Ezzel kapcsolatban az ukrán parlament január 14-én nyilatkozatot fogadott el.

Tanács ragaszkodik
a tragédia körülményeinek átlátható, független és átfogó
vizsgálatához, és
felszólítja Irán vezetését az együttműködésre
a külföldi államokkal és a nemzetközi szervezetekkel, és minden
lehetséges módon
segítsék a
munkájukat. 





Az ukrán parlament felkéri a
világközösséget és a nemzetközi szervezeteket, hogy támogassák
Ukrajnát a nyomozásban, az elkövetők
előállításában, a
jogszabályoknak megfelelő
büntetésük
elnyerésében, az
elhunytak földi maradványainak visszaszolgáltatásában és az
iráni fél által okozott
károk kompenzálásában. 





A Parlament felhívja a
Nemzetközi Polgári Repülési Szervezetet (ICAO), hogy végezze el
polgári repüléssel kapcsolatos kockázat
felmérését
a hasonló
tragédiák jövőbeni
megelőzése érdekében, és felkéri nemzetközi
partnereit hatékony politikai és technikai mechanizmusok
kidolgozására.

 A Parlament részvétét fejezi ki a repülőgép-szerencsétlenség áldozatai hozzátartozóinak, azon országok parlamentjeinek, akiknek állampolgárai szintén elhunytak valamint a légitársaság munkatársainak kollégáik elvesztése miatt.



 „A Teherán közelében bekövetkezett légikatasztrófa felhívta a figyelmet az Iszlám Köztársaság területe feletti polgári repülőgépek repülésével kapcsolatos problémákra, amelyek alapos tanulmányozást és megoldást igényelnek” – áll a nyilatkozatban.
