Az afganisztáni tálibok elengedtek négy, eltűntnek hitt nőjogi aktivistát és családtagjaikat, akik sorsáról sokáig nem lehetett tudni – közölte vasárnap az ENSZ afganisztáni missziója (UNAMA).
Csaknem egy hónapja Parvana Ibrahimhel és Tamana Parjáni nőjogi aktivistát őrizetbe vették, és elhurcolták kabuli otthonukból. Parjáni még közzé tudott tenni egy segítségkérő videóüzenetet, mielőtt őt és nővéreit elfogták.
Murszal Ajar és Zahra Mohammadi aktivistát pedig február elején vették őrizetbe.
A tavaly augusztusban hatalomra került radikális iszlamista tálibok elleni békés tüntetéseket szervező aktivisták önkényes őrizetbe vétele nagyszabású nemzetközi felháborodást váltott ki.
A tálibok a történtek idején nem erősítették meg az őrizetbe vételeket, és azzal vádolták az aktivistákat, hogy hamis videókat készítenek, amelyekre hivatkozva nyugati országokban folyamodhatnak menedékért.
Rina Amiri, az Egyesült Államok afgán nők, lányok és az emberi jogok ügyében illetékes különmegbízottja Twitter-oldalán arról írt, hogy a tálibok negyven embert, köztük 29 nőt vettek őrizetbe pénteken.
„Véget kell vetni ezeknek az igazságtalan őrizetbe vételeknek” – hangsúlyozta Amiri üzenetében, amelyet azonban nem sokkal később minden indoklás nélkül törölt oldaláról.
Ugyanakkor továbbra sincs hír Alia Azizi afgán rendőrnőről, akinek több hónapja veszett nyoma Afganisztán nyugati részén.
A dpa hírügynökség megjegyezte, hogy a tálibok hatalomra kerülésük óta számos olyan intézkedést vezettek be, amelyek korlátozzák a nők és a lányok jogait, sőt ha tüntettek ezek ellen, akkor a demonstrálókat őrizetbe vették, megverték, megfenyegették. Arról is keringenek információk, hogy egyes nők végleg eltűnnek, meggyilkolják őket, és ezért senkit nem vonnak felelősségre.

Az afgán tálibok péntek este Kabulban szabadon engedték az ENSZ menekültügyi szervezetének két, korábban őrizetbe vett külföldi újságíróját és a segélyszervezet több afgán munkatársát.
Zabihullah Mudzsáhid tálib kormányszóvivő szerint azért vették őrizetbe a külföldieket, mert nem voltak náluk olyan dokumentumok, amelyek megfelelően azonosították volna őket, de amint megerősítették személyazonosságukat, szabadulhattak.
A genfi székhelyű Menekültügyi Főbiztosság (UNHCR) közleményében azt írta: megerősítik, hogy Kabulban szabadon engedték a két újságírót és a velük együtt dolgozó afgán állampolgárokat.
Az őrizetbe vett külföldi újságírók egyike Andrew North, a BBC brit közszolgálati médium volt tudósítója, aki 20 éve Afganisztánban dolgozik.
A tálibok augusztus közepén söpörtek végig Afganisztánon, elfoglalták Kabult és az ország nagy részét, amikor az amerikai és NATO-csapatok a 20 éves beavatkozást követő kivonulásuk utolsó, kaotikus heteit élték.
„Az, hogy a tálibok őrizetbe vettek két újságírót, akik az ENSZ menekültügyi ügynökségének megbízásából dolgoztak, szomorúan tükrözi a sajtószabadság általános hanyatlását és az újságírók elleni egyre gyakoribb támadásokat a tálibok uralma alatt” – mondta Steven Butler, a Bizottság az Újságírók Védelmére (CPJ) ázsiai programjának koordinátora Washingtonban.
A nemzetközi közösség vonakodik hivatalosan elismerni a tálib kormányt – hivatalosan még egyetlen ország sem ismerte el –, mert attól tart, hogy az iszlamisták ugyanolyan kegyetlen és az emberi jogokat sértő uralmat fognak fenntartani, mint amikor először, az 1990-es években voltak hatalmon az országban. Tárgyalásokat már folytattak velük januárban és most Svájcban.
A tavaly augusztusban általuk végrehajtott erőszakos hatalomátvétel után a nemzetközi közösség felfüggesztette Afganisztán támogatását, és befagyasztotta az ország külföldi – főleg amerikai – bankokban lévő vagyonát, mintegy 9,5 milliárd dollárt. Emiatt az ország gazdaságilag katasztrofális állapotba került, a 38 milliós lakosság több mint felét éhínség fenyegeti.

