Poltava megyében a rendfenntartók őrizetbe vették a helyi megyei tanács egyik képviselőjét, aki megszervezte egy mezőgazdasági vállalkozó meggyilkolását.
Erről az SZBU sajtószolgálata számolt be pénteken, január 31-én.
A nyomozás szerint a képviselő 20 000 dollárt ajánlott fel saját sofőrjének, hogy megölje a mezőgazdasági cég tulajdonosát.
A gyilkosságot egy helyi, elhagyatott szivattyútelep területén tervezték. A képviselő meghívta az üzletembert, látszólag a munkaügyi kérdések megbeszélésére.
„A megbeszélés során a gyilkosnak hurkot kellett volna kötnie az áldozat nyakába és megfojtania, majd meg kellett volna szerveznie áldozata felakasztását. Ezt követően a képviselő azt tervezte, hogy az üzletember mezőgazdasági társaságának társasági jogaira vonatkozó dokumentumokat hamisít, hogy kijelölje magát vagyonkezelőnek” – áll a jelentésben.
A hatóságok sikeresen megakadályozták a bűntettet. Az ügyben folynak a vizsgálatok.

A Hmelnickiji Városi Tanács egyik képviselőjét törvénytelen vagyonosodásával gyanúsítják, több mint 1,5 millió be nem jelentett dollárt találtak nála – számolt be szerdán az rbc.ua hírportál az Állami Nyomozó Iroda (DBR) sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a DBR nyomozói büntetőeljárást folytatnak a hmelnickiji vámhivatal ellen egy magáncég megállapodásainak végrehajtása kapcsán. A cég igazgatója a Hmelnickiji Városi Tanács képviselője. A nőt illegális gazdagodás gyanúja miatt vették őrizetbe (Ukrajna büntetőtörvénykönyvének 368-5. cikkelye alapján).
A házkutatások során a nyomozók több mint 1,5 millió dollárt találtak különböző devizákban a képviselő nevére és a munkahelyére nyitott banki trezorokban. A nő a vagyonnyilatkozatában nem jelezte, hogy egyáltalán van készpénze. A nyomozók be nem jelentett ingatlantárgyakat is találtak. A képviselőt akár 10 év börtön fenyegeti. Az előzetes nyomozás folyamatban van.

A Nemzet Rendőrség nyomozói és a kiberbűnözésekkel foglalkozó osztály munkatársai egy 43 éves tisztviselő illegális tevékenységét leplezték le. A tisztviselő illegálisan vont ki közel 4 hektárnyi földet az állami tulajdonból.
Ebből a célból pontatlan adatokat vitt be az ingatlanokra és azok terheire vonatkozó tulajdonjogok állami nyilvántartásába. A köztisztviselő közel 120 millió hrivnya veszteséget okozott az államnak.
A vádiratot szeptember 30-én átadták a bíróságnak.

