A folyamatosan orosz támadások alatt álló harkivi régióbeli Kupjanszkban egyetlen ép ház sem maradt – jelentette be Andrij Kanasevics, a Kupjanszki Járási Katonai Adminisztráció vezetője a Jedini Novini telemaraton adásában, írta az Ukrinform.
„Ha most körbeutaznánk a várost, egyetlen ép házat sem látnánk. Minimum, hogy nincsenek ablakai, a tető és a falak is megrongálódtak. Ez nem az a Kupjanszk, mint két évvel ezelőtt a felszabadítást követően. A rombolás folytatódik. A jelenleg zajló hatalmas tűzérségi támadások olyan mértékűek, hogy nem teszik lehetővé, hogy gyorsan legalább állagmegőrzést végezzünk el, likvidáljuk azokat a következményeket, amelyeket az elmúlt héten okoztak. Értelemszerűen vannak problémák. És nem kockáztathatjuk az emberek életét”, mondta Kanasevics.
A közüzemi dolgozók ugyanakkor igyekeznek fenntartani a város életképességét, bár ez napról napra egyre nehezebb.
„Víz van. Igyekszünk a lehető leggyorsabban biztosítani a gázt és az áramot. Az emberek továbbra is maradnak, annak ellenére, hogy kötelező evakuálást hirdettek”, mondta a járási vezető.
Kanasevics elmondása szerint körülbelül egy órája ismét csapás ért a bal parton egy lakóépületet.
„Eddig még nem mérték fel a következményeket, mert a támadás folytatódik. Ez egy olyan terület, amelyre folyamatosan lecsapnak. Reméljük, hogy nem voltak ott emberek”, mondta Kanasevics.
Elmondása szerint a város jobb partján körülbelül 3000 lakos maradt (Kupjanszk lakossága az orosz invázió előtt 27 ezer volt).

A jelentés szerint az erről szóló döntés az új főparancsnok és Rusztem Umerov védelmi miniszter avgyijivkai és kupjanszki frontokon tett látogatása után született.
Szirszkij megjegyezte, hogy a megszállók támadási potenciáljának csökkentése érdekében az ukrán csapatokat átcsoportosítják, és tartalékokat mozgósítanak. „A munka eredménye alapján hadműveleti döntéseket hoztam a tartalékok, harcrendszerek, tűztámogatás bevonásával és a csapatok és erők ezen irányú átcsoportosítására, valamint az ellenséges erők lokalizációjára támadóképességének csökkentése érdekében” – tette hozzá.
A főparancsnok tárgyalt a parancsnokokkal az egységek harci támogatásának kérdéséről is. „Tekintettel a csatatéren tapasztalható gyors változásra, a parancsnokokra ruháztam a hatáskört, hogy önállóan hozzanak megfelelő sürgős döntéseket az állomány életének megőrzése érdekében” – mutatott rá.
„A megszállók Avgyijivka és Kupjanszk irányában fokozzák erőfeszítéseiket, több tíz és száz katonát vetnek „húsrohamokra”, és ágyúzzák a frontterületeket. Ugyanakkor a védelmi erők veszteségeket okoznak az ellenségnek. Csak Avgyijivka irányában az elmúlt nap az ukrán védők 29 orosz megszálló támadást vertek vissza” – foglalta össze Olekszandr Szirszkij.

Az ukrán hadsereg az ország keleti végein zajló orosz offenzíva miatt Kupjanszk ipari városának ismételt megszállására figyelmeztetett a harkivi régióban vasárnap.
„Az orosz megszállók nem hagytak fel azon szándékukkal, hogy megtámadják és elfoglalják Kupjanszk városát” – hangoztatta Volodimir Fityo, az ukrán hadsereg szóvivője vasárnap az közszolgálati televízióban. Mint mondta, az utóbbi hetekben az orosz csapatok átvették a kezdeményezést az ország északkeleti felében és területeket is sikerült elfoglalniuk.
Fityo szerint a harcok jelenleg Szinkivka környékére összpontosulnak, néhány kilométerrel északkeletre Kupjanszktól. Felhívta a figyelmet arra is, hogy térségben az ukrán erők négy orosz támadást is visszavertek.
Tavaly ősszel az ukrán hadsereg vissza tudta venni Harkiv megye kiterjedt térségeit, köztük a fontos vasúti csomópontnak számító Kupjanszk városát is az Oszkil folyó mentén. Időközben a frontvonal ismét harkivi területen fut.
A délebbre található donyecki térségben is védekezik az ukrán hadsereg. Különösen kiélezett a helyzet Avgyijivka mellett. Orosz katonai bloggerek beszámolói szerint az orosz erőknek sikerült további területeket ellenőrzés alá vonniuk a város ipari negyedében.

