A Moammer Kadhafi diktátor 2011-es bukása óta káosz uralta Líbia az egyik fő gyűjtőhelye az afrikai és arab országokból Európába menekülőknek, akiket embercsempészek hajókon próbálnak átjuttatni a tengeren. A migránsok jelentős részét begyűjti és hazatoloncolja az Európai Unió által támogatott líbiai parti őrség.

Az SOS Méditerranée európai humanitárius szervezet a Twitteren osztotta meg a hírt az egyik akcióról. Eszerint vasárnap reggel ők 87 bajba jutottat mentettek ki, többségében kísérő nélküli kiskorúakat.



A német Sea-Watch szervezet mentőhajója közben sürgősen engedélyt szeretne kapni a kikötéshez, mert nem képes ellátni a fedélzetén összezsúfolódott illegális menekültet. 



Az ENSZ Menekültügyi Főbiztossága szerint idén már csaknem 33 ezer migráns és menekült érkezett Olaszországba a tengeren keresztül. A veszélyes átkelés közben 1200-an fulladtak meg.

A Vluchteligenwerk Nederland holland menekültügyi szervezet bírósághoz fordul, amennyiben a holland kormány augusztus elsejéig nem biztosít elegendő férőhelyet és megfelelő életkörülményeket a menekültszállásokon – idézte a szervezetet az NlTimes holland hírportál csütörtökön.







A szervezet szerint Hollandia megsérti az emberi jogok európai egyezményét azáltal, hogy nem tesz megfelelő lépéseket a férőhelyek számának rendezésére. A szervezet úgy véli, hogy a férőhelyhiány miatt a menekültközpontokban élhetetlen körülmények alakultak ki, a menekültek gyakran székeken alszanak, nincs lehetőség a tisztálkodásra sem – írja az MTI.



A Vluchteligenwerk közleményében azt írta, hogy a jelenlegi helyzetet a holland kormányzat alkalmatlansága okozta. A közlemény arra is rámutatott, hogy Hollandia megkülönböztetetten kezeli az ukrán menekülteket, mert számukra rövid időn belül sikerült 50 ezer férőhelyet teremtenie. A szervezet azt is követeli a holland államtól, hogy minden menekültcsaládnak biztosítson egy hálószobát és napi háromszori étkezést.



A NlTimes szerint a menekültszállásokkal kapcsolatos problémák a groningeni tartományban található Ter Apel regisztrációs központban a legszembetűnőbbek: a menekülteknek elvileg nem több mint hat napot kellene ott eltölteniük, amíg kérelmüket regisztrálják, de tartózkodásuk több hónapig is elhúzódhat, mivel más menekülttáborokban kevés a férőhely. Ennek következtében a központban túlzsúfoltság alakult ki.



Eric van der Burg menekültügyi államtitkár szerdán bejelentette, hogy a kormány két újabb regisztrációs központ megnyitását tervezi két észak-hollandiai, nem több mint 3000 lakost számláló kistelepüléseken, ahol 250-300 ember számára alakítanak ki férőhelyeket. A két település önkormányzata nem támogatja a kormányzat terveit.

A háború kezdete óta a rendőrség több száz büntetőeljárást indított a hadköteles ukrán állampolgárok illegális határátlépési kísérletei miatt – közölte csütörtökön Ihor Klimenko, a Nemzeti Rendőrség parancsnoka hivatalos Facebook-oldalán, számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál.







A jelentés szerint Klimenko hangsúlyozta, hogy „a rendőrség több mint 890 büntetőeljárást indított a mozgósítási kötelezettséget megtagadó férfiak ellen az államhatár illegális átlépésének kísérlete miatt.” A jelzése szerint több mint 450 férfit már meggyanúsítottak, további 300 ügyet vizsgál a bíróság szabálysértési eljárás keretében.



Mint hírportálunk kedden beszámolt róla, a fegyveres erők vezérkara bejelentette, Ukrajnán belül is korlátozzák a hadköteles korú férfiak szabad mozgását, a lakóhely elhagyásához a területileg illetékes toborzóközpont (hadkiegészítő központ) parancsnokának az engedélyére lesz szükség.Valerij Zaluzsnij tábornok, a fegyveres erők vezérkari főnöke később közölte, hogy a hadköteles korú ukrán állampolgároknak engedélyt kell kérniük a területileg illetékes toborzóközpont parancsnokától, ha el akarják hagyni a járásukat vagy megyéjüket, de a következő napokban ezt még akadálytalanul megtehetik.