Mióta a tálibok elfoglalták Kabult, Afganisztán fővárosát tavaly augusztusban, immár legkevesebb öt pakisztáni katona halt meg az afgán határ túloldaláról leadott lövések során.
Pakisztán és a tálibok szervezete (TTP) között 2021. november 9-től volt egy fegyverszüneti megállapodás, amelyet decemberben a tálibok már fel is mondtak. A határvonalon keresztül leadott lövöldözések azóta tovább folytatódtak.
A tálib katonák ezúttal egyenesen a határ közelében elhaladó pakisztániakra lőttek. A pakisztáni kormány kijelentette a helyi médián keresztül, hogy a jövőben legkevésbé sem hajlandók tolerálni a pakisztáni katonákkal szembeni efféle támadásokat és igyekeznek magasabb prioritásként kezelni ezen cselekvések megtorlását – fogalmazta az Aljazeera.

Az ENSZ felszólította szombaton az Afganisztánt uraló tálibokat, hogy adjanak információt két női jogvédő aktivista hollétéről, akiket feltehetőleg elraboltak néhány nappal ezelőtt kabuli házukból.
Az ENSZ Afganisztáni Segítő Missziója (UNAMA) azt gyanítja, hogy Tamana Zarjábi Parjanit és Parvana Ibrahimhelt a tálibok rabolták el szerda éjjel.
Azóta a közösségi médiában kering egy felkavaró videofelvétel, amelyen Parjani segítséget kér, miközben magukat a tálib hírszerzés embereinek mondó férfiak kopogtatnak az ajtaján. Utána megszakadt vele minden kapcsolat. Ibrahimhel ugyanazon az éjszakán tűnt el. Mindkettőről ismert, hogy rendszeresen tiltakoztak a tálib hatalom ellen az iszlamisták tavaly augusztusi hatalomra kerülése óta.
A tálibok tagadják, hogy őrizetbe vették volna a két nőt, állításuk szerint a videofelvétel hamis”– közölte az UNAMA.
A dpa hírügynökség megjegyezte, hogy a tálibok hatalomra kerülésük óta számos olyan intézkedést vezettek be, amelyek korlátozzák a nők és a lányok jogait, sőt, ha tüntettek ezek ellen, akkor a demonstrálókat őrizetbe vették, megverték, fenyegették. Arról is keringenek információk, hogy egyes nők végleg eltűnnek, meggyilkolják őket, és ezért senkit nem vonnak felelősségre.

A tálib hatóságok közösség elleni izgatás gyanújával letartóztattak Kabulban egy ismert, kormánykritikus egyetemi tanárt – jelentette be vasárnap a tálibok szóvivője Zabihullah Mudzsáhid.
A tájékoztatás szerint Fáizullah Dzsalal a közösségi médiában olyan tartalmakat tett közzé, amelyek az embereket a rendszer ellen izgatták, illetve megsértette őket méltóságukban.
„Azért tartóztatták le, hogy mások ne tegyenek hasonlóan esztelen kijelentéseket” – tette hozzá Mudzsáhid Twitteren.
A professzor egyebek között azzal vádolta a tálibokat, hogy összejátszanak a pakisztáni titkosszolgálattal (ISI), egy televíziós műsorban pedig azt mondta, hogy a tálib kormányzat birkaként bánik az emberekkel.
Dzsalal egyébként a korábbi, a nyugati országok által támogatott vezetést is többször bírálta.
A letartóztatás hírét megerősítette a professzor felesége, Maszúda Dzsalal is, aki egyebek között arról ismert, hogy az első tálib kormányzat bukása után az egyetlen női induló volt a 2002-es elnökválasztáson, majd jelöltette magát 2004-ben és 2019-ben is.
Nemzetközi emberi jogi szervezetek felszólították Kabult, hogy azonnal engedje szabadon a professzort.

