Szombaton egy videófelvétel terjedt az interneten, amelyen egy férfi fegyverrel a kezében menekül a területi toborzási és szociális központ (TCK) munkatársai elől, az eset Luckban történt – számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál Voliny megyei TCK Facebook-oldalára hivatkozva.
A TCK közlése szerint „egy videó terjed az interneten, amelyen az egyik Voliny megyei TCK katonái megsértik a hadkötelesekkel szembeni viselkedési normákat. A valóságban azonban más volt a helyzet.”
A TCK közzétett egy videót, amelyet közvetlenül a Voliny megyei TCK katonái készítettek. A felvételen látható, hogy a férfi „nemcsak hogy nem volt hajlandó eleget tenni a TCK-alkalmazottak törvényes követeléseinek”, hanem még lőfegyverrel is megfenyegette őket és más civileket. „E tényre alapozva a Nemzeti Rendőrség Voliny megyei főosztálya büntetőeljárást indított katonák és civilek életének és egészségének fenyegetése miatt” – áll a közleményben.
A TCK emlékeztetett arra is, hogy minden állampolgárnak kötelessége megvédeni államát és betartani Ukrajna törvényeit. „Az ukrán kormány 560. számú határozata értelmében minden katonai szolgálatra kötelezett személy köteles az aktuális katonai nyilvántartási adatok ellenőrzésére szolgáló dokumentumokat átadni a toborzócsoportnak” – figyelmeztetett a Voliny megyei TCK.
A rendőrség őrizetbe vett egy férfit, aki fegyverrel lőtt katonákra Luckban. Az eset augusztus 27-én éjjel történt, amikor egy férfi tüzet nyitott a szolgálatot teljesítő katonákra.
A lövöldözés következtében egy katona megsebesült, kórházba szállították. Az eset után a tettesnek sikerült elmenekülnie – közölte a rendőrség.
„Az ügyvezetők a nyomozókkal és a Nemzeti Rendőrség bűnügyi osztályával számos intézkedést követően megállapították a lövöldöző hollétét. Szeptember 4-én a KORD rendőreinek támogatásával őrizetbe vették az elkövetőt” – áll a jelentésben.
Az elkövető egy 40 éves helyi lakos volt. A fegyvert elvették tőle és vizsgálatra küldték. A nyomozás folyamatban van, az elkövetőre tizenöt évig terjedő szabadságvesztés vagy életfogytig tartó szabadságvesztés várhat.

A jelentés szerint a lövöldözés az egyik őrposzton történt. Egy ismeretlen férfi tüzet nyitott a katonákra. Az egyenruhások viszonozták a tüzet, de a támadónak sikerült elmenekülnie a helyszínről.
A lövöldözés következtében az egyik katona megsérült, őt kórházba szállították. Luckban különleges rendőrségi művelet indult a támadó felkutatására.
A Voliny megyei rendőrség már megindította a büntetőeljárást katona ellen irányuló gyilkossági kísérlet címén. Az elkövető 9-től 15 évig terjedő szabadságvesztésre vagy életfogytig tartó szabadságvesztésre számíthat.

A jelentés szerint szemtanúk arról számoltak be, hogy az eset vasárnap este történt a Kovelszka utcai ATB üzlet közelében. Egy ismeretlen férfi egyszerűen kidobott egy gránátot az autója ablakán, ami felrobbant. A szomszédos házak lakói is hallották a robbanást. Az utcán a forgalom leállt.

Egy férfi véletlenül gyakorló gránátot robbantott vasárnap Luckban a Nova Posta egyik kirendeltségének helyiségében – közölte az rbc.ua hírportál a Volinszki Novini című helyi kiadványra hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a kiadvány úgy tudja, hogy az eset a megyeközpont Szoborniszty sugárútján található Nova Posta-i kirendeltségen történt. Az előzményekhez tartozik, hogy egy férfi három pirotechnikai gránátutánzatot rendelt az interneten. Amikor a küldeményt átvette a postán, úgy döntött, hogy a helyszínen ellenőrzi. Nem tartotta be a robbanásveszélyes tárgyak kezelésére vonatkozó szabályokat, és véletlenül kihúzta az egyik gyakorlógránát gyutacsának a biztosítékát. Ennek következtében a gránát felrobbant.
Előzetes információk szerint a férfi orvosi segítséget kapott, az élete nincs veszélyben. A posta dolgozói nem sérültek meg.

Luckban a bíróság öt év felfüggesztett börtönbüntetésre ítélt egy nőt, aki Telegram-csatorna-adminisztrátorként tájékoztatott azokról a helyekről Luckban, ahol a hadkiegészítő munkatársai kényszertoborzást folytattak – közölte hétfőn az rbc.ua hírportál a Bírósági Határozatok Egységes Állami Nyilvántartására és a Nyugat hadműveleti csoport parancsnokságára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a nő egy Telegram csatornát vezetett, és közzétette azokat a helyeket, ahol behívókat kézbesítettek. Idén januárban indította a Volinyi Időjárás elnevezésű Telegram-csatornát. A rendvédelmi szervek szerint a nő azzal, hogy információkat terjesztett a hadkötelesek körében a kényszermozgósítási helyszínekről, akadályozta a katonák jogszerű tevékenységét.
A tárgyalás során a nő beismerte a bűnösségét, ezért 5 év börtönbüntetésre ítélték két év próbaidőre felfüggesztve.
Az ügy kapcsán a Nyugat hadműveleti csoport parancsnoksága úgy döntött, hogy azokhoz fordul, akik félnek és nem keresik fel a területi toborzási és szociális támogatási központokat (TCK). „Sok olyan állás van az ukrán fegyveres erőknél, ahol mindenki hasznossá teheti magát az ügyvédektől az informatikusokig. Mindenkinek lesz munkája” – áll a közleményben.
A katonák azt is javasoltak, hogy az emberek keressenek szakterületüknek megfelelő állást, és jelentkezzenek. Ezt követően a kiválasztott és előre egyeztetett állásnak megfelelően mozgósítják az önkénteseket. A katonák emlékeztetett arra, hogy az állam védelme minden állampolgár alkotmányos kötelessége. És mindenkit, aki a mozgósítás ellen küzd, megbüntetnek – figyelmeztetett a Nyugat hadműveleti csoport parancsnoksága
