Az interneten terjed egy videofelvétel a zsitomiri területi toborzási és szociális támogatási központ (TCK) reggeli eligazításáról, amelyen a mozgósítási feladat végrehajtásával kapcsolatos kérdéseket vitatták meg, hogy kiket kell elfogni és beszállítani – számolt be kedden az Ukrajinszka Pravda hírportál a zsitomiri TCK Facebook-oldalára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a TCK hackertámadásnak nevezte a találkozóról készült videó közzétételét, és arról biztosított, hogy a törvényeken belül jártak el – a megbeszélésről készült videó nyilvánosan elérhető a zsitomiri TCK Facebook-oldalán.
A közzétett videóban az eligazításon résztvevőket utasítják a feladat 60 %-ának teljesítésre, és útmutatást kaptak a megvalósításához. „Tiszt urak, kapásból azt tanácsolom, hogy a mozgósítást, a mozgósítási intézkedéseket úgy tervezzék meg… hogy biztosítsák a feladat végrehajtását. Nem lesz olyan lazítás, mint áprilisban volt” – hangzott el a megbeszélésen.
Az eligazításon jelen lévőknek azt tanácsolták, hogy keressék a fegyvertulajdonos férfiakat, a „2008-ban katonai nyilvántartásra kötelezett személyeket”, a tanulmányaikat folytató és halasztásra nem jogosult vagy kizárással fenyegetett diákokat.
A közzétett videóra válaszul a zsitomiri TCK kijelentette, hogy az ellenség nem hagy fel a TCK-k tevékenységének hiteltelenítésére irányuló kísérleteivel, információmanipulációhoz és kibertámadásokhoz folyamodik.
„A közelmúltban hackertámadás érte a zsitomiri TCK informatikai rendszerét. Ennek eredményeként egy hivatalos megbeszélésről készült videofelvétel került nyilvánosságra az interneten, amelynek célja a közvélemény manipulálása, felháborodás szítása a társadalomban, a TCK működésének jogszerűségével kapcsolatos kételyek elhintése, valamint az általános destabilizáció” – áll a zsitomiri TCK közleményében, amely hangsúlyozta: a TCK-k kizárólag Ukrajna hatályos jogszabályainak keretében és a törvényben előírt módon működnek.
Az ügyben hivatalos vizsgálatot rendeltek el. A kiberbiztonsági szakemberekkel együtt már minden szükséges intézkedést megtettek az információs rendszerek védelmének helyreállítására – biztosított a zsitomiri TCK.

Zsitomirban a mentőszolgálat munkatársai megmentettek egy férfit, aki egy mintegy 30 méter magas szikláról zuhant le, és nehezen megközelíthető területen rekedt a szakadék és a folyó között – közölte a Rendkívüli Helyzetek Állami Szolgálatának (DSZNSZ) sajtóosztálya.
Az eset április 12-én este történt. A férfi a folyóparton lévő szikláról zuhant le, és azonnali segítségre szorult. A riasztás 19:15-kor érkezett a segélyszolgálathoz.
A helyszínen kiderült, hogy a férfi nagy magasságból esett le, és egy rendkívül nehezen megközelíthető helyen rekedt a sziklaperem és a víz között.
A mentők csónakkal keltek át a folyón, hogy elérjék a sérültet, majd biztonságosan átszállították a túlpartra, ahol már vártak rá az orvosok, akik kórházba szállították.

Az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU) és a Nemzeti Rendőrség letartóztatott egy fiatalt, aki orosz megbízásra merényletet készített elő Zsitomir egyik legforgalmasabb helyén, a Hősök Sétányán található emlékmű közelében.
A nyomozás adatai szerint az ellenség segítője egy 16 éves iskolás fiú volt Zsitomir megyéből, akit az orosz titkosszolgálat vonzott be bűncselekmények elkövetésébe pénzért.
A nyomozás megállapította, hogy a kiskorú merénylőnek egy házi készítésű robbanóeszközt kellett volna elhelyeznie a sétányon, amit egy hátizsákba rejtett el.
Az SZBU katonai hírszerzése előre leleplezte az ellenség tervét, és elfogta a végrehajtót, amint az a merénylet előkészítésének helyszínére közeledett. A nyomozás adatai szerint a fiú saját kezűleg készítette el a robbanószert az orosz instruktor utasításai alapján. A robbanóanyagot egy fazékba rejtette el, és a hatékonyság növelése érdekében további vas csavarokkal töltötte meg.
A bűnözőt akár 12 év börtönbüntetéssel is sújthatják.

