Az Iszlám Állam vállalta magára a mai moszkvai terrortámadás elkövetését. Az orosz hatóságok még nem erősítették meg, hogy valóban az iszlamista radikális szervezet fegyveresei gyilkoltak.
Közleményt adott ki az Iszlám Állam, melyben magukra vállalták a moszkvai Crocus City ellen elkövetett terrormerényletet. Az Iszlám Állam szerint az összes elkövető el tudott menekülni.
Az orosz hatóságok nem erősítették meg, hogy valóban ők követték el a támadást, a gyanúsítottakról továbbra sincs hivatalosan kiadott információ.
Helyszíni beszámolók alapján szakállas, kaukázusi kinézetű férfiak gyilkoltak a koncertteremben, de erről még szintén nincs hiteles bizonyíték. Eddig nagyon kevés hiteles, vagy legalább annak tűnő információ jelent meg a terrortámadás gyanúsítottjairól.
Korábban látható volt egy felvétel arról, hogy az orosz rendőrök bilincsbe verve visznek el egy férfit, de frissebb hírek szerint ő nem a lövöldözők közé tartozott, hanem más oka volt annak, hogy őrizetbe vették.
Az Iszlám Államhoz köthető sejtek és az orosz hatóságok közt több, kisebb összetűzés is volt az elmúlt napokban.

Az al-Shabaab iszlamista terrorszervezet fegyveresei csütörtök este megtámadtak egy hotelt a szomáliai fővárosban, Mogadishuban. A harcok jelenleg is zajlanak.
A biztonsági erők egyik tagja, Ahmed Dahir a sajtónak azt mondta, a fegyveresek helyi idő szerint este 10 körül törtek be az elnöki palotától nem messze lévő szállodába, ahol lövöldözni kezdtek.
A támadás hírét az al-Shabaab is megerősítette Telegramon, a Garowe Online nevű szomáliai hírportál pedig úgy tudja, a terroristák elbarikádozták magukat az épületben.
A támadás után nem sokkal érkező hírek szerint legalább öten megsebesültek, pontos részleteket azonban nem tudni.
Az utóbbi években az al-Kaida terrorszervezettel is kapcsolatokat ápoló al-Shabaab támadásai rendszerint fokozódtak az iszlám böjti hónap, a ramadán idején, mely ebben az évben március 11-én kezdődött.
A mogadishui kormány ellen több mint egy évtizede fegyveres felkelést folytató al-Shabaab célja, hogy kiűzze az Afrikai Unió békefenntartóit az országból, megdöntse a Nyugat támogatását élvező kabinet hatalmát, és az iszlám radikális értelmezésen alapuló jogrendet, a saríát vezesse be Szomáliában.

Hatan megsebesültek lövöldözésben kedden a legnagyobb isztambuli bíróság előtt – közölte a török belügyminisztérium, amely terrorcselekménynek minősítette a támadást. A két merénylővel végeztek a biztonsági erők.
A sebesültek közül hárman rendőrök, akiket Ali Yerlikaya belügyminiszter hősöknek nevezett.
A belügyminisztérium tájékoztatása szerint késő délelőtt egy férfi és egy nő „támadást kísérelt meg” egy ellenőrzőpont ellen az isztambuli Igazságügyi Palota előtt a török nagyváros európai részén, a Kagithane negyedben.
A CNN Türk hírtévé felvételén látni lehetett, amint pánikba esett emberek szaladnak be a bírósági épületbe, miközben kívülről lövések hallatszanak.
A közlés szerint a terrortámadást a DHKP-C nevű szélsőbaloldali csoport követte el.
A caglayani Igazságügyi Palota, amely 2011-es átadásakor Európa legnagyobb bírósági épületének számított, és ahol a súlyos bűncselekmények, köztük a terrortámadások pereit tárgyalják, nem először vált fegyveres támadás célpontjává. 2015-ben az épületben lévő irodájában megöltek egy ügyészt, akit DHKP-C túszul ejtett.
Törökország nyugati partnereivel együtt terrorszervezetként tartja nyilván a fegyveres csoportot, amely a múltban több merényletet is elkövetett.
Az ötven éve alakult, magát Forradalmi Népi Felszabadító Párt-Frontnak nevező szervezet korábban nem annyira a török hadsereget, inkább az Egyesült Államok és a NATO „imperialista” érdekeltségeit támadta. A csoport egy öngyilkos merénylője 2013-ban az ankarai amerikai nagykövetségnél robbantotta fel magát, kioltva egy török őr életét.
Az Egyesült Államok 2014-ben hárommillió dollárt ajánlott fel a csoport vezetőinek elfogásáért.

