Az eset április 22-én történt a délutáni órákban. A helyszínre azonnal kiérkezett a rendőrség operatív csoportja, akik azonosították a 35 éves helyi férfit. Az információk szerint az elkövető azért kezdett el garázdálkodni az üzletben, mert felesége és az ott dolgozó személyzet között konfliktus történt: a munkatársak egyik megszólította a hölgyet, aki szájmaszk nélkül tartózkodott a boltban.
Az ügyben folyik az eljárás, a tettesre akár háromtól hét évig tartó szabadságvesztés is várhat.

Ніконов попрохав чоловіка переставити автомобіль на інше місце, але той повівся агресивно і вдарив Ніконова в обличчя. Захищаючись, директор «Автоентерпрайз» вихопив травматичний пістолет і вистрілив у землю, випадково поранивши опонента у палець ноги.За словами пораненого чоловіка, коли він припаркував свій автомобіль, до нього підійшов Ніконов і попрохав переставити машину на інше місце. Він відмовився. Тоді помічник нардепа став грубити, бити по його машині, а коли водій вийшов, вдарив його декілька разів і вихопив пістолет. Водій вдарив Ніконова у відповідь, намагаючись вибити пістолет з рук, але це йому не вдалося, після чого Ніконов почав стріляти і поранив його.Зауважимо, що в Україні обмежено право на володіння травматичної зброєю. Csehország az Európai Bíróságon bepereli Lengyelországot, mert véleménye szerint egy határ menti lengyel külszíni bánya területének kiterjesztése veszélyezteti a szomszédos csehországi települések vízellátását, és súlyos ökológiai problémákat okozhat – döntött a cseh kormány hétfői ülésén.
A hivatalos közlés szerint Csehország azt követeli Lengyelországtól, hogy állítsa le a bánya kiterjesztésének munkálatait. A cseh környezetvédelmi minisztérium és a külügyminisztérium közös beadványát a lengyel Turów felszíni barnaszénbánya ügyében február végén, március elején küldik el az Európai Bíróságnak – mutatott rá a közlemény.
Csehország meggyőződése, hogy Lengyelország a felszíni barnaszénbánya működésének meghosszabbításával és területének kiterjesztésével összefüggésben nem tartotta be a kötelező európai uniós szabályokat. Korábbi nyilatkozatok szerint a csehek különösen azt kifogásolják, hogy a lengyelek érdemben nem hajlandók foglalkozni aggodalmaikkal, és nem adnak konkrét tájékoztatást a bánya területének kiterjesztéséről.
A Turów külszíni barnaszénbánya Lengyelország délnyugati csücskében, a német és a cseh határ közelében terül el. A lengyel hatóságok 2044-ig meghosszabbították a régióban működő szénerőmű működési engedélyét, s egyben döntést hoztak a külszíni barnaszénbányászat kiterjesztéséről, elsősorban a cseh határ irányába. A bánya helyenként több mint 300 méter mély lenne.
A határ menti cseh települések – egyebek között Uhelná, Václavice, Oldrichov na Hranicích és Hrádek nad Nisou – regionális szinten, majd a cseh kormány tárcaközi szinten kért a lengyelektől együttműködést és tárgyalásokat. Prága szerint a lengyelek a csehek kezdeményezéseit többnyire elutasították, és azt állítják, hogy a Turów bánya területének kiterjesztése nem lesz komolyabb hatással a határ menti területekre.
„Lengyelország lényegében nem kommunikál az ügyben Csehországgal, nem ad megfelelő tájékoztatást, és ezzel nehezíti a megoldás megtalálását. Lengyelország eljárása ellentétes az uniós joggal. Ezért fordulunk az Európai Bírósághoz” – szögezte le ismételten Richard Brabec cseh környezetvédelmi miniszter.

