A Honvédelmi Minisztérium és a Vámszolgálat több mint 3000 olyan esetet fedett fel, amikor a katonai egységek nem kapták meg a humanitárius segélyt.
„2023 9 hónapja alatt a Védelmi Minisztérium Belső Ellenőrzési Osztálya az Állami Vámszolgálat csempészet- és vámszabálysértések kérdéseivel foglalkozó osztálya közös intézkedései eredményeként több mint 9000 humanitárius segélyszállítmány 200 katonai egységnek való szállítását ellenőrizték, és több mint 3000 esetben nem került megerősítésre a tény, hogy azok megérkeztek a katonai egységekhez” – áll a közleményben.
Hangsúlyozták, hogy a feltárt vámjogszabálysértések megszüntetése, valamint a bűnösök közigazgatási vagy büntetőjogi felelősségre vonása érdekében a vámosok 387 feljelentést tettek Ukrajna Büntető Törvénykönyvének 190., 358., 201-2. cikkelye, valamint 320 jegyzőkönyvet állítottak ki a vámszabályok megsértéséről, ahol a bűncselekmények tárgya a humanitárius segítségnyújtás.

Az Ungvári Kerületi Ügyészség vezetésével egy 43 éves munkácsi járási lakost a hadiállapot idején humanitárius segélyek értékesítésének gyanújával értesítették az ellene indult eljárásról.
Az információk szerint a gépkocsikat külföldi önkéntesek küldték az országba, kijevi és Kijev megyei szervezeteknek, akik át kellett volna adják azokat a fegyveres erőknek. Ezzel ellentétben azonban két járművet is – egy Volkswagent és egy Nissan Navarát – 4000 és 5800 dollárért adott el a vádlott.
Az ügyben folyik a bírósági tárgyalást megelőző nyomozás, a vizsgálatok tartanak – közölte a megyei ügyészség.

Az Ungvári Kerületi Ügyészség eljárást indított egy munkácsi járási jótékonysági alapítvány ellen, melynek vezetőjét azzal gyanúsítják, hogy a humanitárius segélyként behozott járművekkel kereskedett.
A folyó év április-májusában három terepjárót is behozott az országba, melyeket közösségi oldalakon árult. A hatóságok eladáskor, a pénz átvétele közben tartóztatták le.
Az ügyben továbbra is folyik a nyomozás, a vizsgálatok tartanak – közölte a megyei ügyészség kommunikációs osztálya.

Lemberg régióban a rendfenntartók ismeretlen eredetű humanitárius áruval teli raktárt fedeztek fel, a házkutatások jelenleg is folynak – közölte Valerij Tacijenko, Ukrajna Gazdaságbiztonsági Hivatalának Lemberg Megyei Territoriális Osztályának vezetője egy tájékoztatón.
Megjegyezték, hogy a raktárak teljes területe eléri az 1600 négyzetmétert.
„A Gazdaságbiztonsági Hivatal nyomozói megkapták a bírósági végzést a házkutatásra, a nyomozás negyedik napja tart. A Gazdaságbiztonsági Hivatal munkatársai nyilvántartásba veszik az árut, osztályozzák, megállapítják az eredetét” – mondta Tacijenko.
Hozzátette, a raktárban élelmiszert, gyermekárut, ágyneműt, takarókat, higiéniai termékeket, háztartási vegyszereket, ruhaneműt fedtek fel, összesen mintegy ezer raklapon.
„Jelenleg azt próbáljuk felderíteni, hogy ezek az áruk hogyan kerültek Ukrajna területére, miért nem osztották szét, illetve ellenőrizzük a humanitárius segélyek esetleges értékesítésével kapcsolatos információkat” – mondta a Gazdaságbiztonsági Hivatal Lemberg Megyei Territoriális Osztályának vezetője.
A nyomozók feltárják a humanitárius segélyek behozatalával és tárolásával foglalkozó személyek körét.
A Gazdaságbiztonsági Hivatal hangsúlyozta, hogy körülbelül 60 kamionra volt szükség az egész rakomány szállításához, és az effajta mozgások nem maradhattak észrevétlenül.
„Körülbelül 74 tonna konzervet találtak 20 millió hrivnya értékben. Az összes áru értékének kiszámítása még nem fejeződött be” – közölték a rendfenntartók.