Gyalogosok közé hajtott egy teherautó a bajorországi Passau belvárosában péntek délelőtt, egy 37 éves nő a helyszínen életét vesztette, további négy embert, köztük a nő 11 éves lányát súlyos sérülésekkel kórházba szállították.
A rendőrség közlése szerint a 63 éves sofőr – aki szintén megsérült a balesetben – árut szállított az üzletekkel teli Bahnhofstrassén. Állítása szerint egy előtte álló autóbuszt akart kikerülni, de véletlenül a járdára hajtott a gyalogosok közé.
A helyszínre nagy erőkkel vonult ki a rendőrség, a mentőszolgálat és a tűzoltóság. Az utcát és környékét lezárták, a baleset körülményeit szakértők vizsgálják.
A rendőrségi szóvivő cáfolta a közösségi médiában megjelent feltételezéseket, miszerint szándékos gázolás történt volna. Hangsúlyozta, hogy nem terrortámadásként, hanem közúti balesetként kezelik a történteket.
Passau polgármestere együttérzését fejezte ki az érintetteknek és a hozzátartozóknak.

A kirgiz különleges szolgálatok megakadályoztak egy terrortámadást, amelyet az újévi ünnepségre időzítettek – jelentette csütörtökön a közép-ázsiai ország nemzetbiztonsági bizottságának sajtószolgálata.
A jelentés szerint a jelenleg is zajló terrorellenes művelet során a dél-kirgizisztáni Dzsalal-Abad városban hétfőn őrizetbe vették az Iszlám Állam-Horaszán Tartomány (ISKP) nevű – elsősorban Afganisztánban aktív – csoportjának tagjait.
A terroristák házi készítésű robbanószerkezeteket akartak elhelyezni az új esztendő beköszönte alkalmából a város főterén felállított díszfa közelében, és fegyveres támadást is terveztek egy templom ellen – közölték.
Akciójuk során a különleges szolgálatok egyértelmű bizonyítékokra bukkantak a tervezett támadás részleteiről. A jelentés szerint birtokukba került az interneten toborzott támadók és az akció szervezőinek üzenetváltása, egy akcióterv, valamint a robbanószerkezetek készítésére vonatkozó utasítások.
Emellett videófelvételeket is találtak, amelyeken a terroristák az ISKP vezetőjének hűségesküt tesznek.
A bizottság közölte: az ügyben büntetőeljárás indult, emellett operatív és nyomozati intézkedéseket is végrehajtanak a gyanúsítottak kapcsolatainak felderítése érdekében.

A Németországból kiutasított menedékkérő egy 40 ezer fős kisvárosban készült merényletre, de a német rendőrség meghiúsította a támadást.
A német hatóságok kitoloncolták az országból azt a 20 éves iraki férfit, aki terrortámadást tervezett egy forgalmas Téli (karácsonyi) vásáron – számolt be a Die Welt. A férfit határozatlan időre kitiltották Németországból.
Az ideiglenes tartózkodási engedéllyel ott élő férfit november 21-én vették őrizetbe egy Braunschweig közelében fekvő kisvárosban, Helmstedtben. Az alsó-szászországi tartományi bűnügyi hivatal szerint a rendőrség olyan jelekre bukkant, melyek egyértelművé tették, hogy a férfi súlyos merénylet elkövetését tervezi.
„A rendőrség nagyfokú éberségének köszönhetően sikerült meghiúsítani a támadást. A sikeres kitoloncolás több hatóság magas szintű együttműködésének eredménye” – mondta Tamara Zieschang, Szászország-Anhalt CDU-s belügyminisztere.
A német kormány tavaly nyáron szigorította a bűnözővé váló elutasított menedékkérők kitoloncolására vonatkozó szabályokat.
A napokban több embert is letartóztattak Németországban, Dániában és Hollandiában is, akiket azzal gyanúsítanak, hogy a Hamász nevében európai zsidó célpontok elleni terrortámadásokra készültek. A három érintett európai ország hatóságai egyelőre nem árultak el részleteket a tervezett támadásokról.
„Rendkívül komoly ügyről van szó. Már évek óta látjuk, hogy élnek Dániában olyan emberek, akik nem akarnak jót nekünk. Akik a szabadságunk és a dán társadalom ellen vannak, minden ellen, ami ezzel jár” – mondta Mette Frederiksen dán miniszterelnök a meghiúsított támadással kapcsolatban.

