A hatósági tájékoztatás szerint fegyveres bűnözők egy csoportja betört a Poderosa bányavállalat létesítményeibe Pataz tartományban, és erőszakos összecsapást vívott a vállalat biztonsági szolgálatával.
A halottak között van hét őr, aki megpróbálta visszaverni a támadást, és két bányász, aki akkor halt meg, amikor a támadók robbanóanyagot dobtak a bánya tárnájába – közölte a rendőrség. A mintegy tíz órán át tartó támadás során a támadók négy munkást túszul ejtettek, majd menekülés közben elengedték őket.
A rendőrségnek hét támadót sikerült letartóztatnia, de ismeretlen számú támadónak sikerült elmenekülnie, mielőtt a hatóságok visszaszerezték az ellenőrzést a terület felett.

A jelentés szerint a minisztérium jelezte: „Éjszaka az ellenség légitámadása következtében egy energetikai létesítmény – egy olajraktár – megsérült. A csapás következtében elektromos hálózatok is megrongálódtak.”
Az Energetikai Minisztérium szerint Odessza megyében 1550 fogyasztó maradt áram nélkül az orosz légitámadás miatt. Ezenkívül technológiai fennakadások következtében több mint 1700 fogyasztónak nincs áramellátása, a javítási munkálatok folyamatban vannak – áll a közleményben.
Zaporizzsja megyében egy drón lezuhanása miatt megszakadt egy felsővezeték. Áramszünet nem volt. Donyeck megyében a támadás következtében 12 településen csaknem 21 ezer előfizető maradt áram nélkül.