Jurij Pesat, a kormányzó moldovai Cselekvés és Szolidaritás párt egyik képviselője darázscsípés következtében halt meg – jelentette az általa képviselt pártstruktúra sajtószolgálata.
Jurij Pesat 52 éves volt. Augusztus 5-én reggel halt meg darázscsípés okozta anafilaxiás sokkban.
Mi hoz enyhülést darázscsípés esetén?
Amennyiben nem vagyunk allergiások a darázscsípésre, mindig a csípés hűtése legyen az első teendőnk, hiszen a hidegnek köszönhetően azonnal enyhülni fog a fájdalom és a viszketés.
Szintén sokat segíthet, ha az érintett területre egy fél hagymát teszünk. Annak ugyanis gyulladáscsökkentő hatása van, továbbá hűsíti is a csípés helyét.
Az ecetes hideg borogatás is hűsítőleg hat, mindemellett még a méreganyagot is semlegesíti.
A gyógyszertárban számos olyan készítmény közül válogathatunk, melyek hatékonyak rovarcsípések esetén, ugyanis hűsítően hatnak, továbbá még a duzzanatot is lejjebb viszik.
Legrosszabb esetben, ha semmi nincs nálunk, akkor tegyünk némi nyálat a csípésre – ha van rá mód, akkor egy kevés cukrot is szórjunk rá –, ezáltal szintén enyhíteni tudunk a fájdalmon és a duzzanaton.
A méreganyag kiszívását mindenféleképp kerüljük, ellenkező esetben a méreg bejuthat a szervezetünkbe.
A patikákban kaphatók olyan termékek, melyek hővel képesek semlegesíteni a mérget, enyhíteni a fájdalmat és csökkenteni a duzzanatot. Ezek a thermostiftek egy fizikai eljárás következtében pozitívan befolyásolják az immunreakciókat, aminek köszönhetően csillapítani tudják a gyulladásos reakciókat.
Allergiás reakció esetén azonnal hívjunk orvost!
Abban az esetben, ha allergiás reakció lép fel, minél előbb keressünk fel egy orvost! A légszomj, a szédülés, a hányás és az ájulás mind allergiás reakcióra utalhatnak, ami kezelés hiányában akár halálos kimenetelű is lehet. Amennyiben a szánkat vagy a torkunkat csípte meg a darázs, akkor végképp fontos, hogy mielőbb cselekedjünk, hiszen ilyen esetben annyira feldagadhatnak a légutak, hogy már nem kapunk levegőt. Azoknál a személyeknél, akik pontosan tudják, hogy allergiások a darázscsípésre, mindig legyen egy olyan injekciós eszköz, amit akár saját maguknak is be tudnak adni. A legjobb választásnak az önadagolós adrenalin injektáló tollak bizonyulnak, melyeket akár ruházaton keresztül is lehet alkalmazni.
Viszketés és duzzanat – Figyeljük a reakciókat
Ha megcsípett minket egy darázs, akkor az első pár percben mindenképpen figyeljük a csípés helyét, hogy azonnal észrevegyük az olyan tüneteket, melyek egy esetleges allergiás reakcióra utalhatnak. Fontos megemlíteni, hogy az allergia bárkinél kialakulhat, még azoknál is, akiknek eddig sosem okozott különösebb problémát a darázscsípés. A viszketés és a duzzanat a legtöbb esetben a csípést követő második és harmadik napon a legdurvább, majd ezután szépen lassan kezd elmúlni.

Lőfegyverrel adtak le lövéseket kedd reggel Makszim Denscsik városi tanácsi tisztviselőre Zaporizzsjában, a férfit kórházba vitték – számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál a Nemzeti Rendőrség sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a rendőrség a hírportállal közölte, hogy ma 7 óra 55 perckor érkezett bejelentés az ügyeletes rendőrkapitányságra, miszerint Zaporizzzsja egyik kerületében egy többszintes épület lépcsőházánál ismeretlen személy lőfegyverrel adott le lövéseket egy helyi tisztviselőre. A hivatalnokot kórházba szállították.
Az rbc.ua hírportált rendőrségi forrásai arról tájékoztatták, hogy Makszim Denscsikről van szó. Sajtóhírek szerint a közelmúltig a Zaporizzsjai Városi Tanács jogi támogatási osztályának a vezetői posztját töltötte be, májusban azonban ideiglenesen felfüggesztették tisztségéből, mert hatósági vizsgálat indult ellene.
A merényletkísérlet ügyében a rendőrség megkezdte a nyomozást.

Kedden késő este Mannheimben megkéselték a jobboldali Alternatíva Németországnak (AfD) egyik önkormányzatiképviselő-jelöltjét a német dpa hírügynökség szerdai értesülése szerint.
Az áldozat megsebesült, az elkövetőt letartóztatták.
Az incidens éjszaka háromnegyed tizenegykor történt. A mannheimi rendőrség hivatalosan reggel csak annyit erősített meg, hogy rendőri akció történt. Részletes tájékoztatást az esetről szerda délelőttre ígértek.
Az AfD helyi szervezetének tájékoztatása szerint az incidens a piactér közelében történt. Az AfD jelöltje állítólag egy plakátrongálót ért tetten. Amikor megpróbálta ebben megakadályozni, akkor az illető megtámadta, s késsel megsebesítette. A megtámadott jelölt egyelőre kórházban van könnyebb, vágott sebesülésekkel.
Az AfD tájékoztatásában a baloldali szélsőségesként írta le a támadót, ezt azonban hivatalosan még nem sikerült megerősíteni.