Terrortámadás előkészítésének gyanújával Dániában két embert előzetes letartóztatásba helyeztek, míg további négy gyanúsítottat még keres a rendőrség a több országban tervezett terrorakciók ügyében – közölte a dán ügyészség pénteken.
A koppenhágai ügyészség közlése szerint az illetékes bíróság azt is elrendelte, hogy a négy gyanúsítottat távollétükben előzetes letartóztatásba helyezzék.
A hatóságok már csütörtökön közölték, hogy hét embert, köztük a Hamász palesztin iszlamista szervezet négy feltételezett tagját őrizetbe vették Dániában, Németországban és Hollandiában azzal a gyanúval, hogy európai zsidó intézmények elleni támadásokat készítettek elő. A Dániában őrizetbe vett gyanúsítottak közül egyet időközben szabadon engedtek a hatóságok.

Rendőrök elektromos sokkolóval ártalmatlanították és a helyszínen őrizetbe vették – közölte Gérald Darmanin belügyminiszter. Először a bűnügyi rendőrség indított vizsgálatot gyilkosság és gyilkossági kísérlet miatt, majd a terrorelhárítási ügyészség vette magához az ügyet – írja a Magyar Nemzet.
Az elkövető a 26 éves Armand R, Párizs egyik elegáns elővárosában, Neuilly-sur-Seine-ben született francia állampolgár, pszichológiai problémákkal küzd, radikális iszlamista nézetei miatt szerepel a titkosszolgálatoknak az állambiztonságra veszélyes személyekről vezetett nyilvántartásában.
Még 2016-ban négy évre elítélték egy merényletterv miatt, szabadulása óta a titkosszolgálatok megfigyelése alatt állt – mondta a helyszínen a belügyminiszter.
Az áldozat egy német állampolgárságú férfi, aki turistaként tartózkodott a francia fővárosban.
A támadáskor a feleségével és barátjával volt, ők nem sebesültek meg a merényletben. A két sérült egy hatvanas éveiben járó francia és egy külföldi turista, utóbbi állampolgársága nem ismert, nincsenek életveszélyben – írja a Magyar Nemzet.
A rendőrség szerint a letartóztatásakor a merénylő azt mondta, nem bírta elviselni, hogy muzulmánokat ölnek szerte a világon.
„Azt tudom, hogy azt mondta, hogy Allah akbar. Állítólag a taxisofőrnek mondta, aki közbe akart avatkozni, és állítólag a rendőröknek is mondta” – fogalmazott a belügyminiszter, aki szerint az elkövető a rendőröknek arról is beszélt: „dühös amiatt, ami Gázában történik, Franciaország bűnrészes abban, amit Izrael tesz, és elege van abból, hogy muszlimok halnak meg”.
A tárcavezető azt is mondta, hogy a merénylő a szüleivel él, és pszichiátriai kezelés alatt áll.
Nem engedünk a terrorizmusnak. Soha – írta az X-en Élisabeth Borne francia miniszterelnök, aki támogatásáról biztosította a sérülteket és hozzátartozóikat, valamint köszönetét fejezte ki a rendfenntartó erőknek és a mentősöknek a bátorságukért és a professzionalizmusukért.