Mindkét ország arra hivatkozik, hogy fenyegetve érzi magát, miután június 15-én összecsapás tört ki az indiai és a kínai katonák között. Húsz indiai katona halt meg akkor, a Kínát ért veszteségről nincsenek hivatalos források. Kína azt állítja, azért támadtak a határőrökre, mert azok illegálisan kínai területre léptek, és provokálták a katonáikat.
„Mindkét fél nagy számban állomásoztat katonai erőt a térségben, addig is folytatódik katonai és diplomáciai szinten a kapcsolattartás a válság rendezése érdekében” – mondta Anurag Szrivasztava, az indiai külügyminisztérium szóvivője Újdelhiben. Az indiai külügyi szóvivő hangsúlyozta, hogy a konfliktus hátterében Kína áll, amely nagy létszámú katonai kontingenst telepített erre a határszakaszra, egész „struktúrákat” épített ki a Himalája térségében a Galván folyó völgyében húzódó demarkációs vonalon. India erre válaszul vezényelt abba a körzetbe további katonai egységeket – mondta a szóvivő.
Korábban Peking Indiát tette felelőssé a június 15-i határincidensért, amelyben legalább húsz indiai katona halt meg. Néhány nappal ezelőtt Csao Li-csien kínai külügyi szóvivő megismételte a kínai álláspontot, amely szerint az összetűzésre azért került sor, mert indiai határőrök illegálisan kínai területre léptek, és provokálták a kínai katonákat. „Az indiai hadsereg a felelőtlen lépéseivel súlyosan megsértette a két ország közötti egyezményeket és a nemzetközi kapcsolatok alapelveit” – mondta Csao Li-csien.
Június 15-én a két ország határőrsége közötti összetűzés során a hivatalos beszámolók szerint a helyszínen meghalt három mellett később további tizenhét indiai katona halt bele a sérüléseibe, amelyeket a Himalája térségében, a Galván folyó magasan fekvő völgyében szerzett a fagypont alatti hőmérsékleti viszonyok közepette kibontakozott harcokban. Egy másik indiai forrás kiemelte, hogy lövések nem dördültek el, a rivális erők fémrudakkal és kövekkel harcoltak egymás ellen. Külügyi közlés szerint a súlyos incidensnek mindkét oldalon voltak halálos áldozatai.
Később bejelentették, hogy az indiai és a kínai erők időközben felhagytak a csatározással a térségben, a felek magas rangú képviselői pedig tárgyalóasztalhoz ültek, hogy békés úton zárják le a konfliktust. A kínai és az indiai hadsereg tisztségviselői három nappal ezelőtt először találkoztak az incidens óta; többórás tanácskozást követően megegyeztek abban, hogy kivonják csapataikat a térségből, és pozitív, építő párbeszédet kezdenek.
Az érintett terület India északnyugati részén, a Kasmírhoz tartozó Ladakban fekszik. Ezen a vidéken a két ország határvitája India és Pakisztán függetlenné válásáig, 1947-ig nyúlik vissza. A kínai ellenőrzés alatt álló Akszai Csin nevű területről indiai részre átfolyó Galván folyó völgyébe május elején kínai katonák érkeztek, amire válaszul India is több ezer fegyverest mozgósított. A kínai csapatok többszöri felszólítás után sem távoztak, a kínai és indiai egyenruhások pedig többször összeverekedtek, kővel dobálták egymást.
A kasmíri térséghez tartozó Ladakban Kína csaknem magyarországnyi, 90 ezer négyzetkilométeres indiai területet követel magának, India viszont azt állítja, hogy a kínai fennhatóság alatt álló Akszai Csin-fennsík 38 ezer négyzetkilométere Ladak természetes része, amelynek ezért Indiához kell tartoznia.