Tegnap megírtuk, hogy Volodimir Zelenszkij elnök elrendelte a hadköteles korú férfiak országon belüli mozgását korlátozó rendelkezés visszavonását, a döntést a Valerij Zaluzsnijjal, az ukrán fegyveres erők főparancsnokával folytatott megbeszélésen jelentette be.

Az ENSZ Humanitárius Ügyek Koordinációs Hivatalának (OCHA) vasárnapi közlése szerint mintegy 805 ezren menekültek el május végéig falvaikból Szomáliában a tartós aszály miatt.







Csak a múlt hónapban 33 ezer, aszály elől menekülő embert számláltak, ami 28 százalékkal több az áprilisi adatokhoz képest. A menekülthullám 2021 januárjával vette kezdetét.



Szomáliát és az Afrika szarvánál található többi országot 40 éve nem látott szárazság sújtja, nemzetközi segélyszervezetek pedig éhínség veszélyére figyelmeztetnek.



Az ENSZ azt közölte, hogy 2020 óta az utolsó négy esős évszakban nagyon kevés csapadékot mértek, mára pedig mintegy 7,1 millió szomáliai – a lakosság csaknem fele – élelmiszer-bizonytalanságban él, közülük 213 ezren pedig már az éhezés szélére kerültek.



Szomália lakosságának jelentős hányada félnomád pásztorként él.



Szakértők emellett többször figyelmeztettek arra, hogy az ukrajnai háború nyomán elakadó gabonaexport miatt Szomáliában is katasztrofális helyzet alakulhat ki, Ukrajna és Oroszország ugyanis a világ legnagyobb búzaexportőre. Az ENSZ szerint Afrika 54 országa a búza csaknem felét Ukrajnából és Oroszországból importálja, de a háború miatt a szállítások akadoznak vagy teljesen leálltak.



Szomáliában a biztonsági helyzet is rendkívül törékeny, elsősorban az al-Kaida iszlamista terrorszervezethez köthető helyi terrorcsoport, az al-Shabaab merényletei miatt.

Arra figyelmezteti a lengyel kormány az Fehéroroszország irányából határátlépést megkísérlő menekülteket, hogy ne fogadjanak el semmilyen gyógyszert a belarusz katonáktól, mert azok mérgezőek lehetnek.



Ha valaki megközelíti a lengyel határt Fehéroroszország felől, egy üzenetet kap, amely az országban elrendelt rendkívüli állapotra figyelmezteti őket. A hatóságok vasárnap kezdték el küldeni ezeket az üzeneteket, és azoknak a bevándorlóknak szólnak, akik Fehéroroszországból próbálják meg átlépni a határt.



Az üzenetben többek között ezek olvashatók: “A lengyel határ le van zárva. A fehérorosz hatóságok hazudnak.” “Menjen vissza Minszkbe!”



Ne vegyen be semmilyen tablettát, amit a fehérorosz katonáktól kap!”



Ezután a lengyel kormány weboldalára irányító link következik, mely további információkat kínál a bevándorlóknak. A honlapon hangsúlyozzák, hogy a határ őrzés alatt áll, és az illegális átlépése bűnügyi eljárást vonhat maga után.



“A lengyel határ átlépése nem segít a Németországba jutásban.”



“Ne kockáztasson!”



“Menjen vissza Minszkbe! Menjen haza!”



“Mentse meg az életét és az egészségét!”



“Ne vegyen be semmilyen tablettát vagy gyógyszer, amit a fehérorosz katonáktól kap! Mérgező lehet!”



Lengyelország pénteken beidézte a fehérorosz diplomatákat, miután a határőrök azzal vádolták meg a határ belarusz oldalát, hogy a lengyel oldalon járőröző katonákra lőttek – közölte a lengyel külügyminisztérium szóvivője.



Lengyelország azért rendelt el rendkívüli állapotot a határon, mert tömegesen érkeztek Fehéroroszországból többek között afgán és iraki menekültek, akik megpróbáltak átkelni. Brüsszel és Varsó szerint egyfajta hibrid hadviselésről van szó Fehéroroszország részéről, melynek célja, hogy nyomást gyakoroljon az Európai Unióra a Minszk ellen bevezetett szankciók miatt.

Azt követően, hogy a nemzetközi légitársaságok hétfőn felfüggesztették a járatok indulását Kabulban, az utolsó repülőgépekre is fel szerettek volna szállni a tálib rezsim elől menekülő afgánok.