A belga rendőrség szerdán házkutatást tartott egy európai parlamenti képviselő asszisztensének irodájában és brüsszeli otthonában, a feltételezett orosz beavatkozással kapcsolatos nyomozás részeként – közölte a belga ügyészség.
Ahogyan arról röviden már beszámoltunk, az ügyészek szerint a házkutatás annak a vizsgálatnak a része, amely mögött az a gyanú áll, az Európai Parlament egyes tagjait a Kreml lefizette, hogy az Európa Hangja hírportálon keresztül orosz propagandát népszerűsítsenek.
„Vannak arra utaló jelek, hogy az Európai Parlament alkalmazottja jelentős szerepet játszott ebben” – közölték az ügyészek.
„Amennyiben erre felkérik, az Európai Parlament teljes mértékben együttműködik a bűnüldöző hatóságokkal, hogy támogassa az igazságszolgáltatás munkáját, és ezt a jövőben is így fogja tenni. Munkatársaink ezzel összefüggésben biztosították az irodába való bejutást” – közölte a parlament szóvivője.
Az EP ennél részletesebben nem kommentálta a folyamatban lévő nyomozást, de az ügy egyik ismerője szerint Maximilian Krah, az Alternatíva Németországért (AfD) párt képviselőjének munkatársáról van szó.
Maximilian Krah esetében már korábban felvetődött a gyanú, hogy pénzt kapott a Kreml ügynökeitől, áprilisban pedig letartóztatták asszisztensét, Jian Guót, azzal a váddal, hogy kínai kém volt, illetve Németországban tartózkodó kínai ellenzékiek után kémkedett Peking megbízásából. Akkor Krah brüsszeli irodáját is átkutatták, mert őt tanúként kezelik az ügyben.
A csehországi bejegyzésű Európa Hangja hírportált az EU szankciókkal sújtotta. Az uniós tagállamok kormányait tömörítő Tanács szerint ez a hírportál és közösségi fiókjai aktívan álhíreket közöltek Ukrajnáról, és hamis, Kreml-barát narratívákat terjesztettek.

A grúz sajtó szerint a képviselőt egy klinikára szállították, egészségi állapota jelenleg kielégítő.
Az ellenzéki képviselő elmondása szerint a konfliktus előző este történt, amikor egy ismeretlen személy behatolt „Girchi” irodájába, és szóban inzultálta a párt tagjait.
„Mindezt a (kormányzó párt) „Grúz álom” és a Patriarchátus piszkos propagandája okozza. Egy férfi jött be az irodába, akinek a bátyját egyszer kiszabadítottuk a hadseregből a „Biblia Szabadság” segítségével – magyarázta Khvichia.
Azután Amerikába utazott. Most a bátyja, a propagandára támaszkodva… úgy döntött, hogy a testvérét a Sátánnak adtuk. Bejött az irodába, közbeavatkoztam, ő pedig egy lendületből megütött a kezével” – tette hozzá.
Khvichia megjegyezte, hogy nem működik együtt a nyomozással, és nem tett feljelentést a rendőrségen.
A Belügyminisztérium bejelentette, hogy vizsgálatot indítottak Grúzia Büntetőtörvénykönyvének 124. cikkelye alapján – gondatlanságból okozott könnyű vagy súlyos egészségkárosodást.
A „Girchi” párt „lelkész” igazolvánnyal segítette a katonaköteleseket elkerülni a sorkatonai szolgálatot, kihasználva a törvény kiskapuját, amit több ezer hadköteles használt ki.
A Védelmi Törvénykönyv tavalyi módosításai után a „Biblia Szabadság” „klerikáit” nem mentesítik a szolgálat alól, hanem alternatív szolgálatot teljesíthetnek.
Grúzia elnökasszonya biztos abban, hogy nem lesz oroszbarát kormány az országban.

A Kárpátaljai Regionális Ügyészség súlyosbította a bűnvádat annak a férfinak az ügyében, aki tavaly decemberben, a tanács ülésén felrobbantott egy gránátot a kárpátaljai Kereckén.
A robbantásban többen megsérültek, és közülük ketten meg is haltak (az első áldozat pár nappal később, a második áldozat pedig január közepén halt bele sérüléseibe). Az elkövetőt már régóta terrorcselekmény elkövetésével gyanúsítják, azonban a pontos büntetőtörvénykönyvi meghatározásban most egy apróbb változás állt be.
A kárpátaljai ügyészség közleményében azt írták, hogy eddig „súlyos következményekkel járó terrorcselekmény” miatt zajlott a nyomozás. Azonban a körülményekre tekintettel ezt nemrég módosították az „emberek halálát okozó terrorcselekményre”. Az ügyészség megjegyezte, hogy ez utóbbiért akár már életfogytiglani börtönbüntetés is járhat.
Minderről nemrég értesítették a gyanúsítottat is. Mint írták, az első halálos áldozat esetében már lezárult a halottkém vizsgálata, és ez megerősítette, hogy a férfival a robbanás végzett. A második áldozatnál még zajlik a vizsgálat.
Végül azt is közölték, hogy a robbantót jelenleg is egy egészségügyi intézményben ápolják, és 24 órás bűnügyi felügyelet alatt áll.