Az Egyesült Államok, az Európai Unió, Nagy-Britannia, Ausztrália, Japán és több más nyugati ország közös nyilatkozatban elítélte szombaton az Afganisztánt uraló tálibokat, amiért több jogvédő szervezet jelentése szerint önkényesen kivégezték vagy ismeretlen helyre hurcolták a korábbi afgán biztonsági szolgálatok több tagját, és követelik ezeknek az állítólagos eseteknek a gyors kivizsgálását.
A közös közleményt az amerikai külügyminisztérium bocsátotta ki. Az aláírók hangsúlyozzák, hogy a feltételezett bűncselekmények az emberi jogok súlyos megsértésének számítanak, és ellentétben állnak azzal, amit a tálibok ígértek augusztusi hatalomra jutásuk után: hogy megkímélik az afgán fegyveres erők korábbi tagjait.
Egy hét eleji emberi jogi jelentés szerint a tálibok az afgán hadsereg, illetve rendőrség, hírszerzés 47 volt tagját végezték ki vagy tüntették el eddig. A nyugati országok szerint ezeket az eseteket azonnal és átláthatóan ki kell vizsgálni, az eredményeket nyilvánosságra kell hozni, a felelősöket pedig igazságszolgáltatás elé kell állítani.
Az aláírók között van még Kanada, Új-Zéland, Ukrajna, Románia és az EU több más tagországa.

Afganisztánban a tálib lázadók májustól kezdve fokozatosan uralmuk alá vonták az ország területének nagy részét, majd augusztusban harc nélkül elfoglalták a fővárost, Kabult, és átvették a hatalmat. Joe Biden amerikai elnök a nyár végi, elrontott kivonulási stratégiájával Vietnam óta nem látott katasztrófát okozott Afganisztánban. Később még a saját szövetségeseit is elárulta, kiadta a kormánya a táliboknak őket, és még az Afganisztánban ragadt amerikaiak, tehát saját polgáraik kimentését is akadályozta.

Két robbanás követően lövöldözés tört ki egy kabuli katonai kórháznál kedden – jelentette a Tolo News afgán hírtelevízió.
A híradás szerint az augusztusban hatalomra került tálib fegyveresek keveredtek tűzharcba fegyveres támadókkal. A Bahtar hivatalos hírügynökség szemtanúkra hivatkozva közölte, hogy az Iszlám Állam nevű terrorszervezet több fegyverese hatolt be a kórházba, és összetűzött a biztonsági erőkkel.
Egy olasz segélyszervezet arról tájékoztatott a Twitteren, hogy az incidens helyszínéről kilenc sebesültet szállítottak az általa működtetett kabuli kórházba.
Bilal Karim, a tálib kormány tájékoztatási és kulturális miniszterének helyettese azt mondta a Tolo Newsnak, hogy az első robbanás a kórház bejáratánál, a második – szemtanúk elmondása szerint tíz perccel később – a környékén történt. Karim szerint a támadók szemlátomást civileket vettek célba.
A szóban forgó, négyszáz ágyas katonai kórház, amely az ország első köztársasági elnöke, Szardar Mohammed Daud Hán nevét viseli, abban kabuli városnegyedben van, ahol korábban diplomáciai képviseletek is voltak. Az intézményt a védelmi minisztérium működteti.
Amióta a szélsőséges tálibok augusztus közepén elfoglalták Kabult, és átvették a hatalmat az országban, az Iszlám Állam támadások sorozatát hajtotta végre mecsetek és más afganisztáni célpontok ellen. Négy évvel ezelőtt, 2017-ben dzsihadisták több mint harminc embert öltek meg ugyanebben a kórházban.

