A 15 éves Misel Pijavcsik meggyilkolásának gyanújával a rendőrség őrizetbe vett egy 16 éves fiatalt, akivel nem sokkal a halála előtt ismerkedett meg az áldozat – jelentette szombaton az Odessza megyei rendőrség nyomán az Interfax – Ukrajina hírügynökség.
A rendőrség tájékoztatása szerint a keresés negyedik napján, az Odessza megyei Berezivkai járásban bukkantak rá a halott lányra, testén erőszakos halálra utaló nyomokkal. A fiatalkorú odesszai járási lakos eltűnését a nagymama jelentette be a rendőrségen még január 30-án.
Előzetesen megállapítást nyert, hogy az egykori mérlegelő komplexum elhagyatott épületében az elkövető halálos sérüléseket okozott a lánynak. A halál pontos okát az igazságügyi orvosszakértői vizsgálatnak kell megállapítania.
Hogy elrejtse tettét, a fiatalember a lány holttestére szemetet dobált. A rendőrök a helyszínen talált bizonyítékokat igazságügyi szakértői vizsgálatra továbbították. Emellett a megyei rendőrség nyomozati főosztályának helyszínelői mobil DNS-laboratórium segítségével megvizsgálták az elsődleges nyomozati cselekmények során előkerült biológiai nyomokat, valamint az áldozat és a gyanúsított biológiai mintáit. A vizsgálat eredményei megerősítették a fiatal férfi érintettségét a bűncselekmény elkövetésében.

A németországi Münchenben bíróság elé áll egy ukrán állampolgár, aki megölte német ismerősét, mert az megpróbálta kilakoltatni őt saját házából. Az Oroszországi Föderáció teljes körű inváziójának kezdetével a férfi beleegyezett, hogy csak egy ideig menedéket adjon neki, de a nő több mint egy évig élt vele, ami végül tragédiához vezetett.

Megjegyzik, hogy egy 52 éves ukrán nő áldozata egy 54 éves informatikus, Jürgen F. Jóval az ukrajnai háború kezdete előtt ismerkedtek meg – még 2008-ban egy társkereső portálon keresztül. Kapcsolatba kezdtek, de 2013-ban Jürgenelhatárolódott a nőtől, azonban baráti kapcsolatokat ápoltak.
Amikor Olena K. elmenekült az ukrajnai háború elől, Jürgen befogadta. Mint az ügyészség közölte, nem sokkal ezután az 52 éves ukrán nő „háziasszonyként viselkedett”. Veszekedéseket szervezett és terrorizálta Jürgent, hogy jegyeztesse be a házba.
Végül Jürgen megkérte volt feleségét, hogy beszéljen Olena K-vel. 2023. február 5-én este a nőnek ki kellett volna költöztetnie az ukrán nőt a lakásból. Azonban vita alakult ki. Jürgen fia, aki szintén eljött, közbelépett. Elena K. először őt támadta meg, aztán Jürgen volt feleségének új férjét. A végén Olena K. fogott egy konyhakést, és többször nyakon szúrta Jürgent.

Január 20-án 23 óra 39 perckor a técsői járási Bustyaháza község 42 éves lakosa hívta a rendőrséget. A férfi arról számolt be, hogy a házában verekedés tört ki a 34 éves és a 42 éves helyi lakos között, aminek következtében utóbbi meghalt.
A Técsői Járási Rendőrség operatív nyomozócsoportja azonnal a helyszínre sietett. A rendfenntartók előzetesen megállapították az aznap esti történéseket. Ismeretes, hogy a férfiak a bejelentő lakóhelyén alkoholt fogyasztottak. Később konfliktus alakult ki kettejük között, melynek során Bustyaháza község 34 éves lakosa számos ütést mért egy 42 éves falubelije fejére, aki néhány órával később belehalt sérüléseibe.
A 34 éves gyanúsítottat a rendőrök őrizetbe vették és ideiglenes fogdába helyezték. Ennek alapján a nyomozók a sértett halálát okozó szándékos súlyos testi sértés miatt indítottak büntetőeljárást. Az elkövetőt a bűncselekményért akár 10 év börtönbüntetésre is ítélhetik. A nyomozás tart.
