A jelentés szerint „a Dél hadműveleti csoport parancsnoksága a bűnüldöző szervekhez fordult annak érdekében, hogy tisztázzák a videó készítésének célját és körülményeit, valamint azonosítsák azokat a személyeket és csoportokat, akik ezt az akciót végrehajtották”. Az ilyen videóanyagok, amelyek kikerülnek az internetre, az ellenség javát szolgálják, és célja a mozgósítási folyamat meghiúsítása, és a hadsereg lejáratása a területi toborzási és a szociális támogatási központok (TCK) munkájának hamis beállítása által – áll a közleményben.
A Dél hadműveleti csoport parancsnoksága reményét fejezte ki, hogy a bűnüldöző szervekkel közös erőfeszítések „segítenek felderíteni és megállítani az ilyen illegális tevékenységeket, valamint fenntartani a biztonságot és a stabilitást a térségünkben”.

Hét indiai állampolgár kijelentette, hogy Oroszországban arra kényszerítették őket, hogy menjenek a frontra harcolni Ukrajna ellen. Ezt bizonyítja egy indítvánnyal, az NDTV indiai kiadvány bloggerének és újságírójának, Uma Sudhirnak az X közösségi oldalán közzétett videó.
Az indiaiak elmondták, hogy 2023 december végén érkeztek turistaként Oroszországba. Egy utazási iroda állítólag azt javasolta, hogy látogassanak el Belorussziába is, és ők beleegyeztek.
„Nem tudtuk, hogy vízumra van szükségünk. Amikor megérkeztünk Belorussziába, az ügynök pénzt kért tőlünk, majd eltűnt” – mondta az egyik férfi.
Az indiai állampolgárt később a belorusz rendőrség őrizetbe vette. A turistákat átadták az orosz hatóságoknak, akik tolmács nélkül kényszerítették őket orosz nyelvű dokumentumok aláírására.
A News 18 című indiai kiadvány adatai szerint az indiai állampolgárok 15 napos katonai kiképzésen vettek részt, majd „olyan helyre küldték őket, ahol háború van”.
Az indiaiaknak elmagyarázták, hogy a katonai szolgálat alternatívája 10 év börtön is lehet.
Uma Sudhir hangsúlyozta, hogy polgártársait „bármely pillanatban elküldhetik harci cselekményekben való részvételre”.

Az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU) szerint már a Kremlhez erősen kötődő orosz ortodox egyház is bekapcsolódott a zsoldosok toborzásába Oroszországban – írja a KyivIndependent.
Az SZBU szerint a politikai vezetéssel szoros kapcsolatokat ápoló pátriárkátus pénzügyi és ipari csoportoktól kap támogatásokat a tevékenységre. Hivatalosan az adományokat az ortodox egyház templomépítésére adják, viszont ehelyett gyakorta zsoldosseregek létrehozására használják fel a keretet. Ennek egyik szembetűnő példája az északnyugat-oroszországi Kronstadtban található haditengerészeti katedrálisban működő Szent András Kereszt szervezet.
A Szent András Keresztet még 2017-ben hozták létre, nem véletlenül nevezik az első egyház alá tartozó zsoldosseregnek.
Megalapításakor a legfontosabb feladata az újoncok kiképzése volt más hasonló cégeknél.
A székesegyház apátja, Alekszej az orosz médiának adott nyilatkozatában tagadta, hogy a Szent András-kereszt zsoldos társaság lenne, mondván, hogy csak készségeket tanítanak a fiataloknak és felnőtteknek a jövőbeli katonai szolgálatra. Az SZBU szerint a toborzás most is zajlik, elsősorban kiképzésre keresnek tagokat.

Oroszországban a kampánytranszparensekről, szórólapokról és mobil kampánypontokról áttértek a migránsok közvetlen toborzására az Ukrajna elleni háborúba.
Oroszországban háborúba kényszerítik azokat a migránsokat, akik nemrég kaptak orosz állampolgárságot, áll az ISW szeptember 1-i, pénteki jelentésében.
Az ISW elemzői számos forrásra támaszkodva arról számolnak be, hogy az orosz hatóságok a Krasznojarszki térségben 21 orosz állampolgárságú, a hadkiegészítő parancsnokságok nyilvántartásában nem szereplő migránst vettek őrizetbe, és közülük 18-nak behívót adtak át.
Ezenkívül az orosz rendfenntartók a Nyizsnyij Novgorodi régió bevásárlóközpontjaira és piacaira csaptak le, és behívót adtak át 50 migránsnak, akik nemrégiben szerezték meg az orosz állampolgárságot.
Két héttel ezelőtt nagy razziát hajtottak végre a szentpétervári Szófia Zöldségraktárban – mintegy száz embert, aki a közelmúltban kapta meg az orosz személyi igazolványát vittek be a hadkiegészítő parancsnokságokra.
Eközben, a helyi sajtó szerint a háború ellenére növekszik a munkaerő-migránsok áramlása Oroszországba. A Szövetségi Biztonsági Szolgálat adatai szerint az idei év első negyedévében 1 millió 300 ezer külföldi érkezett Oroszországba dolgozni. Ez másfélszer több mint egy évvel korábban. A migránsok több mint 90%-a közép-ázsiai országok állampolgára.

