A perecsenyi járásban menet közben állítottak meg egy menetrend szerint közlekedő autóbuszt. A hadkiegészítő parancsnokság képviselői előző nap váratlanul állították meg a Nagyturjaszög–Perecseny autóbuszjáratot Turjaremete és Ószemere között a Csajnik rekreációs pont közelében.
A járműben sokan voltak, férfiak és nők, akik éppen munkahelyükre igyekeztek. A hadkiegészítő parancsnokság képviselői ellenőrizték a hadkötelesek személyi igazolványait. Az egyik utas nem tudta felmutatni okmányait, a férfit felszólították, hogy szálljon le a buszról. A férfi elmondta, hogy otthon felejtette iratait, amire azt a választ kapta, hogy jelenleg háború van Ukrajnában, hadiállapot van érvényben, és hivatalos okmányok nélkül tilos igénybe venni a tömegközlekedési eszközt.
A hadkiegészítő parancsnokság egyik képviselője elmondta, a férfi előző nap vette át a behívót, ugyanakkor a megadott időben nem jelent meg a parancsnokságon. A hadköteles személyt azonosították az adatbázisban, majd leszállították a buszról és a parancsnokságra vitték.
Amíg az egyenruhás személyek az autóbusz utasterében tartózkodtak, akik közül az egyiknél gépfegyver is volt, az utasok részéről felháborodás hangzott el, miszerint jogszerűtlen a jármű megállítása és a behívók nyilvános helyeken való átadása a hadköteleseknek.
Az emberek egyben megjegyezték, hogy a hadkiegészítő parancsnokság munkatársai nem az itt mulatozó menekülteket „fogják el”, hanem legfőképpen a helyieket hívják be a hadseregbe. A parancsnokság képviselői kategorikusan reagáltak a megjegyzésekre: jogukban áll kivétel nélkül mindenkit megállítani, többek között a tömegközlekedési járműveken. A Holosz Karpat hírportál újságírója, aki szintén a buszon volt, az alábbiakat jegyezte fel:
„Mindenkit ellenőrzünk. Kárpátalja nagy, sok menekült telepedett le itt. Különböző emberek utazhatnak a buszon, és senki sem tudja, kik lehetnek, és milyen dolgokat visznek magukkal – lehet az biztonságos poggyász vagy esetleg valamilyen robbanóanyag is. Tehát mindenkinek ellenőriznünk kell a dokumentumait”.
Meg kell jegyezni, hogy Ukrajna jogszabályai előírják, hogy a 18 és 60 év közötti állampolgárok a sorozási ponton való jelentkezése kizárólag rajtuk múlik.
A hadkiegészítő parancsnokság képviselői vagy más felhatalmazott személyek a hadköteles személy szembeni kényszerítő intézkedése jogellenesnek minősül.
A behívó kézbesítése során nincs joguk erőszakkal bevinni a hadkiegészítő parancsnokságra szállítani. Felajánlhatják a személynek, hogy tartson velük, de jogában áll visszautasítani, és közölni velük, hogy egy bizonyos időpontban önként jelentkezik. Ha erőszakkal megpróbálják bevinni a parancsnokságra, akkor ez olyan bűncselekmény, amiért büntetőjogi felelősségre vonás jár (a Btk. 146. cikkelye).
Kizárólag a Nemzeti Rendőrségnek van joga a hadkötelesek adminisztratív őrizetbe vételére, ha azok megsértik a mozgósításra vonatkozó jogszabályokat, és a területi toborzóközpontba szállítani őket (Ukrajna Büntető Törvénykönyvének 259., 262. cikkelye, Ukrajna katonai hadkötelezettségről és katonai szolgálatról szóló törvénye 38. cikkelye 3. része) – tájékoztat a Holosz Karpat.

A rendőrök azonnal megkezdték a nyomozást, s mint kiderült, a tettes egy 33 éves büntetett előéletű poroskői lakos. A gyanúsított kifigyelte, amikor a tulajdonosok nem tartózkodtak otthon, és az ajtót vagy az ablakot megrongálva jutott be.
A tettesre akár 8 év börtönbüntetés is várhat.

A perecsenyi rendőrkapitányság munkatársai egy puskát és hozzá illő töltényeket foglaltak le egy drugetházai férfitől. A tárgyi bizonyítékokat szakértői vizsgálatra küldték.
A hatóságokhoz bejelentés érkezett, miszerint az említett 45 éves férfi törvénytelen tevékenységet folytat. A rendőrök házkutatást tartottak nála, ekkor bukkantak rá a fegyverre és a lőszerekre.
A férfi nem rendelkezett fegyvertartási engedéllyel, így a rendőrség az ügyben büntetőeljárást indított. A hírt a megyei rendőrség kommunikációs osztálya közölte.