Tizenegymillió gyerek szorul humanitárius segélyekre a polgárháború sújtotta Jemenben az ENSZ Gyermekalapjának (UNICEF) pénteki bejelentése szerint.
A szervezet arra figyelmeztetett, hogy mintegy 2,2 millió jemeni gyerek alultáplált, a helyzet pedig azonnali beavatkozás nélkül tovább súlyosbodhat.
Az alultápláltság már több mint 450 ezer gyerek esetében öltött életveszélyes méreteket, nekik sürgős segítségre van szükségük – tette hozzá az UNICEF. A szervezet emellett rámutatott arra, hogy a harcoknak 2015 és 2022 között több mint 11 ezer gyerek vált áldozatává.
A polgárháború és a nyomában kialakult humanitárius válság miatt egyre több gyerek kényszerül dolgozni és nőtt a gyerekházasságok száma is, sok család ugyanis csak így tudja biztosítani megélhetését. Egyre több kiskorút toboroznak emellett a hadseregbe és milíciákba is – áll a szervezet tájékoztatásában.
Az UNICEF-nek körülbelül 484 millió dollárra van szüksége ahhoz, hogy idén is folytatni tudja a gyerekekkel kapcsolatos humanitárius programjait Jemenben.

Az RMF FM lengyel rádió úgy tudja, hogy a csoport tagjai több tucat kamerát helyezett el vasúti csomópontok és fontos közlekedési útvonalak mellett az Ukrajnával határos lengyelországi Kárpátaljai vajdaságban (Podkarpackie).
Állítólag találtak kamerákat Jasionka repülőterén is, ahol az Egyesült Államokból és Európából érkező katonai és teherszállító repülőgépek rakományát átpakolják azokra a teherautókra, amelyek a segélyszállítmányokat onnan még 100 kilométerre található ukrán határra eljuttatják.
A lengyel belügyminiszter, Mariusz Kaminski azt mondta, hogcs csak csütörtökön fog nyilatkozni az RMF FM által lehozott sztori kapcsán.
Az elmúlt évben több embert is letartóztattak Lengyelországban kémkedés vádjával. Legutóbb februárban vádolt meg a lengyel ügyészség egy régóta Lengyelországban élő orosz állampolgárt azzal, hogy 2015 és 2022 között Oroszországnak kémkedett.

A lengyel hatóságok őrizetbe vettek egy férfit, aki felgyújtott két olyan mentőautót is, amelyet Ukrajnának akartak átadni.
A tűzoltókat pénteken este 22 óra környékén értesítették arról, hogy tűz van a délkelet-lengyelországi Radlów településén. Mire a tűzoltók a helyszínre értek, az egyik mentőautó jóformán teljesen kiégett, és egy másik mentőautó, valamint két másik személygépkocsi is károkat szenvedett.
A rendőrség szerint szándékos gyújtogatás történt. A 35 éves gyanúsítottat már őrizetbe vették, de kihallgatására még nem került sor. A két mentőautó és két másik autó szombaton indult volna útnak a lengyel városból egy humanitárius konvoj részeként.

Az Ungvári Kerületi Ügyészség átadta a vádiratot a bíróságnak egy helyi lakos ügyében, akit humanitárius segély árusításával gyanúsítanak.
A nyomozás során kiderült, hogy a férfi miután kézhez kapta a megyénkbe érkezett egyik humanitárius szállítmány egy részét, értékesíteni kezdte azt. A bűnöző a katonáknak szánt szappant árulta, az ingyen átvett árut 17 ezer dollárért adta el.

Értesítettek az ellene indult eljárásról egy técsői járási férfit, akit humanitárius segély értékesítésével vádolnak.
A nyomozás során kiderült, hogy a vádlott olyan járműveket árusított, melyeket humanitárius segélyként hozott be az országba. A dokumentumok szerint a gépkocsit egy civil szervezet kellett kapja, s át kellett volna adniuk a kijevi területvédelmi alakulatnak. A krápátaljai férfi azonban úgy döntött, hogy az egyik helyi autópiacon értékesítette azokat.
A férfi két jármű eladása után bukott le, a rendőrök egy Nissan és egy Suzuki autót, valamint pénzt foglaltak le nála. A lefoglalt gépjárművek értéke 434 ezer hrivnya.
Az ügyben folyik az eljárás, a bíróságot megelőző vizsgálatok megkezdődtek.