Kabulban tálib fegyveresek támadtak afgán nők tüntetéséről beszámolni szándékozó újságírókra. Így próbálták megakadályozni, hogy az újságírók végezhessék a munkájukat.
A Le Figaro beszámolója szerint egy tálib fegyveres például puskával ütött meg egy külföldi újságírót, akit egy másik hátba is rúgott.
A kabuli tüntetésen egy körülbelül 20 fős női csoport vonult az oktatási minisztérium közeléből a pénzügyminisztérium felé. A színes fejkendőt viselő nők azt követelték, hogy a lányoknak is legyen joguk tanulni Afganisztánban.
A tüntetők papírlapokkal a kezükben vonultak „Nincs jogunk tanulni és dolgozni”, illetve „Állástalanság, szegénység, éhség” feliratokkal.

A CNN forrásaira hivatkozva bejelentette, a radikális iszlám Tálib mozgalom letartóztatta és házi őrizetbe helyezte Hamid Karzai egykori elnököt, aki 2004 ás 2014 között volt Afganisztán államfője. Ezen kívül ugyanezen tévécsatorna információi szerint a tálibok házi őrizetbe Abdullah Abdullah-t, a nemzeti kiegyezés Legfelső Tanácsának elnökét.
Augusztus 23-án, a tálibok elkobozták Karzai testőrségének fegyvereit, autóját, ezt követően az ex-elnök Abdullah Abdullah-hoz költözött. Augusztus 26-án a tálibok Abdullah Abdullah otthonában is házkutatást tartottak, elvették testőrség fegyvereit és autóját is elvitték.
„Karzai és Abdullah lényegében házi őrizetben vannak Kabulban testőrségük nélkül a tálibok hatalmában” – idézte forrását a tévécsatorna. A beszélgetőtárs azonban nem pontosította, hogy a tálibok milyen egyéb feltételeket szabtak ki Karzai és Abdullah számára és mennyire korlátozták mozgásszabadságukat”.
Augusztus 15-én a tálibok bejelentették, hogy teljes felügyeletük alá vették Afganisztánt, valamint bevonulnak Kabulba, hogy megakadályozzák a rablásokat, miután a hadsereg elhagyta a fővárost. Augusztus 16-án vált ismertté, hogy Ashraf Ghani afgán elnök az országból való menekülése során több, pénzzel megtömött autóval a repülőtérre ment.
Korábban a sajtó már beszámolt arról, hogy Ashraf Ghani afganisztáni elnök szeptember 15-én Kabulból Tádzsikisztánba repült, ahonnan egy másik országba kell utaznia. Mindezt Sadjadi Nuristani, az afgán kormány tisztviselője közölte.
„Az elnök lemondott és Tádzsikisztánba repült Hamdullah Muhib nemzetbiztonsági tanácsadó és a közigazgatás vezetője, Fazl Mahmoud Fazli kíséretében”, – jelentette ki Sadjadi Nuristani.
Elmondása szerint Ashraf Ghani Tádzsikisztánból egy másik országba utazik, de hogy hova, az nem tudta megmondani. Ghani exelnök lemondását azzal magyarázta, hogy „megengedhetetlen, hogy Kabulban harcok legyenek”, és el akarja kerülni a vérontást.
Augusztus 18-án vált ismertté, hogy Ashraf Ghani családjával az Egyesült Arab Emírségekben tartózkodik. Az információt az Emírség Külügyminisztériuma közölte.
„Az Egyesült Arab Emírségek Külügyi és Nemzetközi Együttműködési Minisztériuma megerősíti, hogy az Emírség, humanitárius okokra hivatkozva üdvözölte Ashraf Ghani elnököt és családját az országban”, áll az Emírség külügyi tárcája közleményében.
