A német szövetségi legfelsőbb bíróság első ízben hagyta jóvá egy ukrán állampolgár kiadatását, aki személyes meggyőződése miatt próbálta elkerülni az ukrán fegyveres erőkben való szolgálatot, számolt be az MDR.
A bírák álláspontjukat azzal indokolták, hogy a katonai szolgálat lelkiismereti megtagadása nem akadálya a kiadatásnak nemzetközi jogot sértő állam elleni támadás esetén. Ezért az érintett személynek számítania kell a szolgálatra való behívásra.
Ukrán rendfenntartók egy Németországba kiutazó férfi kiadatását kérték. Ukrajnában azzal vádolják, hogy megfenyegetett és fizikailag bántalmazott egy rendőrt, miközben az vérvételre kötelezték a kórházban.
A kiadatási eljárás megkezdése után a férfi ellenezte, hogy visszatérjen Ukrajnába. Azt állította, hogy besorozhatják az ukrán fegyveres erők soraiba. A férfi kijelentette, hogy nem akar embereket ölni, és lelkiismereti okokból megtagadta a mozgósítást.

Az Egyesült Államoknak adja ki Montenegró a Terraform blokklánccég dél-koreai alapítóját, a kriptokirályként is ismert Do Kwont – közölte a montenegrói igazságügyi minisztériuma pénteken. A montenegrói tárca közölte, hogy Bojan Bozovic illetékes tárcavezető döntött a kiadatásról, miután meggyőződött arról, hogy az Egyesült Államok kérése megalapozott.
Do Kwont és társát, a Terraform pénzügyeiért felelős Hon Csang Dzsunt tavaly március 23-án a podgoricai repülőtéren fogták el, amikor egy Dubajba tartó magánrepülőre készültek felszállni. Mindkét férfi hamis okmányokkal utazott volna. Tavaly júniusban közokirat-hamisítás miatt mindkettőjüket négy-négy hónap letöltendő börtönbüntetésre ítélték Podgoricában. Ennek letöltését követően Hon Csang Dzsunt kiadták Dél-Koreának, míg Do Kwont a montenegrói idegenrendészet vette őrizetbe.
A montenegrói igazságügyi szervek az utóbbi néhány hónapban többször is módosították döntésüket arról, hogy Washingtonnak vagy Szöulnak adják-e ki Do Kwont, a végső döntést most az igazságügyi miniszter hozta meg.
Do Kwon blokklánccége 2022-ben omlott össze, a cég kriptovalutái, a terraf és a luna elvesztették értéküket, a befektetők pedig emiatt több mint 40 milliárd dollárt veszítettek. A „kriptokirály” korábban ártatlanságát hangoztatta, és az ellene megfogalmazott vádakat politikailag motiváltnak nevezte.

„A március 22-én Krasznogorszk városban elkövetett, az egész világot sokkoló véres terrorcselekmény korántsem az első terrortámadás, amelyet hazánk ellen az utóbbi időben végrehajtottak. Az orosz illetékes hatóságok által elvégzett nyomozás kimutatta, hogy mindezen bűncselekmények nyomai Ukrajnába vezetnek” – állította az orosz külügyminisztérium.
„Ezzel kapcsolatban az orosz külügyminisztérium átadta az ukrán hatóságoknak a terrorista merényletek elleni nemzetközi egyezmény és a terrorizmus finanszírozásának visszaszorításáról szóló nemzetközi egyezmény szerinti követeléseket az összes olyan személy azonnali letartóztatására és kiadatására vonatkozóan, akik részt vettek ezekben a terrortámadásokban” – tette hozzá a tárca.

Értelmetlennek minősítette és visszautasította Oroszország arra vonatkozó követeléseit vasárnap az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU), hogy Kijev adja át Moszkvának az oroszországi terrortámadások érintettjeit.
Az SZBU reagálásában közölte: Moszkva „elfelejtette”, hogy Vlagyimir Putyin orosz elnök ellen a Nemzetközi Büntetőbíróság (ICC) nemzetközi elfogatóparancsot adott ki.

Egy finn bíróság elutasította Ukrajna kiadatási kérelmét, amelyet egy szélsőjobboldali orosz szakadárcsoport, a Ruszics egyik tagjával szemben kezdeményeztek – írja az rbc.ua.
Torden a csoport parancsnoka volt, és nemcsak az keletukrán szakadárok oldalán, hanem Szíriában is harcolt az oroszok által támogatott Aszad-rezsim oldalán. A finn rendőrség augusztus 25-én vette őrizetbe, de Ukrajnában is keresik bűncselekmények miatt. Maga Torden azt kérte, hogy az Oroszországi Föderációnak adják ki a finnek.
A hírportál szerint az ukrán legfőbb ügyészség közölte: a finn bíróság ellenére továbbra is azon fognak dolgoznak, hogy Tordent kiadják nekik. Közölték azt is, hogy szerintük Finnországot egy 2005-ös terrorizmusellenes európai szabályozás kötelezné arra, hogy közreműködjenek a Torden elleni eljárásokban.
Arról is írtak, hogy a hivatal összesen 125 kiadatási kérelmet küldött más országoknak.
Ezek közül eddig 20-at elfogadtak, 15-öt elutasítottak, a többi ügy pedig folyamatban van.
Az rbc.ua azt is megjegyezte: a legtöbb esetben azért utasítják el a kérelmeket a külföldi partnerek, mert az ország háborúban áll, vagy mert nem bíznak abban, hogy Ukrajna a nemzetközi jognak megfelelően bánna ezekkel a személyekkel.

