Egy munkácsi férfi illegálisan vásárolt és terjesztett kannabiszt a megye területén – írja a goloskarpat.info hírportál.
A Munkácsi Kerületi Ügyészség értesítette az ellene indult eljárásról azt a 35 éves munkácsi férfit, akit kábítószer-kereskedéssel vádolnak. A férfi jelenleg előzetes letartóztatásban van, azonban 80 520 hrivnya óvadék ellenében szabadlábon védekezett.
Az ügyben folyik a nyomozás, a férfi már 2022 júniusában is állt bíróság elé hasonló bűncselekmény miatt.

32 tonna leszüretelt marihuána virágzatot foglalt le a spanyol polgárőrség Toledo, Ciudad Real, Valencia és Asztúria régiókban. A drogfogás a rendőrség szerint világrekord.
A „Kertek” elnevezésű művelet során 20 személyt tartóztattak le, akik a kábítószer előállításának és terjesztésének teljes folyamatát irányító szervezet tagjai voltak.
„A polgárőrség lefoglalta az eddig felfedezett legnagyobb csomagolt marihuánát. A talált csomagok körülbelül 1,1 millió növénynek felelnek meg” – áll a spanyol polgárőrség közleményében.
A rendőrség tájékoztatása szerint a banda marihuánanövényeket szárított, csomagoltak, és már sikerült eljuttatniuk Spanyolországba, Svájcba, Németországba és Belgiumba a kereskedőknek. A bandát a múlt hónapban letartóztatták Toledóban, Ciudad Realban, Valenciában és Asztúriában, de a művelet részleteit csak ma, november 5-én hozták nyilvánosságra.

A munkácsi kerületi bíróság vezetésével szankcionált házkutatást tartottak egy járási lakosnál, melynek során több csomag kábítószerre és borostyánra bukkantak.

A közösségi médiában megosztott videón látszik, ahogy a kábítószer füstje lassan egy épület felé úszik.
Egy nő azt mondta a háttérben: „Nem csoda, hogy olyan erős a marihuána szaga… én meg a szomszédokat hibáztattam.”
Edilberto Castaño lakos a Caracol TV-nek nyilatkozott: „Nagyon sűrű füstöt láttunk, aminek erős szaga volt és az erdőből terjengett.”
Néhány helybéli bozóttűzre gyanakodott, de a polgármesteri hivatal gyorsan tisztázta, hogy nem tűzesetről van szó.
A helyi média beszámolója szerint több lakos is „beszívott” a marihuána elégetése miatt keletkezett intenzív füst miatt, amit egy kábítószer-kobzási akció során foglaltak le a hatóságok. A lakóknak végül el kellett hagyni az épületet.

A Munkácsi Kerületi Ügyészség átadta a vádiratot a bíróságnak egy lakos ügyében, akit kábítószer-kereskedéssel gyanúsítanak.
A nyomozás során kiderült, hogy a vádlott három kilogramm kannabiszt tárolt garázsában, melyet később eladott. A rendőrség 2022 áprilisában végzett nála házkutatást. A férfi jelenleg előzetes letartóztatásban van, 372 ezer hrivnya óvadék ellenében azonban szabadlábon védekezhet.

Európa legnagyobb marihuánaültetvényét számolták fel a hatóságok az északkelet-spanyolországi Navarra tartományban – számolt be az MTI az akciót végrehajtó csendőrség közleményére hivatkozva.
A beszámoló szerint 11 tanyán összesen 67 hektárnyi területen nevelték a növényeket, amelyeket egy nagy, speciális szellőző berendezésekkel ellátott ipari csarnokban szárítottak ki szállítás előtt.
A csendőrség 415 ezer kannabisznövényt semmisített meg, amelyek összértéke mintegy 30 millió euró, a feldolgozás utáni haszon pedig elérhetné a száz millió eurót is.
A hatóságok három embert őrizetbe vettek, de két másik ellen is eljárást indítottak. Vallomásukban azt állították, hogy ipari felhasználásra termesztették a növényeket, de a csendőrség szerint Svájcba és Olaszországba vitték volna a kannabiszt, hogy ott, egyéb felhasználása mellett CBD-olajat készítsenek belőle.
Spanyolországban a kannabiszolaj értékesítése és használata engedélyezett, azonban előállítása – ahogyan a növények termesztése is – bűncselekménynek számít.
A spanyol belügyminisztérium adatai szerint tavaly 2,3 millió kannabisznövényt foglaltak le a hatóságok a dél-európai országban.

A munkácsi rendőrség április 7-én az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálattal (SZBU) házkutatást tartottak egy fiatalembernél, akit kábítószer-kereskedéssel gyanúsítanak.
A hatóságok 3,5 kilogramm növényi eredetű kábítószerre bukkantak, valamint a fogyasztásához szükséges eszközre és mérlegre is.
A 28 éves fiatalember kibérelt egy garázst, ahol tárolta és csomagolta az illegális szereket. A férfit előzetes letartóztatásba helyezték, az ügyben eljárást indítottak.