A jelentés szerint az SZBU nyomozói lelepleztek egy 16 éves zsitomiri lányt, aki két rögtönzött robbanószerkezetet készített az ellenség megbízásából. Ezekkel a pokolgépekkel egy zsitomiri rendőrjárőrt akart felrobbantani.
A hatóság szerint az oroszok a Telegramon keresztül szervezték be a fiatal lányt. Az orosz titkosszolgálat munkatársa utasításokat adott neki a robbanóanyagok készítéséhez. Az ügynök lány ezek alapján két robbanószerkezetet készített, és az egyiket mobiltelefonhoz csatlakoztatta, hogy távolról aktiválhassák.
Ezt követően a lány elrejtette a robbanószerkezeteket egy kijelölt helyen, és jelezte annak a földrajzi koordinátáit a kurátorának. Később két orosz terrorista elvitte a robbanószerkezeteket a rejtekhelyről, hogy felrobbantsák a rendőröket.
Az SZBU kémelhárítása időben őrizetbe vette az orosz ügynököket a robbanóanyaggal, amikor a hívásukra kiérkező rendőrjárőrt akarták felrobbantani. A lány búvóhelyének az átvizsgálása során a nyomozók robbanóanyag-alkatrészeket, összeesküvés céljára szolgáló SIM-kártyákat, valamint egy mobiltelefont foglaltak le, amelyen az ügynök bűncselekményeinek a bizonyítékai voltak. A vizsgálat megállapította, hogy a lány rejtőzködés közben további megrendeléseket kapott Oroszországból robbanóanyagok gyártására.
A gyanúsított előzetes letartóztatásban van. Akár 12 évig terjedő börtönbüntetésre számíthat vagyonelkobzással.

Az ügyészségi közlemény szerint a ház videokamerájának felvétele szerint a három férfi gond nélkül beütötte a kapukódot, bementek a házba és felmentek a megfelelő emeletre. „A tettesek nem reagáltak a háziasszony felszólítására, megpróbálták betörni az ajtót és behatolni a lakásba” – jegyezte meg az ügyészség.
Jelenleg folyik a katona családja elleni garázda cselekményben részt vevő személyek azonosítása. „A vonatkozó törvénycikk szankciója öt évig terjedő szabadságkorlátozást vagy négy évig terjedő szabadságvesztést ír elő” – áll a közleményben.

Május 23-án soron kívüli ülést tartott a Zsitomiri Városi Tanács. Az egyik jelenlévő katona az ülés alatt földdel kezdte dobálni a képviselő-testületet. A hírt a Zsitomir Online közölte.
Az ülés közben Jaroszlav Hodakoviszkij ellenezte egy kioszk építését a Béke utcán, egy almafakert helyén. Elmondása szerint többször is kihívta a helyszínre a rendőrséget.
„Több mint 30 éve élek a Pancsisnij fabrikán, és 2014 óta harcolok ezért a földért. Most is harcolok, szabadságra jöttem. A Béke sugárúton van egy almáskert: már 2021-ben észrevettem, hogy építkezések zajlanak, azt hittem, parkot csinálnak, láttam, hogy egy kioszk alapjait készítik” – mondta a katona.
A katona beszéde közben földet szórt szét a tribün körül és a képviselőkre is dobott belőle. Az ülés verekedésbe torkollott, a helyszínre kiérkezett a rendőrség.

A Zsitomir megyei katonaorvosi bizottság vezetője pénzért segítette a hadköteles férfiak illegális kijutását külföldre, most megvesztegetési ügyben vették őrizetbe az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU) munkatársai – közölte kedden az rbc.ua hírportál az SZBU sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
A titkosszolgálati tájékoztatás szerint a megyei katonaorvosi bizottság vezetője a munkatársaival, egy ügyvéddel és a helyi kórház tisztségviselőjével együtt folytatta a bűnös embermentést. A hadköteles férfiaknak okmányokat hamisítottak, amelyekbe súlyos betegségek diagnózisait írták, így később a menekülők átléphették a határt.
Az SZBU megállapította, hogy az ilyen szolgáltatások ára 2,5-5 ezer dollár volt, és ez a „megrendelés” sürgősségétől függ. Amint azt a titkosszolgálat megjegyezte, az elkövetők a kapott pénzt egymás között osztották szét.
„A résztvevők között egyértelmű volt a büntetőjogi felelősség megosztása. Például az ügyvéd potenciális ügyfeleket választott ki, a katonaorvosi bizottság vezetője és az egészségügyi intézmény tisztviselője orvosi igazolásokat hamisított, a megyei hadkiegészítő parancsnokság alkalmazottai kísérték a menekülőket az osztályokra” – állította az SZBU.
A katonaorvosi bizottság vezetőjét, egy ügyvédet és egy egészségügyi intézmény tisztviselőjét kenőpénz elfogadása közben vették őrizetbe. A házkutatások során a hatósági munkatársak 35 ezer dollárt találtak. Jelenleg minden gyanúsított előzetes letartóztatásban van.

Tüntetők törtek be hétfőn Zsitomirban a Zsitomirhaz Rt. gázszolgáltató irodaépületébe tiltakozásul a tervezett tarifaemelés ellen – adta hírül a glavcom.ua hírportál helyi médiaforrásra hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint vasárnap Zsitomir polgármestere heccelte a lakosságot, hogy hétfőn menjenek a helyi gázszolgáltató vállalat irodájához és tiltakozzanak a földgáz szállítási díjának tervezett 2,5-szeres emelése ellen. A tüntetés délelőtt 11:00 órakor kezdődött, de a tiltakozókhoz, követelésük ellenére, senki nem ment ki a vállalat vezetői közül. A délben a felháborodott emberek betörtek az épület előterébe, majd tovább mentek Valentin Juscsenko igazgató szobájába. Miután paprikás hangulatú vitát folytattak a vezetővel, elfoglalták az üléstermet. A helyszínre kivonult a rendőrség, hogy csillapítsa a kedélyeket.
