Lembergben ismét bűncselekményt követett el egy 32 éves férfi, akinek korábban már volt problémája a törvénnyel. Ezúttal életfogytiglani szabadságvesztésre ítélték – jelentette a TSZN a Lemberg megyei ügyészség sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
A tájékoztatás szerint az elítélt meglátogatta ismerősét. A férfi és a nő között nézeteltérés támadt, a vádlott a szobában maradt, a nő pedig kiment a fürdőszobába és nem zárta be az ajtót.
„Abban a pillanatban, amikor a nő fürdött, az elkövető odament hozzá, megragadta a fejénél, víz alá nyomta, és addig tartotta, amíg abbahagyta az ellenállást és nem mutatott életjeleket” – áll a hatóság közleményében.
Tette után a férfi átkutatta a nő lakását és minden értéket magához vett. Ezt követően elmenekült a tetthelyről.

Kirabolták az olasz luxusmárka, a Bvlgari párizsi boltját, amely pár méterre az igazságügyi minisztérium épülete mellett található. A rablást fényes nappal, motorosok hajtották végre. Ugyanezt a boltot már 2021-ben is kirabolták, akkor összesen 12 millió euró értékű ékszert vittek el.
A motorral érkező fegyveresek három tagja bement az épületbe, ott a biztonsági őrt leütötték, aki súlyosan megsérült. Amíg a rablás folyt, az egyik ember kint terelte arrébb az utcán elhaladókat a bolt közeléből.
A bolt Párizs belvárosában található, csupán néhány lépésre az igazságügyi minisztérium épületétől, valamint egy híres szállodától, rendőr mégsem volt a környéken a rablás időpontjában.
A rablás csupán néhány percet vett igénybe, majd a motorokra visszaülve elhajtottak a helyszínről az elkövetők. A rendőrök egyelőre nem találták meg őket. Jelenleg a kárról sincs még pontos információ. A rablók leginkább ékszereket és luxusórákat vittek magukkal. A becsült kár több millió eurónak felel meg – közölte az RTL Híradó. A rablásról videó is készült.
Viszonylag gyakran történnek bűncselekmény Párizsban a luxusmárkák boltjai ellen.

Több mint húszmillió kanadai dollár értékű aranyat és más értékes tárgyakat loptak el a torontói repülőtéren hétfőn – közölte helyi idő szerint csütörtökön a rendőrség.
A helyi rendőrség vezetője, Stephen Duivesteyn a Toronto Star című lapnak arról számolt be, hogy az arany és a több értékes tárgy hétfő este érkezett a repülőtérre, a konténert a teheráruraktárából lopták el. Hangsúlyozta, a rendőrség úgy véli, hogy a lopás elszigetelt eset volt. Egyelőre senkit sem vettek őrizetbe.
A torontói repülőterek hatósága (GTAA) rövid közleményben számolt be arról, hogy a tolvajok az elsődleges biztonsági vonalon kívül, egy raktár külső oldalán át jutottak be, ami „nem érintette a Pearson repülőtér megközelítését, és nem jelentett veszélyt az utasokra vagy a GTAA személyzetére”.
Az országban bányászott aranyat gyakran a Pearsonon tárolják, mielőtt a tengerentúlra szállítják. Kanada légi áruforgalmának csaknem fele ezen a repülőtéren halad át. A Toronto Sun szerint több mint 1,6 tonna arany tűnhetett el a repülőtérről, ami jóval nagyobb mennyiség, mint a hatóságok által említett 20 millió dolláros értéknek megfelelő lenne.

Az eset március 30-án történt, a hatóságokhoz a délutáni órákban érkezett bejelentés a 36 éves áldozattól. A rendőrség rövid időn belül a nyomára bukkant a 23 és 25 éves tetteseknek, akikről kiderült, hogy már korábban is követtek el hasonló bűncselekményeket.
Az ügyben folyik a büntetőeljárás, az elkövetőkre akár 10 év börtönbüntetés is várhat.

Mint kiderült, két kamasz kirántotta a nő kezéből a táskát, ezt követően pedig elmenekültek a helyszínről. A táskában személyes tárgyak voltak, valamint egy bankkártya, melyről 17 500 hrivnyát vettek le a fiatalok.

Bejelentéssel fordult a rendőrséghez egy 28 éves huszti férfi, aki elmondta, hogy ismeretlenek törtek be otthonába és jelentős mennyiségű pénzt, illetve ékszereket loptak el tőle.
A helyszínre kiérkezett az operatív csoport, a nyomozók és a bűnügyi osztály dolgozói átvizsgálták a lakást, s mint kiderült, a tolvaj a szellőzőnyíláson jutott be a házba.
Kis idő elteltével sikerült letartóztatni a 31 éves huszti tettest, aki már korábban is elkövetett hasonló bűntetteket.
Az ellopott 29 ezer dollárt és az ékszereket megtalálták nála, hamarosan visszaadják a károsultaknak. Az ügyben büntetőeljárás indult, a nyomozás tart.

Munkácson letartóztattak egy helyi lakost, akit egy autószerviz kirablásával gyanúsítanak.
A szerviz tulajdonosa a rendőrségnek elmondta, hogy a vállalatot működtető generátor mellől valaki ellopta az akkumulátort. A hatóságoknak rövid időn belül sikerült azonosítani és letartóztatni a tettest, a nyomozók lefoglalták nála az ellopott akkumulátort is.

A lengyelországi Poznań városban egy 35 éves ukrán állampolgár rátámadt egy nőre az út közepén, majd ellopta az autóját. A hírt a Wydarzenia w INTERIA.PL közölte.
Az eset éjjel történt, amikor a nő egy gyalogátkelő előtt megállt, hogy átengedje a férfit az úttesten. A férfi azonban beugrott az autójába, leharapta a fülét és ellopta az autót.
A férfi több utcán áthaladt az ellopott autóval. Nekiment egy útjelző táblának, később kiszállt az autóból és menekülni kezdett. A rendvédelmi szervek képviselői gyorsan őrizetbe vették.
A nő kórházban van, az orvosok ellátták a kellő segítséggel.

Előzetes letartóztatásba helyeztek a huszti járási rendőrök egy férfit, aki betört a templomba Husztközön és értékes tárgyakat akart onnan eltulajdonítani.
A hatóságokat a település elöljárója értesítette a történtekről. Elmondta, hogy a férfit időben észrevette a templom egyik munkatársa, aki el is fogta a tettest a helyszínen.
A templomhoz kiérkezett az operatív csoport, megállapították, hogy a 42 éves férfi betörte az üveget a bejárati ajtón, így jutott be az épületbe. Két könyvet, kilenc keresztet, gyertyatartókat és más értékes templomi kegytárgyakat akart ellopni.
A tettesre akár nyolc év börtönbüntetés is várhat – közölte a megyei rendőrség kommunikációs osztálya.
