Az SZBU Ternopil megyei főosztálya közleménye szerint a Biztonsági Szolgálat és a Nemzeti Rendőrség még két ellenséges szövetségest semlegesített, akiket az orosz titkosszolgálatok toboroztak be abból a célból, hogy felgyújtsák az adminisztratív épületeket, transzformátor alállomásokat és vasúti objektumokat, valamint robbantásokat szervezzenek a vasúti pályákon Ukrajna nyugati megyéiben.”
A hatóságok szerint a bűnözők 20 és 23 évesek voltak. „Első célpontjuk a Ternopil megyei Petrikiv falu adminisztratív épülete volt. Éjszaka a bűnözők betörték az ablakot, gyúlékony folyadékot öntöttek ki, majd felgyújtották a helyiséget. Ezt követően egy vonat kisiklását szervezték volna meg” – olvasható a közleményben.

Az Oroszországi Föderáció utasítására gyújtottak fel a vasúti objektumokat és postahivatalokat: három régióban 5 gyanúsítottat vettek őrizetbe.
A rendfenntartók őrizetbe vettek öt embert, akiket gyújtogatással gyanúsítanak Kijev, Vinnicja és Szumi régiókban. A bűnözők akár életfogytiglan börtönbüntetést is kaphatnak, számolt be Ukrajna Biztonsági Szolgálata.
A nyomozás adatai szerint az Oroszországi Föderáció speciális szolgálatai a szabotázs megszervezése érdekében online toboroztak helyi munkanélkülieket, akik a Telegram csatornáikon kerestek „könnyű” kereseti lehetőségeket.
A kijevi régióban a rendfenntartók őrizetbe vették Fasztov két, 25 és 29 éves lakosát, akiket azzal gyanúsítanak, hogy felgyújtották az Ukrposta és az Ukrzaliznicja létesítményeinek helyi irodáját.
Ezenkívül Vinnyicában őrizetbe vettek egy házaspárt, akik a Biztonsági Szolgálat elmondása szerint felgyújtottak két jelzőberendezésekkel ellátott relészekrényt, amelyek az Ukrzaliznicja fontos szakaszain szabályozták a forgalmat.
Két Hnyivan városában élő visszaeső bűnözőről van szó: egy 28 éves nőről, aki okirat-hamisítás miatt büntetett előéletű volt, és 29 éves barátjáról, aki korábban lopásért töltötte le büntetését.
Emellett Szumiban őrizetbe vettek egy 27 éves helyi lakost, aki a nyomozás szerint felgyújtotta a vasúti összeköttetés két relészekrényét, és további szabotázsokat készített elő a régióközpontban.
Minden fogvatartottal ismertették Ukrajna Büntető Törvénykönyvének 113. cikke 2. része alapján (hadiállapot idején elkövetett szabotázs).
Megjegyzés: Ukrajna Alkotmányának 62. cikkelye értelmében egy személyt ártatlannak kell tekinteni bűncselekmény elkövetésében, és nem vethető ki rá büntetőjogi büntetés mindaddig, amíg bűnösségét jogerősen be nem bizonyítják és a bírósági határozat nem állapítja meg.

Odesszában három fiatal férfit vettek őrizetbe, akiket Oroszország javára végzett felforgató tevékenységekkel gyanúsítanak – számolt be pénteken az rbc.ua hírportál az SZBU sajtószolgálatára és az Odessza megyei rendőrségre hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint két 18 éves fiút és 15 éves társukat azzal vádolják, hogy vasúti kapcsolószekrényeket gyújtottak fel, rögzítették az orosz támadások következményeit és államellenes feliratokat terjesztettek. Az elkövetőket az egyik gyújtogatási kísérlet során vették őrizetbe a vasúti pálya távoli szakaszán.
Az ellenséges különleges szolgálatokkal folytatott kommunikáció a közösségi hálózatokon keresztül zajlott. A tinédzsereket feladatokkal bízták meg Ukrajna védelmi képességének a károsítása érdekében, hogy titkosszolgálati információkat szerezzenek az objektumok elhelyezkedéséről.
Ebben az esetben a vasúti kapcsolószekrények felgyújtásáról, a támadások eredményeinek rögzítéséről és a TCK munkájának lejáratásáról van szó. Miután megkapták a parancs végrehajtását alátámasztó bizonyítékokat, az elkövetők kisebb jutalmat kaptak az orosz kurátoraiktól.
A három odesszai fiatal, köztük egy 15 éves lány ellen a hadiállapot idején végrehajtott szabotázs cselekmény miatt emeltek vádat. Valamennyien őrizetben vannak, életfogytiglani börtönbüntetést kaphatnak vagyonelkobzással.
