Egy nap alatt két ukrán katona vesztette életét és tíz sebesült meg a Donyec-medencei konfliktusövezetben tüzérségi támadások következtében – közölte vasárnap az Ukrajinszka Pravda hírportál az ukrán egyesített erők parancsnokságára hivatkozva.
A közlemény szerint a Moszkva-barát szakadár és orosz „megszálló erők” szombaton 14-szer sértették meg a tűzszünetet, több helyütt a minszki megállapodásokban tiltott – 120, illetve 122 milliméter – kaliberű tüzérségi fegyverekkel.
Ugyancsak nagy kaliberű fegyverekkel lőttek polgári létesítményekre a Donyecktől délre fekvő Novohnatyivka településen, aminek következtében egy magánházban és a hozzá tartozó telekben keletkeztek károk, de a helyi lakosok közül senki sem sérült meg. A támadók ezen felül 82 milliméteres aknavetőkkel, valamint gránátvetőkkel és kézi lőfegyverekkel is lőtték az ukrán katonák állásait, valamint drónokról, azaz pilóta nélküli repülőgépekről dobtak rájuk 82 milliméteres aknákat.
Az UNIAN hírügynökség vasárnap az ukrán vezérkari főnökség közlésére hivatkozva arról számolt be, hogy az utóbbi időben növekedett a gyakorisága és az intenzitása az ellenséges támadásoknak a Donyec-medencében. A közlemény szerint szeptember eleje óta az ellenség 59 alkalommal lőtte az ukrán katonák állásait, ebből 19-szer a minszki megállapodásokban tiltott fegyverekkel. A vezérkar korábbi összesítése alapján a hónap eleje óta egy katona halt meg és 21 szenvedett különböző súlyú sérüléseket.
„Az ukrán katonák a támadásokra válaszul viszonozták a tüzet, a hírszerzés jelentése szerint ezek következében az ellenséges erőknek 6 halottja és 12 sebesültje lett” – áll a közleményben.
A donyecki szakadár „népköztársaság” DAN hírügynöksége közben vasárnap azt jelentette, hogy az ukrán fegyveres erők az elmúlt napban négyszer sértették meg a tűzszünetet a megyében. A DAN szerint szombaton két civil sérült meg Dokucsajevszkben, két házban és egy olajraktárban keletkeztek károk. A luhanszk megyei szakadárok hírügynöksége vasárnap három tűzszünetsértésről adott hírt az ukrán fegyveres erők részéről. Károkról, veszteségekről nem számoltak be.
Oroszországban és az általa megszállt területeken 405 ukrán állampolgár, közte 30 nő sínylődik koncentrációs táborokban és kínzókamrákban – jelentette ki Ljudmila Deniszova, a parlament emberjogi biztosa hétfőn a Legfelső Tanács jubileumi alkotmány napi ünnepi ülésén, adta hírül az Ukrajinszka Pravda hírportál.
A jelentés szerint az ombudsman elmondta, hogy az ukrán állam sajnálatos módon jelenleg nem tudja szavatolni az alkotmányos és a szabadságjogok betartását a megszállt területeken. „A honfitársaink kénytelenek a nemcsak az ukrán, hanem az emberi méltóságot is gyökeresen irtó agresszor állam természetes kiválasztódási törvényei szerint túlélni” – tette hozzá.
Deniszova emlékeztetett arra, hogy jelenleg 405 ukrán állampolgár – közte 44 katona és 30 nő – sínylődik Oroszország és a megszállt területek koncentrációs táboraiban és kínzókamráiban. Mint jelezte, az Oroszország által fogva tartott valamennyi ukrán állampolgár neve ismeretes.

Húsz évi szabadságvesztésre ítélte kedden egy prágai bíróság Martin Kantor 23 éves cseh állampolgárt, mert az úgynevezett Luhanszki Népköztársaság fegyveres erőinek kötelékében az ukrán hadsereg ellen harcolt.
A bíróság szerint a fiatalember cselekedete terrorista támadásnak és egyben szervezett terrorista csoport tevékenységében való aktív részvételnek minősíthető.