Vasárnap óta káosz uralkodik Afganisztán fővárosában, az emberek kétségbeesetten próbálnak megszökni az országból, egyesek az utolsó erejükkel kapaszkodnak a felszálló amerikai gépekre, amelyek sorban hagyják el a területet.



A tömeg hétfőre sokkal hatalmasabbá duzzadt, és már az afgán légitársaságoknak sem maradt más választásuk, mint felfüggeszteni a járatokat, mivel annyian lepték el az épületeket, hogy nem tudtak elég embert felszállítani a repülőgépekre.



Ennek ellenére egyetlen gépre több százan zsúfolódtak fel, és várták a felszállást, ami több esetben meg sem történt, így új repülőket kerestek, amelyeken folytatták a próbálkozást – mindhiába.

Brutális körülmények közt végeztetheti ki Kim Dzsongun a kínai hatóságok által visszafordított észak-koreai menekülteket – írja a Daily Star.



Kína a Radio Free Asia szerint eddig mintegy 50 menekültet adott ki az országnak, köztük katonákat és pilótákat is. Egy kínai lakos szerint két busszal szállították őket vissza Észak-Koreába, miközben a kínai rendőrség kivonult a határőrséghez, biztosítandó, hogy senki nem filmezi az eseményeket.



Rajtuk kívül számos észak-koreai állampolgár van még mindig kínai fogságban, őket várhatóan ugyanígy visszadeportálják majd az ország területére.



Egy másik forrás szerint azok a kínaiak, akik szemtanúi voltak a jelenetnek, együttérzésüket fejezték ki a menekülők iránt, és ellenségesen viselkedtek a rendőrséggel szemben:



“Azt mondták: ha ezeket az embereket visszaviszik, akkor meg fognak halni. Borzalmas elmenekülni a saját országukból, szerencsésen túlélni, azután mégis fiatalon meghalni.”



A kínai hatóságok állítólag már áprilisban visszaszállították volna az észak-koreaiakat, ám ezt eddig az ország Covid miatti előírásai nem tették lehetővé. A menekülőket fogadó buszokkal a diktatúra kínai állampolgárokat is küldött a határra, akik szabadon léphetnek be a szomszédos országba.



Peking egy 1960-as, valamint egy 1986-os egyezményre hivatkozva állítja, ezek értelmében kötelezett az észak-koreai állampolgárokat visszafordítani. A jogvédő szervezetek szerint azonban Kínának felelőssége lenne megvédeni őket.



“Az erőszakkal visszafordított észak-koreaiakat általában megkínozzák, elzárják, kényszerített abortusznak és a szexuális erőszak egyéb formáinak teszik ki. Nagyon aggódunk a közelmúltban napvilágot látott beszámolók miatt. Felhívjuk Kínát, hogy teljesítse nemzetközi kötelezettségét, és tartsa be az ENSZ 1951-es menekültek helyzetére vonatkozó egyezményét, valamint az 1967-es kínzásellenes egyezményt” – fogalmazott az amerikai külügyminisztérium szóvivője.

A létesítményből sűrű füstöt lehetett látni, több tucat tunéziai menedékkérő elmenekült a lángoló központból, értesülések szerint százhúsz migránst, köztük húsz fiatalt sikerült biztonságba helyezni.



Roberto Ammatuna, Pozzallo polgármestere a történtek nyomán felhívást intézett a rendőrséghez, hogy mielőbb megoldást találjanak a tunéziai migránsok jelentette problémára, akik nem tartják magukat a létesítményben a koronavírus járványa miatt kötelezővé tett karanténhoz.









Olaszország újabb migrációs hullámmal kénytelen szembesülni. Az olasz belügyminisztérium adatai szerint az idén eddig 24 622 illegális bevándorló érte el az olasz partokat, a tavalyi év azonos időszakában számuk 9764 volt. A legtöbb menedékkérő Líbia, illetve Tunézia érintésével a Földközi-tengeren keresztül éri el Olaszországot, és ezzel az Európai Unió területét. Mindemellett a tunéziaiak gazdasági bevándorlónak számítanak.

felületes vizsgálata során a vámosok észrevették, hogy meg van sérülve a
vámplomba, ezért úgy döntöttek, alaposabban is ellenőrzik a tehergépkocsit. Az
utánfutóban egy 16 éves, magát afgán állampolgárnak valló fiatalra bukkantak. A
kiskorú elmondta, hogy Olaszországba szeretett volna jutni.



A szükséges intézkedések elvégzését követően a kiskorú
bevándorlót átadják a román hatóságoknak – közölte a munkácsi határőregység
sajtószolgálata.
