg. A hírügynökség szerint a svéd nyomozó szervek nem tértek ki arra, hogy miként történtek a robbanások és ki lehet értük a felelős. Az ügyben a dán hatóságok is vizsgálódnak, ők azonban nem kívánták kommentálni a svéd eredményeket.
Az ügyben kiadott svéd ügyészségi közleményben arról írnak, hogy a helyszíni vizsgálat, amelyet a rendőrség és a svéd hadsereg közösen folytatott le, megerősítette a szabotázzsal kapcsolatos korábbi gyanúkat. Eszerint robbanások történtek mind az Északi Áramlat 1-nél, mind pedig a 2-nél, és ezek okozták a példátlan gázszivárgást. Jelezték, hogy bizonyítékokat is lefoglaltak a helyszínen, amiket tovább vizsgálnak, ahogy a nyomozás is tovább zajlik az ügyben.
A két vezetékrendszeren múlt hétfő óta ömlött hatalmas mennyiségű gáz a tengerbe. A vezetékeken keletkezett négy lyukból kettő Svédország, kettő pedig Dánia kizárólagos gazdasági övezetében található. A robbanás tényét korábban svéd szeizmográfusok is felvetették, a dán és a német kormány pedig szándékosságra gyanakodik.

„Kétségtelen, hogy ezek robbanások voltak” – mondta Björn Lund, a svéd nemzeti szeizmológiai hálózat, az SNSN szeizmológiai előadója. Elmondta, jól látható, ahogy a hullámok a fenékről a felszínre pattannak. „Nem kétséges, hogy robbanás volt. Még egy gnosjöi állomásunk is érzékelte” – szögezte le.
Az első robbanást hétfő éjjel 2 óra 3 perckor, a másodikat hétfő este 19 óra 4 perckor regisztrálták. A gázszivárgásra vonatkozó figyelmeztetések hétfőn 13 óra 52 perckor, illetve 20 óra 41 perckor érkeztek a tengerészeti hatóságtól, miután a hajók buborékokat észleltek a felszínen.

Az európai országok kedden sürgős kivizsgálást rendeltek el az Északi Áramlat–1 és az Északi Áramlat–2, a Balti-tenger alatt Svédország és Dánia közelében futó két orosz gázvezetéken történt megmagyarázhatatlan szivárgás ügyében – számolt be a hírado.hu a Reuters-re hivatkozva
Célzott támadás okozhatott szivárgást az Északi Áramlat–1 és az Északi Áramlat–2 földgázvezetéken a német szövetségi kormány szakértői szerint. Nyomáscsökkenést elsőként az Északi Áramlat–2 vezetékrendszeren észleltek, hétfő hajnalban. A dán hatóságok megállapították, hogy Bornholm térségében szivárog a gáz. Hétfő este az Északi Áramlat–1 vezetékrendszeren is hirtelen süllyedni kezdett a nyomás.
Mindkét érintett vezeték az Európa és Moszkva között kialakult energiaháború középpontjában áll. A nyugati szankciókat követően egyik vezeték sem pumpált földgázt Európába, viszont mindkettőben volt nyomás alatt lévő gáz.
„Tegnap szivárgást észleltek az Oroszország és Dánia közötti gázvezeték – az Északi Áramlat–2 – egyikén. A vezeték nem üzemel, de földgázt tartalmaz, amely most szivárog” – közölte Dan Jorgensen dán energiaügyi miniszter. Hozzátette: „A hatóságokat most arról tájékoztatták, hogy további két szivárgás történt az Északi Áramlat 1-en, amely szintén nem üzemel, de gázt tartalmaz.”
Az Északi Áramlat–2 egyébként nemrég készült el, azonban Németország a vezetéken való gázszállítás tervét az orosz–ukrán háború kitörése előtt már elvetette.
„Két szivárgás van az Északi Áramlat–1-en – egy a svéd és egy pedig a dán övezetben. Ezek nagyon közel vannak egymáshoz” – mondta a Reutersnek a Svéd Tengerészeti Hivatal (SMA) szóvivője.
A szóvivő szerint a szivárgások a dán Bornholm szigetétől északkeletre keletkeztek, azonban biztosan továbbra sem tudni, hogy mi okozhatta őket.
Moszkva nem zárja ki, hogy szabotázs miatt történt robbanás hétfőn az Északi Áramlat gázvezeték vonalán, amelynek következtében jelentősen csökkent az Európa felé irányuló gáz nyomása és mennyisége – számolt be a Reutersre hivatkozva a Die Presse.
„Most már semmilyen változatot nem lehet kizárni” – jelentette ki Dmitrij Peszkov, a Kreml szóvivője. „Nyilvánvaló, hogy a csővezeték megsérült. És, hogy mi ennek az oka – nincs olyan változat, amelyet ki lehetne zárni, amíg a vizsgálat le nem zárul” – tette hozzá.
Peszkov azt mondta, hogy a Kreml „rendkívül aggódik” az Északi Áramlat–1 és 2 vezetékekben bekövetkezett nyomáscsökkenés miatt. A német és a dán hatóságok továbbra is keresik a Balti-tenger alatt húzódó gázvezetéket ért feltételezett támadás nyomait.
A svéd tengerészeti hatóság figyelmeztetést adott ki a gázvezetékek szivárgása miatt, és korlátozták a hajózást öt tengeri mérföldes – 9,6 kilométeres – körzetben.
„Extra őrséget tartunk, hogy biztosak legyünk benne, hogy egyetlen hajó sem kerül túl közel a helyszínhez” – mondta egy másik SMA-szóvivő.
A dán energiügynökség közölte, a hajók ha belépnek a területre, elveszíthetik felhajtóerejüket, illetve fennáll a gyulladás veszélye a vízben és a levegőben egyaránt. A lezárt zónán kívüli hajózás nem jár veszélyekkel.
A dán hatóságok a szivárgás után az ország energia- és gázipari készültségi szintjének emelését rendelték el.
Ez azt jelenti, hogy az ágazatban működő vállalatoknak egy sor olyan intézkedést kell végrehajtaniuk, amelyek emelik a biztonságot az erőművekben és egyéb energetikai létesítményekben.