A bíróság közölte: a montenegrói igazságügyminiszternek kell eldöntenie, hogy az Egyesült Államoknak vagy Dél-Koreának adják-e ki Do Kwont, ugyanis mindkét ország erre vonatkozó kérelmet nyújtott be.
Júniusban a Terraform alapítóját, valamint társát, a cég pénzügyeiért felelős Hon Csang Dzsunt közokirat-hamisítás miatt négy-négy hónap letöltendő börtönbüntetésre ítélték Podgoricában.
A podgoricai felsőbíróság hétfőn arról tájékoztatott, hogy Do Kvon beleegyezett abba, hogy Dél-Koreának adják ki, ugyanakkor a végleges döntést erről az igazságügyi miniszternek kell meghoznia azt követően, hogy a férfi letöltötte a rá kiszabott börtönbüntetést Montenegróban.
Do Kvont és Hon Csang Dzsunt március 23-án a podgoricai repülőtéren fogták el, amikor egy Dubajba tartó magánrepülőre készültek felszállni. Mindkét férfi hamis okmányokkal akart utazni.
Do Kvon blokklánccége tavaly omlott össze, a cég kriptovalutái, a terraf és a luna, elvesztették értéküket, a befektetők pedig emiatt több mint 40 milliárd dollárt veszítettek.
A „kriptokirály” tavaly októberben még ártatlanságát hangoztatta, és az ellene megfogalmazott vádakat politikailag motiváltnak nevezte. Emellett korábban több Twitter-üzenetében hangsúlyozta, hogy „egyáltalán nincs szökésben”, azonban tartózkodási helyét „biztonsági okokra” hivatkozva nem volt hajlandó elárulni.

Franciaország megtagadta Kosztyantin Zsevago sikkasztással gyanúsított ukrán milliárdos kiadatását Ukrajnának – írja az MTI. Az illetékes francia fellebbviteli bíróság indoklása szerint az Ukrajnában életbe léptetett szükségállapot miatt nincs biztosítva a tisztességes eljáráshoz való jog.
A bíróság arra a megállapításra jutott, hogy a kérelmező állam nincs abban a helyzetben, hogy biztosítani tudja, hogy Zsevago urat olyan törvényszék elé állítsák, ahol szavatolni tudnák az alapvető eljárási garanciákat és a védelemhez való jogait – ismertette pénteken a milliárdos üzletember egyik szóvivője.
Ukrajnában Zsevagót a Finance & Credit Bank (F&C) pénzintézet 2015-ös összeomlásával kapcsolatos sikkasztás gyanúja miatt akarják bíróság elé állítani. A milliárdost 2022 decemberében vették őrizetbe a francia Alpokban található Courcheval üdülővárosban, később azonban egymillió euró óvadék ellenében szabadlábra helyezték. Az üzletember tagadja az ukrán hatóságok ellene felhozott vádjait.
Zsevago a Svájcból irányított, londoni székhelyű Ferrexpo vasérckitermelő vállalat főrészvényese. Egy állásfoglalásban közölte, hogy „amint erre lehetőség nyílik az ukrán igazságszolgáltatáson belül”, mindent erőfeszítést meg fog tenni jogorvoslat előterjesztésére.

Észtország kiadta Washingtonnak azt a feltételezett orosz hírszerzőt, aki az Egyesült Államok szerint amerikai gyártmányú elektronikai termékeket és lőszert akart Oroszországba csempészni, hogy ezzel segítse Moszkvát az Ukrajna elleni háborúban – jelentették be amerikai szövetségi ügyészek pénteken.
Vagyim Konosenoknak először Brooklynban kell megjelennie egy amerikai szövetségi bíróság előtt pénteken. Az ügyészség azt kérte, hogy Konosenokot a tárgyalás idejére helyezzék vizsgálati fogságba, mivel fennáll a szökés veszélye.
A 48 éves orosz férfit az észt hatóságok 2022 októberében vették őrizetbe, amikor éppen Oroszországba akart távozni 35 különböző félvezetővel és más elektronikai alkatrésszel a kézipoggyászában, melyek közül több is amerikai exporttilalom alá tartozott – közölte az ügyészség.
Az állítólagos orosz ipari kém azt írta kémtársainak elektronikus kommunikációs csatornákon, hogy 10 százalékos felárral dolgozik az exporttilalom alá tartozó elektronikai termékek esetén. – „Nem tudom kevesebbért vállalni. A szankciók miatt” – írta az orosz férfi amerikai ügyészségi dokumentumok szerint.
Eredetileg még szeptemberben emeltek vádat Konosenok ellen, amikor az amerikai hatóságok igyekeztek megerősíteni az exporttilalmak és az Oroszország elleni szankciók végrehajtását annak érdekében, hogy gyengítsék Moszkva háborús erőfeszítéseit.

Az Egyesült Államok beleegyezett a hazájában korrupcióval vádolt Alejandro Toledo volt perui elnök kiadatásába – jelentette be a perui ügyészség. A vád szerint Alejandro Toledo 2001 és 2006 között több millió dollár kenőpénzt fogadott el az Odebrecht brazil építőipari vállalattól. Még abban az évben egy amerikai bíró 18 hónapra elrendelte a volt elnök előzetes letartóztatását, miközben a perui igazságszolgáltatás kezdeményezte a kiadatási eljárást az amerikai hatóságoknál.
Alejandro Toledo mindvégig tagadta és politikai indíttatású támadásnak nevezte az ellene felhozott vesztegetési vádakat.
Toledo egyike annak az öt korábbi perui elnöknek, akiket a hatóságok azzal gyanúsítanak, hogy az elmúlt évtizedekben korrupciós bűncselekményeket követtek el. Hárman közülük a vádak szerint törvénysértő kapcsolatban álltak az Odebrechttel, amely több bűnügyi eljárásban is elismerte, hogy hatalmas latin-amerikai építőipari birodalma mintegy 800 millió dollár kenőpénzt fizetett ki 12 országban.
