A német kislány, Luise még szombaton tűnt el, holtestét másnap találták meg, úgy tudni: több kés-szúrással végeztek vele. A gyilkosságot az áldozat két barátnője követte el: a 12 és 13 éves lányok beismerő vallomást tettek. Az elkövetők fiatal koruk miatt nem büntethetők. A tartományi miniszterelnök arról beszélt: ez az eset is azt bizonyítja, hogy Németországban egyre jobban terjed a gyermekek közötti erőszak.
Sorra gyújtják a gyertyákat a helyiek az erdőben, ahol vasárnap megtalálták meg a kislány holttestét. A gyilkosság híre a legtöbbeket teljesen letaglózta.
„Borzalmas. Nagyon-nagyon borzalmas. Nincsenek szavaim. Mindannyiunkat sokkoltak a történtek” – mondta egy nő.
Luise-nak szombat este veszett nyoma. A 12 éves kislány a barátnőjétől tartott hazafelé egy erdei úton, de nem ért haza időben, a szülei ezért értesítették a hatóságokat.
Mostanra kiderült, hogy a holttestet egy régi vasúti alagútból kialakított bicikliút közelében találták meg.
Az ügyészség kedden közölte: Luise valószínűleg elvérzett. „A boncolás alapján a szúrt sebek és az azokból fakadó vérveszteség okozta halálát. Nincs jele szexuális bántalmazásnak. A nyomozás alapján a gyermek feltételezhetőleg ott vesztette életét, ahol rátaláltunk” – mondta az ügyész.
A hatóságok két 14 év alatti lányt vettek őrizetbe, mivel azonban a büntethetőségi korhatárt nem érik el, semmit nem árultak el kilétükről. Arra azonban fény derült: beismerő vallomást tettek. A német sajtó úgy tudja: a két elkövető az áldozat baráti köréhez tartozott.
Az ügyészség az indítékról pusztán annyit közölt: azok a dolgok, amelyek gyermekeket ilyen súlyos bűncselekményre késztethetnek, egy felnőtt számára érthetetlenek lehetnek, de minden bizonnyal heves érzelmek játszottak szerepet.
Hendrik Wüst tartományi kormányfő szerint az eset súlyos társadalmi problémákra világított rá, amelyet kormányzati szinten is kezelni kell. „Aggasztóan terjed a tizenévesek körében az erőszakos bűncselekmények száma. Ez a mostani eset ennek a folyamatnak egy íjesztő kicsúcsosodása” –hangsúlyozta a tartományi kormányfő.
A kereszténydemokrata politikus kijelentette: a hasonló esetek megelőzése érdekében alaposan ki kell vizsgálni a mostani eset körülményeit, hogy megértsék, és máshol is felismerjék a gyermekek közötti erőszakot és forrását.

Egy hároméves kislány véletlenül agyonlőtte négyéves nővérét vasárnap este a texasi Houston egyik lakásában. A kislányt az orvosok már nem tudták megmenteni. A rendőrség nyomozást indított az ügyben – számolt be az Origo a FoxNews-ra hivatkozva.
A tragédia nem sokkal este 8 óra előtt történt, miután a két lány magára maradt az egyik szobában. A hároméves lány talált egy töltött pisztolyt, és egyszer eltalálta a nővérét – mondta Ed Gonzalez Harris megyei seriff egy sajtótájékoztatón.
A család egy lakásban töltötte az időt, amikor a lövöldözés történt. Gonzalez elmondása szerint a lányok és szüleik a lakásban laktak.
A családtagok amint meghallották a lövést a hálószobába rohantak, biztosították a lőfegyvert, és jelentették az esetet a hatóságoknak. A négyéves kislány a helyszínen meghalt.
Egyelőre nem világos, hogy vádat emelnek-e a lövöldözéssel kapcsolatban. Az eset kivizsgálása még folyamatban van.

Az incidens péntek késő este történt, ezt követően az oklahomai rendőrséghez betelefonáltak, hogy a város déli részén egy háztömbben késelés történt. A helyszínre érkezésük után a mentők és a tulsai tűzoltók újraélesztették a megkéselt kisfiút.
A gyerekek szülei az emeleten aludtak, amikor az idősebbik gyerek arra keltette őket, hogy megkéselte a testvérét.
A kisfiút kórházba szállították, megműtötték, de hajnalra belehalt a sérüléseibe – írja az ABC.
A rendőrkapitányság vezetője, Wendell Franklin nem finomkodott, amikor a közösségi médiában bejelentette, hogy a tragikus gyilkosság történt.

Bejelentés érkezett a hatóságokhoz az egészségügyi dolgozóktól, miszerint egy egyéves kisfiú holttestén erőszakos halálra utaló nyomokat fedeztek fel.
Az eset a Técsői járás egyik településén történt. A helyszínre azonnal kiérkezett a rendőrség, akik megállapították, hogy a kisfiú egyéves és 10 hónapos volt. Az információk szerint egy éles tárggyal mértek a gyerekre erős ütéseket, ez okozta halálát.
A bizonyítékok alapján az elkövető a gyerek apja, aki a történtek után elmenekült a helyszínről. Az operatív csoport elmondta, hogy a férfi egy késsel ölte meg fiát, mindeközben a család többi tagja az udvaron tartózkodott. Mikor észrevették, mi történt, azonnal értesítették a mentőszolgálatot, de azok sajnos nem tudták megmenteni a gyereket.
A hatóságoknak sikerült letartóztatni a 30 éves elkövetőt, aki az erdőbe menekült. Az ügyben tart a büntetőeljárás.