Зазначимо, що Ніконов також є директором ТОВ «Автоентерпрайз», яке займається експлуатацією зарядних станцій для автомобілів.За словами Ніконова, незнайомий йому водій припаркувався біля зарядної станції. Ніконов попрохав чоловіка переставити автомобіль на інше місце, але той повівся агресивно і вдарив Ніконова в обличчя. Захищаючись, директор «Автоентерпрайз» вихопив травматичний пістолет і вистрілив у землю, випадково поранивши опонента у палець ноги.За словами пораненого чоловіка, коли він припаркував свій автомобіль, до нього підійшов Ніконов і попрохав переставити машину на інше місце. Він відмовився. Тоді помічник нардепа став грубити, бити по його машині, а коли водій вийшов, вдарив його декілька разів і вихопив пістолет. Водій вдарив Ніконова у відповідь, намагаючись вибити пістолет з рук, але це йому не вдалося, після чого Ніконов почав стріляти і поранив його.Зауважимо, що в Україні обмежено право на володіння травматичної зброєю. Ніконов попрохав чоловіка переставити автомобіль на інше місце, але той повівся агресивно і вдарив Ніконова в обличчя. Захищаючись, директор «Автоентерпрайз» вихопив травматичний пістолет і вистрілив у землю, випадково поранивши опонента у палець ноги.За словами пораненого чоловіка, коли він припаркував свій автомобіль, до нього підійшов Ніконов і попрохав переставити машину на інше місце. Він відмовився. Тоді помічник нардепа став грубити, бити по його машині, а коли водій вийшов, вдарив його декілька разів і вихопив пістолет. Водій вдарив Ніконова у відповідь, намагаючись вибити пістолет з рук, але це йому не вдалося, після чого Ніконов почав стріляти і поранив його.Зауважимо, що в Україні обмежено право на володіння травматичної зброєю. Таке право мають кілька груп громадян, одна з яких – журналісти. Саме журналістський дозвіл має Дмитро Ніконов. Ми декілька разів запитали у директора «Автоентерпрайз», журналістом якого видання він є - відповіді не почули. На фотографіях, що з’явилися у мережі, вказано, що Ніконов є журналістом ТОВ «Громадська преса України». Згідно з реєстром друкованих ЗМІ, компанія видає журнал «Новини Батьківщини» - знайти сайт або публікації журналу в Інтернеті нам не вдалося.На місце події прибула депутатка Харківської міської ради від «Слуги народу», помічниця нардепа Олександра Куницького - Аліна Мустафаєва, а також інші особи. Az indiai határőrök provokálták a kínai katonákat, és kétszer is illegálisan kínai területre léptek – közölte Csao Li-csien kínai külügyi szóvivő. Május óta egyre feszültebb a helyzet az indiai–kínai határnál, amikor is kínai katonák vonultak be olyan területekre, amelyeket India magáénak tart. A mostani összetűzésben három indiai katonát, köztük egy tisztet öltek meg.
Aman Anand, indiai katonai szóvivő azt mondta, az indiai és a kínai hadsereg magas rangú tisztségviselői a helyszínre érkeztek, hogy megvitassák az ügyet.
Az NDTV indiai televíziós társaság értesülései szerint a három indiai katona halálát vélhetően közelharc, nem tűzfegyver okozta.

A kínai csapatok többszöri felszólítás után sem távoztak, a kínai és indiai katonák pedig többször összeverekedtek, kővel dobálták egymást, és össze-összeszólalkoztak.
A kasmíri térséghez tartozó Ladakhban Kína csaknem egy magyarországnyi, 90 ezer négyzetkilométer indiai területet követel magának, India viszont azt állítja, hogy a kínai fennhatóság alatt álló Akszai Csin-fennsík 38 ezer négyzetkilométere Ladakh természetes része, s ezért Indiához kell tartoznia.

Ahogy korábbi cikkünkben olvashatták, Törökország hetek óta segíti a mingránsok bejutását Görögországba, ezzel együtt az Európai Unióba.
Az MTI híre szerint -Távoztak a görög-török határtól azok az Európába vágyó migránsok, akik Ankara február végi döntése nyomán érkeztek oda szerte Törökországból, ám feltorlódtak a török oldalon, miután a görög határrendészek szigorúan felléptek ellenük és lezárták előttük az utat – írta pénteken az Anadolu török állami hírügynökség.
A szűkszavú jelentés szerint a migránsok egy része elvesztette a reményt, hogy Görögország megnyitja „kapuit”, ezért közölte a török Edirne tartomány bevándorlási hivatalának dolgozóival, hogy el akarja hagyni a térséget. A migránsok egy másik részét maguk a hatóságok győzték meg arról, hogy az új típusú koronavírus-járvány miatt kockázatos, ha a határnál maradnak. A távozni szándékozókat a kormányzói hivatal szervezésében buszokkal „vendégházakba” szállították – írta az Anadolu, hozzátéve, hogy a járvány okán elrendelt karantén idejét kitöltő migránsokat a „megfelelő” térségekbe viszik tovább.
A Demirören török hírügynökség azt is közölte, hogy a hatóságok később eltávolították a pazarkulei átkelőnél csaknem egy hónapja várakozó migránsok sátrait és „kitakarították” a területet.
A török vezetés február 28-án jelentette be, hogy a hatóságok már nem tartóztatják fel azokat a migránsokat, akik az ország területéről az Európai Unióba (EU) kívánnak menni. A lépés következtében az ENSZ adatai szerint több mint tízezer illegális bevándorló indult meg Görögország felé. Athén a határvédelem megerősítésével reagált és felfüggesztette a menedékkérelmek befogadását. Az unió tagállamai átfogó támogatásukról biztosították a görög hatóságokat, amelynek keretében az Európai Unió határ- és partvédelmi ügynöksége (Frontex) egyebek mellett 100 határőrt küldött Görögországba a helyzet kezelésére.