Öt év szigorított fegyházra ítéltek Fehéroroszországban egy férfit azzal a váddal, hogy toborzást folytatott Ukrajna javára, és „cinikus” falfirkákat helyezett el – közölte hétfőn honlapján a belorusz legfelsőbb bíróság. A tájékoztatás szerint az ügyben illetékes Homel megyei bíróság súlyosbította a vádlott eredetileg enyhébb büntetését. Az ítélet nem jogerős, megfellebbezhető.
A férfi a vádak szerint Belarusz területén tartózkodva a közösségi hálózatokon ismételten olyan bejegyzéseket tett, amelyekben arra ösztönözte az embereket, hogy csatlakozzanak az – ukrán nemzeti gárdához tartozó – Azov ezredhez, a fehérorosz katonákból és Ukrajnába emigrált fehérorosz állampolgárokból verbuvált, Kasztusz Kalinouszki 19. századi forradalmár nevét viselő zászlóaljhoz, valamint egyéb ukrán erőkhöz, illetve támogassák ezek tevékenységét.
A törvényszék megállapította azt is, hogy a férfi pénzt is átutalt a Kasztusz Kalinouszki zászlóalj részére.

Az Ukrajna Biztonsági Szolgálata leplezett le három bűnözőt, akik ukrán állampolgárokat toboroztak, hogy vegyenek részt a Szíriában zajló háborúban a köztársaság oldalán harcoló katonai egységekben. Megállapítást nyert, hogy a toborzással egy 27 éves kijevi személyzet foglalkozott. További két kijevi megyei lakos segített kiképzett katonákat keresni Ukrajna szerte.
A szíriai fegyveres konfliktusban való részvételért a zsoldosoknak havi 5-10 ezer dollár pénzjutalmat ígértek.
A toborzók célpontjai sportolók, katonák, önkéntesek voltak, akik részt vettek a kelet-ukrajnai akciókban, vagy bármilyen más harci tapasztalattal rendelkeztek.
Az elkövetők lakóhelyén tartott házkutatások során mobiltelefonokat, SIM-kártyákat, számítógép tartozékokat, flash-ket, bankkártyákat foglaltak le.
Az előzetes nyomozás Ukrajna Büntető Törvénykönyve 28. cikkelyének 2. része valamint 447.cikkelyének 1. része alapján folyik. A gyanúsítottak jelenleg előzetes letartóztatásban vannak.
A feltárási intézkedéseket Ukrajna Biztonsági Szolgálata Donyecki és Luhanszki megyei Főigazgatósága hajtotta végre a Donyecki Megyei Ügyészség eljárási útmutatása alapján, tájékoztatott Ukrajna Biztonsági Szolgálata.

Egy antirasszista csoport jelentése szerint az Instagram lett a szélsőjobboldali csoportokba tartozó fiatalok központja, ugyanis a neonáci csoportok ezen a platformon toboroznak új tagokat. Az ajánlások által vezérelt platform és a vizuális médiára összpontosító rendszer ideális a propaganda terjesztésére – jelezte a Hope Not Hate (HNH) éves értékelésében.
A HNH két, az Egyesült Királyságban aktív szélsőjobboldali csoportot azonosított – a British Hand és a National Partisan Movement szervezeteket –, amelyek a Facebook tulajdonában lévő Instagramot használták tagok toborzásához, miközben más üzenetküldő alkalmazásokat, például Telegramot is használtak. A The British Hand három tizenéves állítólagos tagja ellen terrorizmus vádjával indult bírósági eljárás.
Nick Lowles, a Hope Not Hate vezérigazgatója elmondta, továbbra is kiemelt figyelemmel kell követni az olyan platformokat, mint az Instagram és a Telegram, ugyanis a fiatal neonácik legjelentősebb toborzási terepe az Instagram volt, éppen ezért aggasztóak a platform algoritmusának ajánlásai, mely olyan gyermekvédelmi kérdéseket vet fel, amelyek sürgős beavatkozást igényelnek a közösségi médiában.
A HNH jelentése megállapította, hogy a koronavírus-járvány felgyorsította a brit szélsőjobb szélsőséges lépéseit azzal, hogy az utcákról az internetre vonultak. A csoport szerint az idősebb, hagyományos csoportokat egy fiatalabb, digitális generáció hagyta hátra, akik a technológiát kihasználva ideológiájukat hirdetik játékokkal, közösségi médiás csevegésekkel, online filmklubokkal és akár otthoni oktatással is.
A koronavírus miatti lezárások igen komoly hatást gyakorolnak társadalmunk minden részére, nincs ez másképp a szélsőjobboldali csoportokkal sem, s mivel a hagyományos szervezetek mondhatni hanyatlásban vannak, a lezárás csak tovább fokozta inaktivitásukat.
A brit szélsőjobboldal jelenleg digitálisan koordinált és tökéletesen tükrözi az online kultúrát, eközben a hagyományos struktúrák utat engedtek a közösségi média platformjainak, az influenszereknek és a “polgári újságíróknak”, akik megteremtik társaik között a radikalizációt egy olyan globális közösség számára, mely hajlandó időt és energiát belefektetni a szervezet működésébe.
A kialakulóban lévő új szervezetek és kollektívák megértik, hogyan kell működni ebben a decentralizált, önálló környezetben, éppen ezért nem meglepő, hogy az elmúlt évben rengeteg olyan szélsőjobboldali terrorista megmozdulást láthattunk, melyek elkövetői tizenéves fiatalok voltak.
A Facebook szóvivője is megszólalt az ügyben, úgy fogalmazott, nem akarnak gyűlöletet a platformon, ezért számos fiókot eltávolítottak, melyek a British Hand és a National Partisan Movement szervezetekhez köthetők. A szóvivő elmondása szerint tavaly közel egymillió gyűlöletkeltő szervezetekhez köthető tartalmat távolítottak el az Instagramról, céljuk pedig, hogy mihamarabb megtalálják a kártékony tartalmakat és eltávolítsák azokat.