Elizabeth Struz január 7-én halt meg egy Brisbane melletti házban, amely valószínűleg a közösség tulajdonában van – írja a BBC. A kislány cukorbetegségben szenvedett, a vizsgálatok során kiderült, hogy rohamosan romló állapota ellenére halála előtt egy egész hétig nem kapott inzulint.
Szüleit Elizabeth halála után rövid időn belül elítélték, s most további 12 ember áll bíróság elé, akik szintén nem nyújtottak segítséget a kislánynak. A rendőrök elmondása szerint a vádlottak úgy döntöttek, hogy ahelyett, hogy orvosságot adnak a gyereknek, imádkozni fognak gyógyulásáért. A gyerek haláláról csak másnap értesítették a hatóságokat.

117 gyermek vesztette életét és több 155 gyermek megsérült. A legtöbb kiskorú Kijev, Harkiv, Csernyihiv, Doneck, Mikolajiv, Zsitomir, Herszon és Szumi megyében, valamint a fővárosban esett áldozatul.
Harkiv megyében a mai nap folyamán szétlőttek egy járművet, melyben egy család két gyermekével utazott. Egy 9 éves kislány és szülei életüket vesztették, a 17 éves kamaszfiú megsérült.
Kosztyantinivkában a romok alatt legutóbb három személy, köztük egy hétéves gyermek holttestére bukkantak.
Március 21-én a megszállók a Mariupolból evakuált gyermekeket szállító buszokat támadták meg.

A 22 éves Justine Johnson halálra szúrta hároméves lányát, Sutton Mossert, majd egy szemeteszsákba rejtette a holttestét. Állítása szerint azt is közölte vele a rajzfilmfigura, hogy ha nem teszi meg, ő fog meghalni.
A megdöbbentő eset szeptember 16-án történt. Mint kiderült, a nőnek heroinelvonás és alváshiány okozta a hallucinációit, melynek során elhitte, hogy a rajzfilmfigura utasította őt a gyilkosságra.
A pénteki előzetes meghallgatáson Ryan Eberline, a helyi gyermekvédelmi szervezet nyomozója elmondta, hogy Justine Johnson épp a gyilkosság napján költözött el anyja michigani házából, ahol addig élt. Mielőtt a lánya ellen fordult volna, elment egy temetőbe, majd onnan visszatérve megpróbált öngyilkos lenni.
Azt mondta, semmire nem emlékszik abból, ami Shuttonnal történt, viszont hallucinációi voltak a heroinelvonás miatt, és két hétig szinte semmit nem aludt. Úgy hallotta, mintha SpongyaBob Kockanadrág egyenesen hozzá beszélne a tévéből, és azt parancsolná neki, hogy ölje meg a lányát, különben ő fog meghalni. Azt mondta, halálfélelme lett, és ez teljesen elvette az eszét” – idézte fel a nő anyja a történteket egy helyi lapnak október 1-én.
A nő bátyja, Knesley Johnson elmondta, hogy amikor aznap munkába indult, még találkozott testvérével, és unokahúgával, akiken akkor még semmi szokatlant nem tapasztalt, olyanok voltak, mint máskor.
De amikor hajnali fél 4-kor hazajött a munkából, sehol nem találta őket, ezért megkérdezte 17éves unokaöccsét, hogy hol vannak. Majd amikor elmentek a nő új lakcímére, és keresni kezdték őket, a 17 éves fiú meglátta, hogy egy zsákból lóg ki a gyerek lába.
„Odarohantam Knesley-hez, és mondtam neki, hogy mit láttam, ő egyszerűen nem hitt nekem, azt hitte, viccelek.”
A rendőrök, már kora reggel, a fivérek bejelentése után a helyszínre siettek.
A hátsó szobában találtak két szemeteszsákot, az egyikből egy láb lógott ki – mint kiderült, az unokahúguk lába, amely addigra már hideg volt. Azonnal értesítettük a mentőket – mondta Gerald Soboleski rendőr.
A rendőrök töb vérfoltot találtak a folyosó szekrényének ajtaján, a nappali kanapékon, illetve a hálószobában lévő tárgyakon.
A hálószobában három kést is találtak, a kislány teste pedig egy takaróba volt csavarba, és egy vérrel szennyezett farmernadrággal együtt találták meg a szemeteszsákban. A gyerek hasán, nyakán, és mellkasán is találtak sérüléseket. Johnson ellen gyilkosság miatt emeltek vádat, letartóztatták, óvadék ellenében sem engedik ki – írja a DailyStar.

Az Egyesült Királyságban elítéltek egy apát és egy mostohaanyát, mert megöltek egy 6 éves kisfiút. A nő először sóval mérgezte meg, aztán megverte a gyereket, az apa pedig nem nyújtott segítséget fiának – számolt be a Mirror.
A gyerekgyilkosság 2020-ban történt. A rendőrség bebizonyította, hogy Emma Tustin, a 32 éves mostohaanya sóval mérgezte meg, majd kegyetlenül megverte a 6 éves Arthurt. A kisfiú ezen brutális tettek következtében meghalt. A gyermek apja, Thomas Hughes nem nyújtott segítséget fiának. A nőt 29, a férfit 21 év börtönre ítélték.
A kisfiú nagyapja, Peter Halcrow és az ügyészek szigorúbb büntetést követelnek a pár számára. Halcrow azt akarja, hogy halálbüntetést kapjanak.
Az Egyesült Királyság lakosságát is megdöbbentette a férfi és a nő brutalitása, és szigorúbb büntetést követelnek. A főügyész kijelentette, már benyújtotta fellebbezését a fellebbviteli bírósághoz, hogy vizsgálják felül a párra kiszabott ítéletet.