A görög vezetés korábban nyomatékosan cáfolta a Soylu által közölt adatokat. A török tárcavezető csütörtökön azt is közölte, hogy 4600-an várakoznak még a pazarkulei határnál.
A pénteki török sajtójelentésekből nem derült ki, hogy nagyjából mennyien tartózkodtak a görög-török szárazföldi határ közelében, mielőtt távoztak.
Soylu pénteken az NTV török hírtelevíziónak adott interjújában azt mondta, hogy a török hatóságok csütörtök éjszaka és péntek reggel között mintegy 5800 migránst hoztak el Pazarkulétól, kiürítve a területet. Az érintetteket kilenc különböző tartományba szállították – tette hozzá a török belügyminiszter, jelezve ugyanakkor, hogy elővigyázatosságból és humanitárius okból kellett meghozniuk az intézkedést. „Senki ne legyen nyugodt! Miután elmúlik a fertőzésveszély, nem mondunk nemet annak, aki Pazarkuléhoz tart” – hangsúlyozta egyúttal.
A pazarkulei átkelőnél és környékén a görög határrendészek számos alkalommal vetettek be könnygázt és villanógránátokat a migránsok feloszlatására, akik válaszul kövekkel dobálták meg őket.
A török belügyminiszter korábban bírálta a görög biztonsági erőket és a Frontexet, amiért „erőszakos” fellépésük következtében szerinte három migráns életét vesztette, legkevesebb 164 pedig megsebesült. Athén cáfolta, hogy túlzott erőszakot alkalmazott volna.

Mivel nagyjából egyszerre kezdődött az európai koronavírus járvány, és a török-görög migránsválság, előbbi nyilvánvalóan háttérbe szorított utóbbit, teljesen érthető módon, hiszen világméretű járványra nagyjából 1920 óta nem volt példa, míg határvillongások és migrációs krízis sajnos az elmúlt években történt elégszer. De egyik sem volt ennyire kiélezett, mint a mostani.
Jelenleg ugyanis nem magánakcióként, vagy civil szervezetek által fű alatt csempészve érkeznek bevándorlók, hanem egy eddig migrációellenes, az Európai Unióval névleg szövetséges NATO tagállam szállít Európába migránsokat.
Jelenleg Erdogan hasznot húz az európai káoszból, de tudni kell, hogy az, amit a török határőrség meg mer tenni a görögökkel, és nem mellesleg a jelenlévő közös uniós határvédelemmel, az józanabb időkben már akár casus belli is lehetne.

Зазначимо, що Ніконов також є директором ТОВ «Автоентерпрайз», яке займається експлуатацією зарядних станцій для автомобілів.За словами Ніконова, незнайомий йому водій припаркувався біля зарядної станції. Ніконов попрохав чоловіка переставити автомобіль на інше місце, але той повівся агресивно і вдарив Ніконова в обличчя. Захищаючись, директор «Автоентерпрайз» вихопив травматичний пістолет і вистрілив у землю, випадково поранивши опонента у палець ноги.За словами пораненого чоловіка, коли він припаркував свій автомобіль, до нього підійшов Ніконов і попрохав переставити машину на інше місце. Він відмовився. Тоді помічник нардепа став грубити, бити по його машині, а коли водій вийшов, вдарив його декілька разів і вихопив пістолет. Водій вдарив Ніконова у відповідь, намагаючись вибити пістолет з рук, але це йому не вдалося, після чого Ніконов почав стріляти і поранив його.Зауважимо, що в Україні обмежено право на володіння травматичної зброєю. Таке право мають кілька груп громадян, одна з яких – журналісти. Саме журналістський дозвіл має Дмитро Ніконов. Ми декілька разів запитали у директора «Автоентерпрайз», журналістом якого видання він є - відповіді не почули. На фотографіях, що з’явилися у мережі, вказано, що Ніконов є журналістом ТОВ «Громадська преса України». Згідно з реєстром друкованих ЗМІ, компанія видає журнал «Новини Батьківщини» - знайти сайт або публікації журналу в Інтернеті нам не вдалося.На місце події прибула депутатка Харківської міської ради від «Слуги народу», помічниця нардепа Олександра Куницького - Аліна Мустафаєва, а також інші особи. Один з чоловіків - знайомий Ніконова, намагався перешкоджати «Антикорупційному блоку» у законній журналістській діяльності, за цим фактом до поліції подана відповідна заява та відомості внесені до ЄРДР.
