2025 tavaszán a tisztviselő utasításokat adott az alárendeltjeinek, hogy a faanyag eladását tüzelőként dokumentálják, miközben valójában magas minőségű ipari faanyagot értékesítettek.
Az illegálisan értékesített faanyag vevői között szerepel a tisztviselő által a kinevezése előtt alapított magánvállalkozás is. A vállalkozás vezetőjévé a tisztviselő egy ismerősét nevezte ki. Az erdészet más dolgozói is részt vettek az illegális ügyletben.
A rendőrség megállított egy autót, amelyben mintegy 922 ezer hrivnya értékű illegálisan kivágott faanyagot szállítottak.
Folyamatban van az illegális fakitermelések és az államnak okozott károk teljes mértékének megállapítása. Szakértői vizsgálatokat rendeltek el.
A hírt az Állami Nyomozó Iroda közölte.

Bejelentés érkezett a tűzoltósághoz egy lakóháztűzről Beregszászban, a Sevcsenko utcában.
A tüzet a szomszédok vették észre, akik azonnal értesítették a tűzoltókat. A helyszínre a beregszászi 17-es számú állami tűzoltóegység vonult ki. A sűrű füst miatt a tűzoltóknak légzőkészüléket és védőfelszerelést kellett használniuk.
A tűz következtében megsemmisültek a háztartási tárgyak, egy ágy, egy kanapé, egy ajtó és egy ablak, valamint károsodott egy lakószoba mintegy 20 négyzetméteren. A tűzoltóknak sikerült megakadályozniuk a lángok átterjedését a többi helyiségre és a közeli szomszédos házakra.
A tűz keletkezésének oka és a keletkezett károk mértéke még kivizsgálás alatt áll.

A Beregszászi Járási Ügyészség vádat emelt egy 19 éves beregszászi fiatal ellen, akit pszichotróp PVP és kannabisz terjesztése miatt vettek őrizetbe.
A vádlottat kábítószer és pszichotróp anyag jogellenes megszerzésével, eladás céljából történő tartásával, valamint terjesztésével vádolják.
A nyomozás adatai szerint a fiatal három különböző helyszínen helyezett el úgynevezett „elrejtett csomagokat” Beregszász városában, amelyeket egy Telegram-csatornán keresztül próbált értékesíteni. A rendőrök 2025 januárjában buktatták le. A kábítószert és a pszichotróp anyagokat lefoglalták.
A vádlottat 6-10 évig terjedő szabadságvesztés és vagyonelkobzás fenyegeti.

Június 11-én a város központjában, a Munkácsi utca és a Vérke-csatorna hídjának kereszteződésénél egy emeletes turistabusz súlyosan megszegte a közlekedési szabályokat, mivel olyan útszakaszon haladt át, ahol magasságkorlátozás van érvényben. Ennek következtében megsérült a magasságkorlátozó szerkezet, amelyet a városi infrastruktúra védelme és a közlekedésbiztonság érdekében helyeztek el.

„A Beregszászi Városi Tanács még decemberben hivatalos levelet küldött az Autóútszolgálathoz, amelyben a macsolai híd közlekedésbiztonságának javítására helyeztük a hangsúlyt. A levélben kiemeltük a védőkerítések telepítésének fontosságát a veszélyhelyzetek megelőzése érdekében.
Ma, január 16-án a kedvezőtlen időjárási körülmények miatt baleset történt ezen a hídon: egy személygépkocsi árokba hajtott. Szerencsére személyi sérülés nem történt, de ez az eset ismét rávilágított arra, hogy sürgősen foglalkozni kell a problémával. A városi tanácsnak nincs jogi alapja arra, hogy a védőkerítések telepítését a helyi költségvetésből finanszírozza.
A Beregszászi Városi Tanács arra kéri a járművezetőket, hogy legyenek különösen figyelmesek és óvatosak, főként a nehéz időjárási viszonyok közepette” – olvasható a bejegyzésben.
