Az újabb határincidens előzménye, hogy a kirgiz fél állítása szerint tádzsik állampolgárok eltorlaszoltak egy utat két település között.
Feszült helyzet alakult ki a kirgiz–tádzsik határszakaszon. Kirgizisztán és Tádzsikisztán határőrsége képviselőinek megbeszélései nyomán újranyitották a Batken és Iszfana közötti út egyik szakaszát, miután megerősített adatok szerint tádzsik állampolgárok korábban elzárták azt – közölte a kirgiz nemzetbiztonsági tanács alárendeltségébe tartozó hatóság.
Mindazonáltal az esti órákban elmérgesedett a helyzet: tádzsik oldalról tüzet nyitottak a kirgiz határőrökre a dél-kirgizisztáni Batken tartomány Csir-Dobo településének térségében. A tűzharc jelenleg Tort-Kocso és Csir-Dobo településekre összpontosul. Biskek állítása szerint a tádzsik biztonsági erők akna- és gránátvetőket használnak.
Ugyanakkor a 24.kg nevű kirgiz hírportál értesülései szerint a harctevékenységekhez közeli, határ menti települések lakói elkezdték elhagyni otthonaikat.
Tádzsikisztán és Kirgizisztán közös határa 980 kilométer hosszú, ebből 580 kilométernyi szakaszról sikerült eddig a két félnek megállapodásra jutnia. A Szovjetunió összeomlását követően – addig ugyanis a közös szövetségi államkeret miatt a határoknak inkább jelképes jelentőségük volt – több tucat határ menti körzet hovatartozása vált vita tárgyává, és emiatt időről időre viszályok és összetűzések törnek ki helyi lakosok között.
A helyzet legutóbb tavaly április 28-án vált ismét feszültté a kirgiz–tádzsik határon a térségbeli kirgiz és tádzsik falvak lakói között, a Golovnoj vízgyűjtő közelében, amelyet mindkét fél sajátjának tekint. Egy nappal később fegyveres összecsapások robbantak ki a két közép-ázsiai ország katonái között. Biskek szerint a tádzsik katonák gépfegyvereket, aknavetőket és Mi-24-es harci helikoptereket vetettek be a harcok során. Még aznap este sikerült a feleknek tűzszünetben és a katonai alakulatok visszavonásában megállapodniuk. A harcoknak sok civil halálos áldozata és sebesültje volt, és a helyi lakosság egy részét ki kellett telepíteni.
A két volt szovjet tagköztársaság az Oroszország vezette Kollektív Biztonsági Szerződés Szervezete (KBSZSZ) tagja, a két ország hadserege legutóbb együtt vett részt a kazahsztáni tüntetések leverésében. A szövetség főtitkára a Reuters beszámolója szerint azonnali tűzszünetre szólította fel a feleket.

A fehérorosz–lengyel határon folytatódnak a zavargások, és ahelyett, hogy pozitív megoldás születne, a krízis helyzet egyre fokozódik.
A lengyel biztonsági erők kénytelenek voltak könnygázt bevetni a migránsok ellen, akik kövekkel dobálták meg őket a lengyel–belorusz határ Bruzgi-Kuznica ellenőrzőpontnál, jelentette be a lengyel védelmi minisztérium.
„Kuznica: a migránsok kövekkel dobálják katonáinkat és tisztjeinket, és megpróbálják lerombolni a kerítést, hogy eljuthassanak Lengyelországba – áll a Twitteren közzétett üzenetben. – Erőink könnygázt használtak a migránsok megfékezésére.”
Ez azonban még nem minden, de egy rövid idő múlva a lengyel védelmi minisztérium egy lengyel katona sérüléséről számolt be: „A migránsok mai támadása során az egyik katonát arcon dobták egy kővel. Orvosi segítséget kapott. Életét és egészségét semmi sem veszélyezteti.”
Aljakszandr Lukasenka fehérorosz elnök ugyanakkor arról biztosított, hogy „nem akarja, hogy a lengyel határon kialakult migrációs válság, amelynek szervezésével a nyugati országok Fehéroroszországot vádolják, konfrontációvá nőjön át az szomszédos európai országokkal”, számolt be a „BelTA” ügynökség november 16-án.
„Számunkra az a legfontosabb, hogy megvédjük hazánkat és népünket, ne engedjük meg az összecsapásokat. Tudom, hogy voltak megkísérelték fegyvert szállítani a migránstáborba. Valamint provokációk is voltak, amelyek heves konfliktust okozhatnak. Ezt semmi esetre sem lehet megengedni. Nem szabad, hogy ez az úgynevezett probléma legyen egy heves ellenállás alapja” – jelentette ki Lukasenka „elnök” a belorusz–lengyel határon kialakult helyzet megvitatására összehívott értekezleten.
Érdekes módon ezek a kijelentések az Angela Merkel német kancellárral folytatott telefonbeszélgetés másnapján hangzottak el, valamint a francia és az orosz elnök, Emmanuel Macron és Volodimir Putyin tegnapi tárgyalásait követően. Emellett, mint ismeretes, hétfőn az EU és az Egyesült Államok is bejelentette, hogy a következő napokban kibővítik a Minszk elleni szankciókat.
November 16-án, Aljakszandr Lukasenka egy értekezleten ismertette, miről beszélt 50 percig Németország kancellárjával telefonon. Többek között elmondta, hogy „javaslatot terjesztett be a helyzet megoldására”, amit még konkrétan nem nevezett meg. Fehéroroszország „elnöke” egyben hozzátette, hogy Angela Merkel „szünetet kért annak érdekében, hogy megvitassa a javaslatot az EU tagországaival”.
A maga részéről Clement Bonn, Franciaország európai ügyekért felelős államtitkára bejelentette, hogy látja a migrációs válság mérséklődésének „első jeleit”, és arra szólította fel az illetékeseket, hogy „legyenek óvatosak”. Egyúttal hozzátette, hogy „ellenzi egy fal építését a lengyel–fehérorosz határon”.

Ismeretlen személyek támadtak rá csütörtökön a Harangláb határőrőrs két szabadnapos katonájára az általuk bérelt szálláshelyen, a betolakodók gázsprayt fújtak az államhatár védőire, miközben leszámolással fenyegették őket – közölte az Ukrán Állami Határőrszolgálat pénteken hivatalos honlapján.
A jelentés szerint a támadás oka valószínűleg az, hogy a határőrök a múlt héten akadályozták a cigarettacsempészek tevékenységét. A határőregység, amelynek az egyik megtámadott határőr is tagja, rejtekhelyre bukkant, ahonnan a csempészek 20 láda cigarettát készültek illegálisan átjuttatni Magyarország területére. A határőrök törvényes fellépése feldühítette a csempészeket, akik úgy döntöttek, bosszút állnak, és megfenyegetik az államhatár védőit. A támadók azt ordították a határőröknek, hogy „vagy velünk lesztek, vagy bajotok lesz!”.
A támadás helyszínére mentőt és rendőröket hívtak. A határőrök rendőrségi és katonai ügyészségi feljelentést tettek támadóik ellen, akiknek a felkutatása folyamatban van.
