A rendfenntartók büntetőeljárást indítottak egy katona megverése miatt az UPC (MP) hmelnickiji székesegyházában vasárnap – jelentette a vsim.ua helyi portálra hivatkozva az Interfax–Ukrajina hírügynökség.
A hír szerint Viktorija Timoscsuk, a járőrrendőrség megyei főosztályának szóvivője elmondta, hogy a bántalmazást a papok és a katona közötti konfliktus előzte meg.
„Az imaliturgia során a férfi az Evangélium könyvet az asztalról a földre dobta, szóbeli konfliktusba keveredett az imaliturgiát olvasó pappal. Az eset szemtanúi hívták a rendőrség munkatársait. Jelenleg vizsgálják a polgárral szemben a közigazgatási eljárás megindításának kérdését az Adminisztratív jogsértési törvénykönyv 173. cikkelye alapján” – mondta el a rendőrség szóvivője az újságíróknak.
Hozzátette, hogy a katona megverése miatt, amiről videofelvétel készült, melyet korábban a közösségi oldalakon is közzétettek, a rendőrség nyomozói eljárást indítottak a pap ellen Ukrajna Büntető törvénykönyve 296. cikkelyének 2. pontja alapján huliganizmusért.

Már kárpátaljai magyar áldozata is van a háborúnak. A Magyar Nemzet kárpátaljai hírportálok információja alapján azt írta, az elhunyt magyar katona a 29 éves Kis Sándor, aki az ukrán haditengerészetnél szolgált, és Ocsakovnál esett el. A katona halálhírét a felesége jelentette be a közösségi oldalán. Két gyermeket hagyott hátra – számoltak be róla az M1 Híradójában.
Két kárpátaljai katona is életét vesztette az Ukrajna védelmében folytatott harcokban – írták a Magyar Nemzet cikkében.
Az egyik áldozat, az ungvári születésű 29 éves Kis Sándor az ukrán haditengerészetnél szolgált, Ocsakovnál esett el. Két gyermeket hagyott hátra. A katona halálhírét felesége jelentette be a közösségi oldalán, amit az egykori ungvári iskolatársak és barátok is megerősítettek.
A tengerész – aki 18 évesen, 2012-ben vonult be katonának – a Krím-félsziget megszállására irányuló orosz műveletek során az egyik ukrán hadihajón teljesített szolgálatot, amelyet utolsóként foglaltak el az orosz katonák. Az ukrán tengerészek hősies helytállásáról film is készült, amelyben Kis Sándor epizódszerepet játszott. A másik elesett katona a munkácsi Bilak Vaszil mindössze 22 éves volt – írták a cikkben.

Agyonlőtte öt társát, öt másikat pedig megsebesített csütörtökön egy ukrán sorkatona a kelet-ukrajnai Dnyipróban – számolt be az MTI a belügyminisztérium közlésére hivatkozva.
Hírforrások beszámolója szerint az eset a hajnali órákban történt a Pivdenmas gépgyártó üzem területén. A nemzeti gárdánál sorkatonai szolgálatát töltő 20 éves Artemij Rjabcsuk fegyverkiadás közben ismeretlen okból rálőtt katonatársaira Kalasnyikov gépkarabéllyal, majd a fegyverrel elmenekült.
A halálos áldozatok között egy nő is van – derül ki belügyi tárca közleményéből.
Később Denisz Monasztirszkij belügyminiszter a Facebookon közölte, hogy őrizetbe vették a katonát. Kijelentette, hogy a törvény által kiszabható legszigorúbb büntetést fogja kapni.
Egyelőre nem ismert, hogy a katona miért követte el a tettét. A városban a tragédia után riadókészültségbe helyezték a rendőrséget és a nemzeti gárdát. A helyszínre utazott Mikola Balan, a nemzeti gárda parancsnoka. Az üzemet körbezárták a hatóságok, és amíg kutattak a szökött katonai után, civileket nem engedtek be a területére.
Ruszlan Muzicsuk, a nemzeti gárda szóvivője a Szegodnya című lap érdeklődésére azt mondta, hogy a katona tavaly ősz óta teljesített szolgálatot az üzem védelmében. Korábban nem tapasztaltak nála mentális rendellenességet, és nem tartozott azon katonák közé sem, akik folyamatos pszichológiai megfigyelés alatt álltak. Az UNIAN hírügynökség hozzátette, hogy a sorkatona a dél-ukrajnai Odessza megyében lévő Izmajil városból származik, apa nélkül nőtt fel.
Az Informátor hírportál értesülései szerint a katona az őrszobában vette fel a gépkarabélyt és a lőszereket, ezután kezdett lövöldözni a helyiségben, ahol még körülbelül 22-en tartózkodtak. Két katona kiszaladt az utcára, s riasztotta a rendőröket és a mentőket.
A tragikus esemény körülményeit az Ukrajinszka Pravda hírportál szerint az ukrán Állami Nyomozó Iroda (DBR) és a katonai ügyészség képviselői vizsgálják majd.

Stanislaw Zaryn, a titkosszolgálatokat felügyelő lengyel miniszter szóvivője a mikroblogján szombat este közöltek szerint véletlenül leadott lövés végzett egy lengyel katonával, aki Lengyelország Fehéroroszországgal közös határán teljesített szolgálatot.
Az illetékes szerint a lövést egy lengyel szolgálati fegyverből, véletlenül adták le.
„Az előzetes vizsgálati eredmények szerint lövést adtak le egy katonai fegyverből, aminek következtében egy katona életét vesztette, a történtekhez harmadik személynek nem volt köze” – olvasható a katona parancsnokának közleményében, amelyet Zaryn a mikroblogján tett közzé.
Lengyelország, Litvánia és Lettország határaihoz hónapok óta illegális migránsok ezrei érkeznek Fehéroroszország irányából. Idén a lengyel határőrség már több mint 33 ezer illegális határátlépést akadályozott meg a lengyel–fehérorosz határon.
Az Európai Unió azzal vádolja Aljakszandr Lukasenka fehérorosz elnököt, hogy a migránsok határra szállításával a rezsimje ellen elrendelt nyugati büntetőintézkedésekért akar visszavágni.

Az Állami Nyomozó Iroda munkatársai letartóztatták az egyik kárpátaljai katonaság vezetőjét, aki metamfetamint árult a katonáknak, továbbá eladta az egység tulajdonában lévő tárgyakat.
A hatóságok tetten érték, amikor 52 gramm kábítószert adott el 75 ezer hrivnyáért, majd később le is tartóztatták, amikor 300 gramm metamfetamint próbált meg értékesíteni 405 ezer hrivnyáért.
A nyomozás közben kiderült, hogy eltulajdonított egy 1700 dolláros éjjelátó készüléket és 20 kést is.
Az ügyben büntetőeljárás indult, a tettesre 9-től 12 évig terjedő szabadságvesztés és vagyonelkobzás várhat.
