A jelentés szerint „60 ember került kórházba, akiknek igazolta hepatitis A fertőzésük van, köztük 14 a gyermek. További 14 beteg szintén orvosi felügyelet alatt áll, és a diagnózis megerősítésére vár.”
Az Egészségügyi Minisztérium tájékoztatása szerint a betegek minden szükséges orvosi segítséget megkapnak, és továbbra is orvosi felügyelet alatt maradnak. Jelenleg a szakemberek a járvány kitörésének minden lehetséges okát ellenőrzik és vizsgálják – a spontán piacoktól a központosított és decentralizált vízellátási pontokig.
A közegészségügyi hatóságok eddig 66 vízmintát vettek laboratóriumi vizsgálatra (nyilvános ivóvízforrásból, magánkutakból, ivóvíz-értékesítő helyekről és az elosztó hálózatról) – ebből 53-at már megvizsgáltak, és azok megfelelnek az egészségügyi előírásoknak.

A jelentés szerint a korrupciós ügyelet szervezője a helyi orvosi és diagnosztikai központ tisztviselője volt, aki több mint 10 embert vont be az illegális tevékenységbe. Az utóbbiak a megyei katonaorvosi bizottság munkatársai voltak. „A korrupciós rendszer szervezője pénzért felajánlotta a hadköteleseknek, hogy a mozgósítás elkerüléséhez és külföldre meneküléshez olyan okmányokat állít ki, amelyek igazolják, hogy az egészségi állapotuk miatt alkalmatlanok a katonai szolgálatra” – közölte az SZBU.
Az ilyen „szolgáltatások” költsége 3–10 ezer dollár volt. „Az összeg a diagnózis „bonyolultságától” és „felállításának” sürgősségétől függött” – állította a titkosszolgálat. Mint a közleményében hozzátette, az elkövető a „megrendelés” kézhezvétele után a helyi katonaorvosi bizottság munkatársaihoz fordult, akik meghamisították az ügyfelek egészségi állapotáról szóló orvosi jelentéseket. Ily módon formális alapot teremtettek a katonai nyilvántartásba vétel alóli kikerüléshez, valamint a külföldi utazásra vonatkozó korlátozások feloldására.
Az SZBU nyomozói több mint 200 esetet rögzítettek, amikor az elkövetők ilyen „szolgáltatásokat” nyújtottak. A hatóságok a főszereplőt – az orvosi és diagnosztikai központ egyik tisztviselőjét – akkor vették őrizetbe, amikor egy újabb kenőpénzösszeget adtak át neki. Az elkövetőket vagyonelkobzásra és 10 évig terjedő börtönbüntetésre ítélhetik.

Azt is megerősítette, hogy a dokumentumokkal mozgósításkor elkerülhető a katonai szolgálat.

A jelentés szerint a nyomozás kiderítette, hogy a férfi 2018. december 31-én megölte édesanyját, volt feleségét és két gyermekét – egy hároméves kislányt és egy hétéves fiút. „Az áldozatok együtt laktak az elítélt vinnicai lakásában, ő pedig külön. A találkozók során, amikor a férfi egykori családját látogatta meg, gyakran alakultak ki konfliktusok” – áll a közleményben.
Az ügyészség tájékoztatása szerint az elítélt egy újabb veszekedés során fojtogatni kezdte volt nejét, többször megütötte egy kalapáccsal. Hasonló módon bánt édesanyjával és kiskorú gyermekeivel is. Bűntettét megpróbálta elleplezni – fegyveres támadást szimulált a lakásban: az áldozatok holmiját, iratait szétszórta, a bejárati ajtót pedig nyitva hagyta. „Ezt követően taxival átment a város másik részébe, ahol megszabadult a gyilkos fegyvertől – a kalapácstól, amit a szemetes kukába dobott. Amikor visszatért a lakásba, látta, hogy senki sem észlelte a bűncselekményt, ezért a kétségbeesést és a helyzet félreértését szimulálva egyedül hívta a mentőt” – közölte az ügyészség.
Az orvosok a helyszínen megállapították a két nő és egy fiú halálát a tragédia után. A kislány néhány órán belül halt meg a kórházban.

Vinnica megyében az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat munkatársai négy helyi lakost vettek őrizetbe, akik a kritikus infrastrukturális létesítmények elleni szerdai orosz támadások következményeiről készítettek videofelvételeket és küldték el azokat ismerőseiknek – tájékoztatott az rbc.ua hírportál az SZBU sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint titkosszolgálat arról tájékoztatott, hogy az egyik őrizetbe vett Vinnica megyei lakos videofelvételt készített a kamikaze dróntámadásról, amelyen az infrastruktúra pusztításának mértéke látható, és a képeket elküldte kollégáinak. A másik három személy szintén megosztotta a barátaival a felvételeket.
Mint az SZBU közleménye megállapította, fél órával később a videó megjelent az orosz propagandaoldalakon, egy óra múlva pedig az oroszok ismét rakétákat lőttek ki, aminek következtében emberek sérültek meg.
A felvételeket készítő őrizetes vallomásában elmondta: „jelenleg úgy tudom, hogy az adott felvételeket az agresszor ország Ukrajna biztonságának rovására használta fel. Tisztában vagyok cselekedeteim helytelen voltával, videoanyagaimat felhasználhatták a csapás pontosságának korrigálására. Nem állt szándékomban ártani Ukrajnának vagy segíteni az agresszor államot.”
Az SZBU jelezte, hogy az ilyen cselekmények büntetőjogi felelősséget vonnak maguk után.

A tudósítás szerint a belügyminiszter elmondta, hogy „a tragédia után több tucat embert vettek őrizetbe. Jelenleg a Nemzeti Rendőrség és az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU) hallgatja ki őket.” Mint jelezte, egyelőre nincsenek adatok arról, hogy az elfogott személyek érintettek-e az orosz rakéták célra vezetésében. Megjegyezte, hogy a megszállók olyan típusú rakétákat használtak, amelyeket koordináták szerint irányítanak a célra. „Ez nem az a tüzérségfajta, amit „szemre” irányoznak be, hanem koordináták szerint céloznak be” – mutatott rá Denisz Monasztirszkij.

Vinnicában az orosz csapatok vasárnap rakétákkal lőtték a repülőteret, a támadás következtében tűz ütött ki – adta hírül az rbc.ua hírportál az ukrán fegyveres erők szárazföldi csapatainak sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint több rakéta csapódott be a vinnicai repülőtéren. A videofelvételeken tűzgömbök láthatók, a támadás nyomán valószínűleg tűz keletkezett.
Szemtanúk szerint a rakétatámadás Havrisivkát érte, ahol a vinnicai repülőtér található. Előzetes adatok szerint repülőteret négy rakéta találta el. Áldozatokról egyelőre nem érkezett jelentés.
Mint Szerhij Borzov Vinnica megye katonai kormányzója videüzenetében elmondta: „vinnicai lakosok, rossz hírünk van. Rakétatámadások következtében egy katonai létesítményt kapott találatot Havrisivka térségében.”
A robbanások tüzet okoztak. A Rendkívüli Helyzetek Állami Szolgálata jelenleg a helyszínen dolgozik a károk felszámolásán.
