Закарпатський окружний адміністративний суд задовольнив позов Управління Державної служби України з надзвичайних ситуацій у Закарпатській області до Публічного акціонерного товариства “Готельно-туристичний комплекс “Інтурист-Закарпаття”.
Суд застосував заходи реагування у вигляді повного зупинення роботи зазначеної установи шляхом опечатування входу та відключення від джерел енергоживлення до повного усунення порушень вимог законодавства у сфері пожежної та техногенної безпеки.
