A hírt Viktor Ljasko egészségügyi miniszter közölte – írja az Ukrinform. Elmondása szerint a 36 intézmény újjáépítésére és felszerelésére 13 milliárd hrivnyára van szükség.
Hozzátette, hogy a polgári egészségügy katonai vonalra tért át Ukrajnában, mert az orosz hadsereg nem a háború szabályait betartó katonák hadserege, hanem terroristáké, akik megszegik az összes egyezményt, és bombákat dobnak lakónegyedekre, kórházakra és egyéb civil létesítményekre.

Egy franciaországi műszaki és tudományos csendőrkülönítmény érkezett Ukrajnába, hogy kivizsgálják az orosz hadsereg háborús bűneit a Kijev melletti településeken – írja Etienne de Poncins francia diplomata és ukrajnai nagykövet.
A francia különítmény a nyugati Lvivbe április 11-én érkezett meg. Április 12-én kezdik meg az orosz hadsereg által Ukrajnában elkövetett háborús bűnök kivizsgálását.
„Büszkék vagyunk arra, hogy Lvivben üdvözölhetjük a műszaki és tudományos csendőrök csapatát, akik azért jöttek, hogy segítsenek ukrán társaiknak a Kijev környékén elkövetett háborús bűnök kivizsgálásában. Franciaország az első, ami ilyen segítséget nyújt”– írta de Poncins.

A Kijevtől nyugatra fekvő településen egy tömegsírban 132 agyonlőtt civil ember holttestére bukkantak, miután az oroszok kivonultak és lerombolták a város jelentős részét.
Ez már szinte emberi ésszel fel sem fogható. Azt tudta mindenki, hogy a háború kegyetlen, de amilyen borzalmak napvilágra kerülnek szinte óráról órára az orosz-ukrán háborúban, az egyszerűen felfoghatatlan. És az igazi, mindenki által a legkeményeb és legbrutálisabb összecsapásokra a Donbaszért és Kelet-Ukrajnáért még csak most fog kezdődni.
És az is látható, hogy az oroszok egyszerűen nem tudnak – vagy nem akarnak – túllépni a saját árnyékukon, és a történelem folyamán oly sokszor tapasztalt módszerekhez nyúlnak ismételten. Hány alkalmat lehetne felsorolni, amikor a végtelenségig tagadták, hogy bármi közük lett volna különböző vérengzésekhez, erőszakos cselekedetekhez, aztán kiderült minden esetben, hogy ők követték el a háborús bűnöket. Mint például annak idején Katyn erdeiben vagy éppen most Bucsában.
Azt is sejteni lehetett, hogy a bucsai civilek halomra gyilkolása nem lesz egyedi eset. És sajnos mindez be is igazolódott, hiszen ahogy jutnak előre Kijevtől az ukrán erők, úgy érnek el újabb és újabb orosz megszállás alól megmenekült településeket.
Kijevtől 50 kilométerre nyugatra fekvő Makarivban eddig 132 agyonlőtt civil lakos holttestére bukkantak – jelentette be Vadim Tokar, a városka polgármestere. A holttestek többségét tömegsírokból ásták ki, de néhányat az utcán találtak – írta a BBC az Ukrajinszka Pravda internetes oldalára hivatkozva.
A nemrég még 15 ezer lakosú településen mindössze ezer civil maradt, a város legalább 40 százaléka kárt szenvedett, ráadásul sok épületet már helyreállítani sem lehet. A polgármester szerint a megszállók szinte a teljes infrastruktúrát megsemmisítették, bombázták a házakat, teljesen lerombolták a kórházakat és az óvodákat.
Vélhetően itt is perdöntőek lesznek a nem hamisítható műholdfelvételek, vajon mi is történt Makarivban. Ugyanúgy, mint a kelet-ukrajnai Kramatorszk esetében, melynek tegnap rakétatámadás érte a civilekkel zsúfolt pályaudvarát, és a pusztító robbanás következtében legalább 52 ember – köztük öt gyermek – az életét vesztette, míg a sebesültek száma megközelíti a háromszázat.

Két orosz rakéta csapódott be a kelet-ukrajnai Kramatorszk egyik vasútállomásánál. A támadás halálos áldozatokat is követelt– írja a Sky.
A legfrissebb információk szerint a rakétatámadásban több mint 30 ember halt meg és több mint 100-an megsebesültek. Pavlo Kirilenko, a donyecki régió kormányzója elmondta, hogy a rakéták becsapódásakor több ezer ember tartózkodott az állomáson.
Az incidens azt követően történt, hogy jelentések szerint három, menekülőket szállító vonat előrehaladását blokkolták, miután légicsapás érte az ukrán ellenőrzés alatt álló vasútvonalat a kelet-ukrajnai Barvinkove állomás közelében. A kramatorszki vasútállomás egyébként arra szolgál, hogy civileket evakuáljanak az orosz erők által támadott területekről.
Egy ukrán parlamenti képviselő arról is beszámolt, hogy légicsapások érték a donyecki terület északi részén lévő vasútvonalat.
