Szombat hajnalban az orosz megszállók mintegy 30 rakétával támadtak Zsitomir megyében katonai egységeket és létesítményeket, egy katona életét vesztette, egy megsebesült, de a katonai infrastruktúrában csak kisebb károk keletkeztek – közölte Vitalij Bunecsko katonai kormányzó Telegram-csatornáján, adta hírül az Ukrajinszka Pravda hírportál.
A jelentés szerint Bunecsko azt írta: „reggel 4:15-órától az ellenség ismét rakétákkal támadták Zsitomir megyét! Mintegy 30 rakétát lőttek ki a térségre. Egy katona meghalt, egy megsebesült.” Mint jelezte, a katonai infrastruktúrában a jelenlegi információk szerint csak kisebb károk keletkeztek.
Szerhij Szuhomlin, Zsitomir polgármestere a Facebookon közzétett videoüzenetében azt mondta, hogy a városban nem volt rakétabecsapódás, az oroszok a környék katonai létesítményeit támadták. Mint megjegyezte, a rakétákat repülőgépekről indították, amelyek Fehéroroszországból érkeztek. Összesen 24 rakétát indítottak ki katonai egységekre és Zsitomir környéki létesítményekre. A közlése szerint folyik az erődítések építése Zsitomir körül és a megyében.

A jelentés szerint a Zsitomiri Kerületi Ügyészség ügyészei vádat emeltek egy helyi lakos ellen, mert nyilvánosan tagadta az Ukrajna elleni fegyveres agressziót, Ukrajna egy részeinek ideiglenes megszállását, valamint nyilvánosan felszólított az agresszor állam döntéseinek és intézkedéseinek támogatására (Ukrajna Büntetőtörvénykönyve 111-1. cikkelyének 1. része).
A nő ukrán nyelvtanárként dolgozik az egyik zsitomiri iskolában. Mint a nyomozás megállapította, a vádlott a nyelvtanárok módszertani egyesületének egyik ülésén megpróbálta meggyőzni kollégáit arról, hogy Ukrajnában jelenleg nem háború folyik, hanem Oroszország „különleges katonai művelete”. Azt is állította, hogy az oroszok, akik ellen már több mint 17 000 büntetőeljárást indítottak Ukrajnában, valójában „segítik a testvéri ukrán népet”.
A nyomozók szerint a tanárnő azt mondta, hogy az ukrán média félretájékoztatja a lakosságot, amikor az orosz megszállás következményeiről tudósít a városokban és falvakban. Például a videofelvételt, amely bejárta a világot, és a megszállók a bucsai civilek brutális meggyilkolásának és kivégzésének a bizonyítéka, „megrendezett történetnek” nevezte.

A jelentés szerint a megyevezető az ukrán televízió non-stop háborús műsorában nyilatkozva elmondta, hogy Korosztenyben 2 és 4 óra körül történtek a robbanások. Az elsőnél működésbe lépett a légvédelem, és az eltalált rakéta darabjai lakott területre zuhant, de nem okoztak jelentős károkat – tette hozzá. „Négy órakor becsapódás történt a vasúti infrastruktúrába, de a lényeg az, hogy senki nem sérült meg az éjszakai támadásban” – közölte Vitalij Bunecsko.

Hosszú időn át erőszakolta kiskorú keresztlányát a szülők tudtával egy 47 éves férfi Zsitomir megye egyik településén, lebukása után a pedofilt előzetes letartóztatásba helyezték óvadék ellenében történő szabadlábra helyezés lehetősége nélkül – adta hírül hétfőn a korrespondet.net hírportál a megyei ügyészség közleményére hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint Zsitomir megye egyik falujában egy férfi hosszú időn át szexuális jellegű erőszakos cselekményeket követett el kiskorú keresztlányával szemben. A pedofil akkor bukott le, amikor az anya kihívta a rendőrséget azzal, hogy eltűnt a kislány nővére.
Az ügyészségi nyomozók állítása szerint a szülők tudtak a gyermekük ellen elkövetett bűncselekményekről, de semmit nem tettek azok megakadályozása érdekében. Ellenük szülői kötelezettségeik nem megfelelő teljesítése miatt indult büntetőeljárás a büntetőtörvénykönyv 166. cikkelye alapján. A pedofil férfi ellen a büntetővénykönyv kiskorúak ellen elkövetett nemi erőszakra vonatkozó 152. cikkelyének 4. része alapján kezdeményezett büntetőeljárást a vádhatóság. A Berdicsevi Városi-járási Bíróság az elkövetőt előzetes letartóztatásba helyezte óvadék ellenében történő szabadlábra helyezés lehetősége nélkül.