Csehországban ez az első eset, amikor valakit ezekért a bűncselekményekért ítéltel el – mondta Martin Bíly államügyész újságíróknak. A bírósági ítélet még nem jogerős. Martin Kantort távollétében ítélte el a bíróság, mert nem tartózkodik Csehországban. Kantor védőügyvédje kliense szabadlábra helyezését követelte.
A vádirat szerint Martin Kantor 2015-ben utazott el Prágából Oroszországba, majd illegálisan a Donyec-medencében fekvő Luhanszkba került, ahol egyéves szerződést kötött a luhanszki fegyveres erők kötelékében való szolgálatról. Mesterlövész kiképzést kapott,, és állítólag a harcokban is részt vett. A bíróság megállapította, hogy Kantor, aki valószínűleg jelenleg is Ukrajna területén él, legalább 2017 végéig szolgált a luhanszki fegyveres erőknél.
„A vádlott ellen megbízható bizonyítékokkal rendelkezünk a barátaival folytatott levelezéséből” – indokolta a bíróság döntését Jan Sott, a prágai bírói testület elnöke. Azt állította, hogy Kantor szimpatizált az oroszbarát szeparatistákkal, és segíteni akart nekik.
A hatályos cseh törvények szerint a terrorista támadásért 12 és 20 év közötti büntetés szabható ki. Kantor azért kapta a felső határt, mert a támadásokat egy szervezett terrorista csoport érdekében követte el – mutatott rá a bíróság.

Az ukrán Legfelsőbb Bíróság Semmítőszéke felmentette a felelősség alól Viktor Nazarov tábornokot, akit korábban hét év szabadságvesztésre ítéltek egy 2014-ben a Donyec-medencei konfliktusövezetben lelőtt katonai repülőgép félszáz halálos áldozatot követelő tragédiája miatt – számolt be pénteken az Ukrajinszka Pravda hírportál.
A Legfelsőbb Bíróság a Telegram üzenetküldő portálon keresztül arról tájékoztatott, hogy a semmítőszék hatályon kívül helyezte az eljárás előző fokain hozott döntéseket, és lezárta a büntetőeljárást, mivel Nazarov cselekedeteiben szerinte nem volt bűncselekmény. Ezenkívül a bíróság a döntését még azzal indokolta, hogy téves volt a korábbi bíróságok következtetése, miszerint Nazarov képes lett volna megakadályozni a repülőgép katasztrófáját és a gépen utazó ukrán katonák halálát.
A közvetlenül a Krím félsziget orosz elfoglalása és Ukrajnától való elcsatolása után kezdődött kelet-ukrajnai konfliktus első napjaiban, 2014. június 14-én a Moszkva által támogatott kelet-ukrajnai szakadárok Luhanszk repülőtere fölött légvédelmi fegyverrel lelőtték az ukrán légierő egy Il-76-os katonai szállítógépét, aminek következtében 49-en haltak meg – idézte fel a hírportál.
Nazarov tábornokot 2017 márciusában hét év szabadságvesztésre ítélték, felelőssé téve őt azért, hogy a térségbe irányította a repülőgépet, holott tudta, hogy a luhanszki repülőtér fölötti légteret rendszeresen lövik az ellenséges erők hordozható légvédelmi rendszerekkel.
Tűz alá vették a szeparatisták kedden a Donyeck megyei Krasznohorivka városban a járási központi kórház egyik épületét, amelyben 45 koronavírusos beteget kezelnek, a lövésektől betörtek az építmény ablakai – adta hírül az rbc.ua hírportál szerdán a helyi katonai-polgári adminisztráció sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint kedd éjjel 23:30 órakor tűz alá került Krasznohorivka, aminek következtében károk keletkeztek a Marjinkai Járási Központi Kórház egyik épülete, amelyben covidos betegeket gyógyítanak. Szerencsére személyi sérülés nem történt.
A lövések következtében megrongálódott a mentőállomás és egy mentőautó. Ugyancsak találatot kapott az elektromos távvezeték, ezért a kórházban nincs áram. Az egészségügyi intézmény az ütközővonal közelében található.
A Donyeck megyei rendőrség terrorcselekmény címén indított büntetőeljárást az ügyben.
