„268 kivégzett ukrán hadifogolyról tudunk. Ez magában foglalja Olenivkát is. 208 foglyot végeztek ki a csatatéren”, mondta Jurij Belouszov, a fegyveres konfliktusokban elkövetett bűncselekmények ellenőrzéséért felelős igazgatóság vezetője.
Elmondása szerint a foglyok csatatéren történő kivégzésének tendenciája évről évre növekszik.
„Ha 2023-ban 11 foglyot végeztek ki a csatatéren, akkor 2024-ben – 149-et. Az idei évben már 51-et végeztek ki” – mondta Belouszov.
Megjegyezte, hogy az ukrán bíróságok három ítéletet hoztak az ukrán hadifoglyok kivégzésében bűnösök ellen. A többi ügyben a nyomozás folyamatban van.

A kiadvány közölte, a 67 éves Sigmon azért választotta a golyó általi halált, mert félt a lassabb és fájdalmasabb haláltól, mint ha villamosszékben vagy injekció által végezték volna ki.
2001-ben Sigmont azért ítélték el, mert meggyilkolta volt barátnője szüleit. A saját otthonukban verte agyon őket egy baseballütővel.
A kivégzést egy golyóálló üveggel elválasztott cellából nézték szemtanúk: az áldozatok három családtagja, Sigmon ügyvédje és lelki tanácsadója, az ügyészség képviselője, a seriff egyik nyomozója és a sajtó három képviselője.
Sigmon kivégzésére március 7-én került sor. Az elítéltet a cellában egy székhez kötötték. Speciális zacskót tettek a fejére, és célpontot a szívére helyezték. Ezután három önkéntes lépett be a cellába, és 4,6 méteres távolságból speciális golyókkal lelőtték.

Az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU) közölte, hogy egységei sikeres műveletet hajtottak végre az orosz megszállás alatti Szevasztopol városában, amelynek eredményeképpen szerdán autójában felrobbantották Valerij Trankovszkijt, az orosz fekete-tengeri flotta egyik hadihajódandárjának parancsnokát – írja az MTI.
A közlés szerint a férfi lába a robbanástól leszakadt, ő pedig belehalt a vérveszteségbe.
Trankovszkij háborús bűnös, aki parancsokat adott ki ukrán lakott területek elleni rakétatámadásokra. Egyebek mellett 2002 nyarán adott parancsot Kalibr típusú rakéták kilövésére a nyugat-ukrajnai Vinnicja városra, ahol a támadás következtében 29 civil halt meg. Ezenfelül több más békés város, köztük Odesssza elleni csapásokra adott utasítást, emiatt sok civil vesztette életét Ukrajnában. Mindezek okán Trankovszkij abszolút legitim célpont volt, mert megsértette a hadviselés szabályait és szokásait – közölte az SZBU illetékese az Ukrajinszka Pravda hírportállal.

Dmitro Lubinec tájékoztatta a Vöröskereszt Nemzetközi Bizottságát és az ENSZ-t, hogy hat fogságba esett ukrán katonát kivégeztek Pokrovszkij térségében. Három honvédet október 23-án, további hármat november 1-jén fogtak el.
Az ukrán parlament emberi jogi biztosa, Dmitro Lubinec reagált az ukrán fegyveres erők hat fogságba esett katonájának Pokrovszkij irányában történt kivégzésére. Lubinec indítvánnyal fordult.
„A donyecki megyei ügyészség megkezdte az oroszok által elkövetett újabb háborús bűnök kivizsgálását. Ez hat fogságba esett ukrán katona több mint valószínű kivégzésével kapcsolatos. Három ukrán katonát valószínűleg az oroszok a SZelidove elleni október 23-i támadás során fogták el. A másik hármat ugyanott november 1-jén. Mind a 6 hadifogoly fegyvertelen volt” – mondta Lubinec.
Megjegyezte, hogy az oroszok ilyen bűncselekményekkel ismét értéktelenségüket és kegyetlenségüket bizonyítják.
„Ukrajna ombudsmanjaként ismét jelentettem ezeket az orosz bűncselekményeket a Vöröskereszt Nemzetközi Bizottságának és az ENSZ-nek, mert nem egyedi esetről, hanem a genfi egyezmények szisztematikus megsértéséről van szó. Ezt a nemzetközi szervezeteknek rögzíteniük kell. Felelősségrevonás lesz mindenért”, tette hozzá Lubinec.

Faruk Amin Alaszi az Irán támogatta libanoni milícia Kiam nevű körzetének parancsnoka volt, Juszef Ahmad Nun a Radvánét szintén Kiam körzetben ölték meg, a Hamász embere pedig Rafat Ibrahim Mahmúd Akdih volt.
Alaszi számos rakétatámadás végrehajtásáért volt felelős, amelyek az észak-izraeli Galilea libanoni határhoz közeli részeit, különösen Metula helységet célozták. Nun szintén a galileai települések és az azokat védő izraeli egységek elleni rakétatámadásokat irányította.

Az ukrán nemzeti gárda négy, fogságba ejtett katonáját megölték az orosz hadsereg tagjai, miután kamerával rögzítették kihallgatásukat – hozta nyilvánosságra csütörtökön honlapján az ukrán főügyészség, hozzátéve, hogy az ügyben büntetőeljárását indítottak a háborús törvények és szokások megsértése és előre megfontolt emberölés címén.
A közlés szerint október 6-án az ukrán nemzeti gárda négy katonája a Donyeck megyei Szelidove településnél teljesített szolgálatot, amikor az orosz erők megrohamozták az ukrán állásokat, és harc közben foglyul ejtették őket. Ezt követően az oroszok videóra vették a sebesült, fegyvertelen gárdisták kihallgatását.
Másnap az ukrán erők visszavették elvesztett állásaikat, és a kutatási műveletek során megtalálták a megölt ukrán katonák holttestét.
A főügyészi hivatal megállapította, hogy a hadifoglyok meggyilkolása a genfi egyezmények megsértésének és súlyos nemzetközi bűncselekménynek minősül.
Az előzetes nyomozást az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU) nyomozói folytatják – tette hozzá közleményében a főügyészség.
Az ukrán főügyész egy másfél hete adott lapinterjúban arról beszélt, hogy az elmúlt egy évben megnőtt azoknak az ukrán hadifoglyoknak a száma, akiket orosz katonák bírósági tárgyalás és ítélet nélkül kivégeztek. Hangsúlyozta, hogy ezek a bűncselekmények nem elszigetelt incidensek, hanem Oroszország háborús fegyverként, a megfélemlítés és a pusztítás eszközeiként alkalmazza, akárcsak a hadifoglyok kínzását.