Az ukrán hatóságok eddig 190 gyermeket evakuáltak a Harkiv megyei Kupjanszk környékéről, hogy megvédjék őket az orosz hadsereg ágyúzásaitól – közölte Oleh Szinyehubov, a régió kormányzója kedden a Telegramon.
A tisztségviselő hozzátette, hogy a gyermekek kimenekítése tovább folytatódik. Szavai szerint az elmúlt 24 órában az orosz hadsereg változatlanul támadásokat hajtott végre Harkiv, Izjum, Csuhujiv, Bohoduhiv és Kupjanszk térségében polgári infrastrukturális létesítmények ellen. A harkivi régió több mint 17 települését vették tűz alá – írta.
Szerhij Liszak, a keleti országrészben lévő Dnyipropetrovszk megye kormányzója arról tájékoztatott, hogy az orosz erők kedden csapást mértek egy – közelebbről nem megnevezett – infrastrukturális létesítményre Krivij Rih város mellett.
Az eddigi információk szerint senki sem sérült meg.
A kormányzó arról is hírt adott, hogy hétfő este óta az oroszok háromszor lőtték nehéztüzérséggel Nyikopol térségét, aminek következtében egy helyi lakos megsérült, továbbá károk keletkeztek egy templomban, hét lakóházban, egy melléképületben, két személygépkocsiban, valamint villany- és gázvezetékekben.
Roman Mrocsko, a déli Herszon város katonai adminisztrációjának vezetője a Facebookon arról számolt be, hogy az orosz csapatok nyolc nap alatt másodjára lőtték a megyeszékhelynek ugyanazt a területét, és egy üres raktárt romboltak le.
Olekszandr Tarnavszkij, a délkeleti szektorban harcoló ukrán csapatok parancsnoka arról adott hírt, hogy az ukrán erők megsemmisítettek egy orosz TOSZ-1-es termobárikus rakéta-sorozatvetőt és két önjáró tarackot.
Közölte, hogy az ukrán rakéta- és tüzérségi egységek egy nap alatt 1322 feladatot teljesítettek, aminek következtében az ellenség vesztesége elérte az 583 főt.
Az ukrán vezérkar legfrissebb, keddi helyzetjelentése szerint az orosz hadsereg ukrajnai embervesztesége mintegy 890-nel 306 860-ra emelkedett. Az ukrán erők hétfőn megsemmisítettek egyebek mellett öt orosz harckocsit és 21 tüzérségi rendszert.

A jelentés szerint Szirszkij elmondta: „A Kupjanszk–Liman frontszakaszon jelentősen romlott a helyzet az elmúlt napokban. Az ellenség az őt ért veszteségek után két hónap alatt helyreállította erőit, és aktív támadóakcióba kezdett Makijivka térségében, majd később Kupjanszk irányában is. Súlyos csaták folynak.”
A tábornok szerint a megszállók fő célja az ukrán csapatok legyőzése, Kupjanszk bekerítése és az Oszkil folyón való átkelés. „Az ellenség minden nap több tucat támadást hajt végre rohamcsoportokkal, páncélozott járművek támogatásával, heves aknavető- és tüzérségi tüzet zúdít állásainkra” – tette hozzá.
A vezérezredes meglátogatta a Liman hadműveleti övezetben harcoló egységeket. Találkozott az egységek és alosztályok parancsnokaival, jelentéseket hallgatott meg. „A további intézkedésekkel kapcsolatos döntések a helyszínen megszülettek, és számos problémás kérdés megoldódott” – hangsúlyozta Olekszandr Szirszkij.

Zelenszkij már reagált a megszállók rakétatámadására. „Bizonyíthatóan brutális orosz bűncselekmény, rakétatámadás történt egy közönséges élelmiszerbolt ellen, szándékos terrorcselekményről van szó” – írta. Azt is hangsúlyozta, hogy az orosz terrort meg kell állítani. És mindazok, akik segítenek Oroszországnak a szankciók megkerülésében, bűnözők, mindazok, akik az agresszor országot támogatják, a gonoszt támogatják – tette hozzá. „Oroszországnak csak egy dolog miatt van szüksége erre és az ehhez hasonló terrortámadásokra: hogy népirtó agressziója új normává váljon az egész világ számára. És köszönetet mondok minden vezetőnek, minden nemzetnek, aki támogat bennünket az élet védelmében” – mutatott rá.
Az államfő emlékeztetett arra, hogy jelenleg az Európai Politikai Közösség csúcstalálkozóján tartózkodik, ahol az európai országok vezetőivel az ukrán légvédelem és a hadsereg megerősítéséről tárgyal. „És válaszolni fogunk a terroristáknak. Egészen igazságosan. És erőteljesen” – összegezte Volodimir Zelenszkij.

A jelentés szerint Maljar azt írta: Kupjanszk és Liman irányában a védelmi erőink megállították az ellenség offenzíváját. Ugyanakkor az ukrán televízió non-stop háborús adásában elmondta, hogy a megszállók az elmúlt napokban visszavonták tartalékaikat kelet felé, és fokozták az offenzívájukat. „Ugyanúgy, mint délen a védekezésben, keleten tartalékokat gyűjtöttek a támadáshoz, és ott próbálták áttörni a védelmünket. Az elmúlt másfél hétben pedig nagyon kiélezett csatákat vívtunk Kupjanszk és Liman irányában. Fegyveres erőink azonban ott megállították az ellenséget. Tegnap és ma több összecsapás is volt, és az ellenség mostanra leállította támadó akcióit” – emlékeztetett.
A helyettes védelmi miniszter szerint az ukrán hadsereg megállította az ellenség offenzíváját, de a megszállók nem mondtak le stratégiai céljukról, Donyeck és Luhanszk megyék teljes elfoglalásáról. „Természetesen stratégiailag az ellenség nem fogja feladni azt a célját, hogy elérje Donyeck és Luhanszk megyék határait. Az biztos, hogy tovább fognak lépni. De látjuk, hogy ez nem jár sikerrel. Nem járnak sikerrel ebben az irányban sem. Ahogy Marjinka és Avdigyijivka, vagy Kupjanszk, Liman és Bahmut esetében sem sikerült sehova előrejutniuk” – tette hozzá Hanna Maljar.
