Kelet-Szibériában tévedésből a leszállópálya helyett befagyott folyón landolt egy orosz utasszállító repülőgép csütörtökön.
A területi ügyészség Telegram üzenetküldő alkalmazásán azt írta, hogy a Polar Airlines légitársaság egy An-24-es típusú gépe Jakutföldön a leszállópálya helyett a befagyott Kolima folyón szállt le. „A személyzet és az utasok nem sérültek meg, evakuálásuk megtörtént”.
Az előzetes információk szerint a tévedés a személyzet hibája miatt történt.
Az ügyészség szerint csütörtök reggel a Jakutsz-Zirjanka-Szrednyekolimszk-Jakutszk útvonalon közlekedő járat Zirjanka repülőtér megközelítésekor eltért útvonalától, és a folyó egyik homokpadján landolt.
A gép fedélzetén 30 ember, köztük két gyermek és négyfős személyzet tartózkodott.
A baleset körülményeinek megállapítása folyamatban van, a közlekedési ügyészség és a vizsgálóbizottság megkezdte az ellenőrzést. A repülőgép az előzetes adatok szerint nem sérült meg, a repülőtérre vontatásáról később döntenek.
Az ügyészség képeket tett közzé a repülőgépről, amelyen az látható, amint az utasok elhagyják a havas talajba beágyazódott légi járművet.

A Kartúmból Addisz-Abebába tartó Ethiopian Airlines Boeing 737-800-as gépén nem mindennapi eset történt, ugyanis a repülőgép nem szállt le az etióp fővárosban, mert a gép pilótái elaludtak – számolt be a CNN az Aviation Herald beszámolójára hivatkozva, írja az Index.
A híroldalról beszerzett információk szerint a repülőgép 37 000 láb magasságban repült robotpilóta üzemmódban, amikor túlhaladt a tervezett célállomáson. A légiforgalmi irányítás a jelek szerint többszöri kapcsolatfelvételi kísérlet ellenére sem tudta elérni a személyzetet, ezért riasztás indult, amikor a gép túlment a célállomáson.
A repülőgép mintegy 25 perccel később aztán biztonságosan landolt.
„Bejelentést kaptunk, amely szerint az ET343-as számú, Kartúmból Addisz-Abebába tartó járaton augusztus 15-én átmenetileg megszakadt a kapcsolat a légiforgalmi irányítóval” – áll az Ethiopian Airlines pénteki közleményében.
„A járat később biztonságosan leszállt, miután a kommunikáció helyreállt. Az érintett személyzet nem dolgozhat addig, ameddig az ügyet kivizsgálják. A biztonság mindig is elsődleges prioritást élvezett, és ez így is marad” – tette hozzá a légitársaság.
Alex Macheras légiközlekedési elemző azóta a Twitteren fejezte ki megdöbbenését a mélyen aggasztó incidens miatt, amely szerinte a pilóták kimerültségének a következménye.
„A pilóták fáradtsága nem újdonság, és továbbra is az egyik legjelentősebb fenyegetést jelenti a repülésbiztonságra nemzetközi szinten” – írta Twitter-bejegyzésében.

Dráma kényszerleszállást hajtott végre a DHL egyik Boeing 757-200 típusú repülőgépe a Costa Rica-i Juan Santamaria nemzetközi repülőtéren. A repülőgép letért a futópályáról, a törzse pedig kettétörött.
A The Guardian beszámolója szerint a személyzet nem sérült meg, az egyiküket azonban elővigyázatosságból orvosi megfigyelés alatt tartják. A képek alapján nemcsak a Boeing törzse, a szárnya is eltörött az incidens során. A szakemberek tűzoltóhabbal akadályozták meg, hogy nagyobb baj történjen.
A beszámoló szerint a gép Guatemalába tartott, amikor a hidraulikus rendszer meghibásodott. Luis Miranda Munoz, a helyi polgári légiközlekedést felügyelő hatóság igazgatóhelyettese szerint emiatt nem sokkal a felszállás után a pilóta visszafordult, hogy kényszerleszállást hajtson végre.
A DHL és a repülőtéri hatóság megpróbálja mielőbb elszállítani a roncsot, de utóbbi hangsúlyozta, az nem zavarja a forgalmat. A DHL a hatóságokkal közösen vizsgálják az esetet.
A repülőteret üzemeltető Aeris beszámolója szerint a baleset után öt órával nyitották meg újra a repülőteret a forgalom számára. A leállás 8500 utast és 57 kereskedelmi járatot érintett.

A Reuters megerősített információi szerint az érintett gépet az olasz Cargolux szállítmányozócég üzemelteti. A repülő vasárnap indult Johannesburgból Amszterdam felé, egyszer Nairobiban is leszállt. Azt egyelőre nem tudni, hogy a potyautas melyik megállóban „csatlakozott”. A hatóságok még nem árulták el az állampolgárságát sem.

A Jetstream JS-41 típusú gép a dél-afrikai Johannesburgból Venetia Mine-ba tartott, és nem sokkal leszállás előtt egy nagy madárral ütközött. A becsapódás miatt a repülő légcsavarjának egyik lapátja letört, és behatolt az utastérbe, ahol a másik falon állt meg.
A repülő rendben leszállt. A balesetben senki sem sérült meg, de a repülőgépben komoly kár keletkezett – írja az Aviation Herald.

Könnyűmotoros repülőgéppel Romániába rendszeresen cigarettát csempésző pilótát fogtak el a csernyivci határőregység munkatársai szombaton Cserkaszi megyében közvetlenül azután, hogy visszatért Bukovinából – közölte vasárnap honlapján az Ukrán Állami Határőrszolgálat (DPSZU).
A jelentés szerint a pilóta Zenith típusú, fedélzeti szám nélküli szuperkönnyű repülőgépével csempészte a cigarettát Romániába. A határőröknek sikerült bemérniük a helyet, ahonnan a gép felszállt.
A határőrség műveleti egysége a csempész pilótát a Cserkaszi megyei Hlisztunivka településen vette őrizetbe közvetlenül azt követően, hogy visszatért Csernyivci megyéből. Gépével a csempész szeptember 11-12. éjszakáján négy fuvart bonyolított le Ukrajnából Romániába dohányáruval megrakodva.

Egy esetben költségvetési csalás elkövetésének gyanúja miatt feljelentést tettek.
