Harkivban egy férfi kiugrott a területi toborzási és szociális támogatási központ (TCK) épületének ablakából és szörnyethalt, az ügyben a rendőrség büntetőeljárást indított – számolt be vasárnap az rbc.ua hírportál a Harkiv megyei rendőrségre hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint május 12-én Harkivban egy 39 éves férfi meghalt, miután kiugrott a TCK épületének harmadik emeleti ablakából. Amint a rendőrség vasárnap beszámolt róla, egy nyomozó és operatív csoport dolgozott a helyszínen, amely a zuhanás során elszenvedett sérüléseken kívül nem talált erőszakos halálra utaló jeleket.
Az esettel kapcsolatban büntetőeljárást indítottak a büntetőtörvénykönyv 1. részének 115. cikkelye alapján öngyilkosság ügyében. A nyomozás folyamatban van.

Ugyanezen a napon Harkiv város Szlobidszkij kerületében egy 53 éves férfi súlyos arcsérüléseket, valamint test- és kézsérüléseket szenvedett, miközben megpróbált önállóan szétszerelni egy robbanóeszközt. A sérültet kórházba szállították.

Április 5-én szombaton, összeütközött egy IVECO daily teherautó sofőrje egy ismeretlen robbanóanyaggal ellátott tárggyal a Harkiv megyei Balaklijában – számolt be az Ukrajinszka Pravda.
A baleset az erdőszéli földúton haladva történt, a robbanás következtében egy 39 éves férfi megsérült, a jármű pedig megrongálódott. A mentőszolgálat felhívta a figyelmet arra, hogy senki se látogasson erdőket, mezőket, víztározókat és más nyílt területeket, különösen azokat, ahol korábban harcok zajlottak.

A Harkiv megyei rendőrség tájékoztatása szerint a férfi előző nap egy ismeretlen robbanószerkezetet talált az erdőben. Hazavitte, majd baltával próbálta felvágni. A szerkezet felrobbant. A robbanás következtében a férfi sérüléseket szenvedett.
A rendőrség arra figyelmezteti a lakosságot, hogy legyenek rendkívül óvatosak, és ne közelítsenek ismeretlen tárgyakhoz. Ha gyanús tárgyat találnak, hívják a tűzoltóságot a 101-es számon, vagy tárcsázzák a 102-es segélyvonalat.

Az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU) és az Állami Nyomozó Iroda (DBR) őrizetbe vette azokat a tábornokokat, akik felelősek Harkiv megye sikertelen védelméért a 2024-es orosz offenzíva során, a vád ellenük, hogy nem biztosítottak megfelelő védelmet a régiónak – számolt be hétfőn az rbc.ua hírportál az SZBU sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
A hírportál forrásai szerint Jurij Halushkin dandártábornokról, Artur Horbenko altábornagyról és Ilja Lapin ezredesről van szó. Az SZBU és a DBR a Védelmi Miniszter és az ukrán fegyveres erők főparancsnoka közreműködésével dokumentálta az ukrán fegyveres Erők három tisztviselőjének bűncselekményét. A nyomozás szerint 2024 májusában az ellenséges offenzíva során nem biztosítottak megfelelő védelmet Harkiv térségének.
A nyomozás szerint a gyanúsítottak egy dandártábornok, aki a Harkiv hadműveleti-taktikai csoport parancsnokaként szolgált, egy altábornagy, aki az ukrán fegyveres erők 125. különálló dandárjának a parancsnoka volt, valamint egy ezredes, aki korábban ennek az egységnek a 415. zászlóalját vezette.
A nyomozás megállapította, hogy a tisztviselők nem készítették elő a harkivi régió határ menti területeinek védelmét, és az oroszok ismételt támadása során elveszítették a csata irányítását a regionális központ védelmében. Megsértették a harci alapszabály követelményeit is felelősségi területükön a védvonalak előkészítése során. A csata során a tisztviselők nem használták fel a lehetséges intézkedések teljes arzenálját az agresszor támadásának visszaverésére és megállítására. Ez Ukrajna keleti régiója területének egy része elfoglalásához vezetett, ahol jelenleg heves harcok folynak. A rendvédelmi szervek által kezdeményezett vizsgálat igazolta az érintettek bűncselekményének tényállását.
Az összegyűjtött bizonyítékok alapján őrizetbe vették a két tábornokot és az ezredest, és a a hadiállapot idején katonai szolgálathoz való hanyag hozzáállás és a csatatér önkényes elhagyásának megszervezése címén gyanúsították meg őket.
Jelenleg folyik a megelőző intézkedés kiválasztása. A bűncselekmény szereplői akár 10 év börtönt is kaphatnak.

A Harkivi Megyei Tanács helyettes vezetője villamosenergia-lopást szervezett az Ukrenerho vállalattól.
A hatóságok jelentős pénzlopást lepleztek le, amely ingyenes villamosenergia-ellátás biztosításán alapult, és összesen 58,44 millió hrivnyát tett ki. Erről az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU) számolt be.
A csalás megszervezésében meggyanúsították a Harkivi Megyei Tanács volt helyettes vezetőjét, aki a jogsértés elkövetésekor a megyei tanács tagja volt, és jelenleg külföldön bujkál
– áll a közleményben.
„A jogellenes tevékenységhez a képviselő két társát vonotta be: egy magáncég alapítóját és ügyvezetőjét, akik Kijevben működnek, és energiaforrásokat árusítanak. Közösen három fiktív céget hoztak létre, amelyeken keresztül villamos energiát vettek Ukrajna Egységes Energiarendszeréből, majd eladták azt a végső fogyasztóknak. Ezen cégek egyike sem fizetett az Ukrenerhonak az áramért” – közölte az SZBU.
A fogyasztóktól kapott bevételeket a gyanúsítottak úgynevezett „adósság törlesztésének” álcázva a feketepiacon rejtették el, majd ezt a „kölcsönként kifizetett pénzt” egy másik cég számlájára utalták.

2025. január 4-én este tűz ütött ki egy pszichiátriai intézetben Harkiv déli részén. A tűz következtében hat ember sérült meg, közülük egy személy 90%-os égési sérüléseket szenvedett. A Rendkívüli Helyzetek Állami Szolgálatának (DSZNSZ) tájékoztatása szerint a tűz oka egy matrac volt, amely egy intézeti beteg alatt gyulladt ki a második emeleten.
„A tűz a második emeleti szobában lévő matracon és egyéb tárgyakon keletkezett, területe 2 négyzetméter volt” – közölték a mentőszolgálat munkatársai.
A tűz során hat ember sérült meg. Egy férfi 90%-os égési sérüléseket szenvedett, míg öt másik személy szén-monoxiddal való mérgezést kapott.
A tűzoltók fél órán belül eloltották a lángokat. A sérülteket kórházba szállították.
A tűz okát vizsgálják a hatóságok.
